Day one started with no light bulb in the primary living room lamp, not a big deal at the time, we swapped one from another lamp. The BBQ was not working, cooked burgers for eight people with minimal/worn pans. We wanted to then use the hot tub and let our grandsons swim, (one of the primary reasons we booked this property) there was no water in the hot tub and sign on the door stating it was closed until further notice Day two, Still no light bulb. I was told there was another building that had a working hot tub and pool, we could not find it. A couple walking told us it was closed too. Someone showed up after dark with a lightbulb and told us that they needed tools to fix the BBQ and didn’t have any. Day three, our guests finally admitted they had been sharing towels, 2 towels for 6 guests, one used the bathmat.. The entire experience was unacceptable. This place is beyond poor condition and horribly unclean. The furniture is worn and broken, the dining room light is hanging off and has odd stains on the bulb covers, making me wonder what awful mess might be dripping down into our food. The master had two towel hooks both of which were broken off also with brown stains dripping off of them, the light switch too had the same odd brown drip coming down the wall from it. The shower door is pulled from the wall and was covered in mold. As you may guess, we paid for the condo and I am incredibly embarrassed about the condition. No word back from management after notifying them,

We stayed for a ski weekend with friends. Great location, covered parking, and really nice hot in and pool in the clubhouse. The kitchen was nice but few pots and pans, minimal dishes. The couches and beds were awful. We had to bring in outdoor furniture because it’s impossible to sit in the couch or chair in the family room. 2 brand new super firm mattresses in the rooms with a lopsided bed in the kids room. But it was nice and toasty all weekend.

Great location and views. If struggle with stairs, not the place for you.

Three ladies stayed for three nights. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed to take care of ourselves. It was very peaceful. The manager was very prompt when told about a couple of things that needed attention. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was clean and in a great location

Property is very dated. Many windows/screens were in poor working condition. We managed but wanted to share. Would have been nice to have a table on the larger deck to eat on with family. Only had two small chairs and one end table. The second bedroom, mattress needs replacing...big swell in center of the bed when sleeping. Sofa was very used, virtually no cushioning when sitting down. Nice place for a family who is not expecting luxury...simple comfort, great location and beautiful views of the lake.

i was there for a week and my trip was nothing short of awesome. the place was super clean airy and very close to all mountains. there are food and rec areas all around. the beautiful town of dillon and the water reservoir. the views of the mountains EVERYTHING was phenomenal about this vacation rental. thank you so much i feel so greatful to have experienced such a nice place to stay.

We did a weekend stay with another family. The three kids loved the bunk room--each with their own large bed. The condo's location can't be beat as it's a block from the free Summit Stage bus and close to the highway, restaurants, outdoor fun, and is literally right on Lake Dillon. My friend just walked down to the lake for ice fishing. The rooms were all great sizes, and the kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses, etc. For the price, we didn't mind that it's a little dated, but it could use a few more chairs at the dining table (2 plus 3 bar tables). Overall, we would stay again.
