We stay at Bretton woods every summer. Our family loves it here. This is our 2nd time this year staying in this home. It’s beautiful, lots of room for everyone to have their own space. The views are amazing and the sound of the river at night is so peaceful. Highly recommended!

Our stay was short but amazing. This condo is beautiful and clean. The views of the Mount Washington are incredible. Nothing like watching the sunrise from your living room over the mountain. Highly recommended!

Booked this for a family ski weekend, 5 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, all meals at the condo. We enjoyed Ski in / Ski out conditions. Everything was great, I would book this again.

Great home for family of 5. Skied right onto slopes. Was easy to head in and out several times in the day. Owners responded quickly to questions.

The home is lovely. Great location and accommodations. We were all very impressed. We would highly recommend this home and would like to stay there again for a longer time frame.

This is probably one of the nicest - if not THE nicest property - at the entire Bretton Woods resort. The home is lovely and the views are spectacular. Highly recommended.

we spent 3 days here for a charity fundraiser at bretton woods with children and grandchildren, cooking, playing games,and lots of skiing....good kitchen......plenty of beds for everyone....

Beautiful location. Kitchen stove needed to be cleaned. Major complaint by everyone was that the mattresses were very uncomfortable in each bedroom.

Plenty of room for 4 families ! Great view and access to skiing. The house had all the kitchen supplies we needed for meals plenty of room to spread out. Kids had bottom level and adults main level and upstairs bedrooms.

We loved our stay and hope to return again soon.

We had an awesome vacation time in this house. House is very much clean and organized. Everybody in our party enjoyed a lot. Alex is very much responsive and friendly. We will definitely book it gain in our next fall vacation. One thing I would like Alex to keep a very good vaccume cleaner in the house. Everything was perfect.

The house was perfect for the 10 of us. Plenty of room to sleep, cook,eat and relax. The lodge is a 2 min ride away for drop off and pick ups. (You can use the shuttle too) Very well appointed, we had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again!

We were a group of 16. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we were surprised to find a very sturdy crib for the 2 year old that was with us. Also, very happy to find enough plates and utensils for our large group, as well as serving dishes and pots and pans. The kitchen appliances are new and clean. This is place is very thoughtfully put together with the comfort of guests in mind. Even the light switches have little labels on them, which is very helpful as there are a lot of light switches! The bathrooms have plenty of space in them. The master bath seems to have been recently re-done and is beautiful. The location was also wonderful with excellent views of the mountains across the road. This condo is separate from others so there are no wall-sharing neighbors. We walked around the condo complex up the hill and enjoyed those views. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The house is amazing! And it comes fully stocked with your basic necessities! Only thing I would suggest is a house phone since the service isn't so great out here. Alex is wonderful and came when I needed him.

Alex was more than helpful in making the entire process simple and easy, the house was beautiful and was more than enough to accommodate a big party!

We had a great time up at the house. It was everything we needed. Plenty of room for the family and plenty of things to do both inside and outside of the house. Mt. Washington Golf course is a 2 minute drive. Many hiking trails are close by as well. The weather was great so the majority of the time was spent outside but when we were at the house, it was very relaxing and made us feel right at home. No need for air mattresses as there were plenty of beds to meet our needs. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and may even decide to make this a winter vacation week in the future. Absoluty loved the house. It was beautiful inside and the view was amazing. There are lots of activities to do and great places to eat within a short distance. Will deffinitly be going back.

We booked with Alex as a spontaneous decision with friends to take advantage of the late spring blizzard snow and get our ski legs on for one last time. The location was perfect as we had a 9 and 6 year old who were just learning. The condo layout was perfect for 3 couples and 3 kids with all the toys and the perfect Netflix options to keep them entertained when we were not on the slopes. It was a huge plus that we were allowed to bring a pet given our last minute decision to go away! We would definitely rent again and have already started to look at the calendars for next year. Our only worry while we were there is the seats at the table and the stools at the bar are not stable and had rungs that were not connected well to the legs of the chair. We moved them into a bedroom so that the kids wouldn't fall.

Our family spent New Years weekend at this lovely home! There Are breathtaking mountain views from every room! It snowed 18 inches the night before we arrived which made the views and skiing absolutely spectacular! The home was fully equipped with everything we needed! We didn't have to worry about a thing! It was so spacious with a great area for our teens to hang out too!

Our family started a new Thanksgiving Tradition at Bretton Woods, this condo was perfect. The home was comfortable, large and perfect views of Mount Washington Hotel. Skiing was close, shuttle was great and parking was perfect. The Condo had everything we needed to spend our holiday there. Alex the owner was great to work with and super friendly. Our family cannot wait to keep this tradition going next year. We are booking again for 2017 in this home!
