Close to the public beach entry, just a short bike ride or golf cart ride to Seaside & watercolor. We really enjoyed having the pool.

My husband, 1 year old daughter and I had the best weekend in Seagrove staying at this rental. It was extremely clean, updated and had all the essentials plus some nice touches. The heated pool was an amazing addition and the neighborhood was very peaceful and private. Beach access is super close as well as access to Publix and nearby cities/restaurants. However, we didn’t even touch Seaside or any community areas because of how fabulous this house was!

This was perfect for my family. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful location. The house was beautiful and very clean and well kept. The pool was amazing and very well kept as well. If you want to relax and enjoy comfort this is the place to be.

The property was great for accommodating our multi-generational family. The downstairs master and pool were accessible to my elderly parents. The bunk room and day bed accommodated our 6 teenage children. The location is very convenient to 30-A and the beach and the Water Color Publix via the Nature Walk trail.

This house is beautiful and spacious. Our group of 11 were very comfortable. The pool was wonderful to come home to after a day sightseeing or after a beach day. Location is excellent. Just about a 3-4 block walk to the beach and about 1.5 miles from Seaside Center. Management company was very responsive and super easy to work with. We had an issue with the 1st floor thermostat and they were there to fix it shortly after I notified them. We will definitely rent again next year!!!!

We had such an awesome spring break! This house was close to everything you need. We rode bikes to Seaside and the beach (right down the street). We had the pool heated for our stay and that was a hit for the kids. The storage room has a ton of beach toys so no need to bring your own. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house, quiet location
We had a great vacation at this house! It fit our two families perfectly (4 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from 13 years-8 months). Everything was clean and we had starter packs of soaps, TP, bath and shower products, etc. We received the text that we could check in about an hour before 5pm, so that was nice to go on and get settled. The kids loved the pool and there were tons of pool toys to play with. We used the grill one night. The bikes and beach toys were enjoyed. Lots of restaurants nearby and places to get ice cream (which we did almost every night...our favorite was It's Heavenly in Seaside!).
The only negative thing I would say is that the beach was farther than I anticipated. Thankfully we were able to rent a golf cart last minute and we used it to go to and from the beach, and also to drive to Seaside and other nearby restaurants and shops throughout our trip. I would definitely recommend getting a golf cart if you stay here, especially with little ones and lots of stuff to take to the beach.

The beach was about 10 min walk so we rented a golf cart and that made things so much easier because we like to bring a ton of things to the beach. If you can rent directly through 30Avacay that's what I would do and that's what I will do from here on out. They're responsive and it's always good to cut the middle man....

Perfect family getaway for social distancing👍🏼
Private pool, that you can have heated. 2 master suites, for multiple families. A block from the beach, on a quiet street. Hosts provide 4 bikes(plus toddler bike), beach chairs and a wagon to haul stuff to the beach. Beaches were much less crowded than Destin.
Note- 1 bedroom is downstairs for folks with mobility issues., other bedrooms are on second floor.

Our first trip to 30A and we loved this property. The high ceilings and decor made it feel even more spacious than it was. The yard and pool were wonderful. Great location - 8 minute bike ride to Seaside and just a block from beach access. It’s a winner!

Day 1 we did have an issue with the backdoor lock , the porch lights, pool lights and upstairs master bedroom cover stained in what we believe it was blood. I sent an email that night and the next day they sent out a person and fixed the lock and porch lights except for the pool lights. On the stain we did not report it just because they had extra covers there and we changed the covers and the cover that was stain we washed it. It was not a big stain but it was on the feet part and still very red. Other than that, no complains at all. We even extended our stay by a day :) We will be back next year for sure! This was the perfect Family Vacation and thanks to the home it made it feel like we were at home!

The house was noticeably well-cleaned and had a fresh scent when we arrived. Comfortable beds, nice quality towels and pots! We cooked a lot and found everything we needed. We decided to try out this super nice place this time simply bc of location to beach and own private pool! Super clean, plenty of cookware, and just all together great!!! Our kiddos just LOVED having the pool there!! Only complaint....the pool lights don’t work at night, but pool guy told us they’ve always been like that! Only downfall and that’s huge! Oh yeah....it’s an up and coming neighborhood with houses being built where older homes were, but lots of trailers right across the street. No biggie, but to some it might be! 🤷🏻♀️We really enjoyed our stay!! We will def be back!!

As we pulled in the drive at Hammock by the Sea, we were very pleased but because of our experience last year, were cautiously optimistic about what we'd experience on the inside. Let me tell you, there were ooh's and aah's and sighs of great relief as we went from room to room in this gorgeous, clean!!!, well stocked!!, home. The beds were very comfortable. All the bathrooms were very nice but the downstairs master was absolutely spa-like! The pool was perfect and there was plenty of seating. It looked exactly like the picture you see on the website.. The quiet neighborhood was very close (we're retired, so we drove) to a public beach with parking and restrooms. The only thing I can think of that might need to be addressed is the keypad on the front door. Most of the time, we had to enter the code more than once to get the door open. Could have been us (did I mention we're retired?). Thank You for a wonderful memorable week! We all agree-We would definitely enjoy returning to this lovely home. PS. We all went home with plans to use the color palette in our own homes:)

Perfect place for a big group
Loved this house, open concept living room and kitchen was perfect for 12 people to comfortably mingle. Shed was stocked with tons of beach equipment and 4 bikes. Only thing missing was extra blankets (we needed a blanket for the trundle under the daybed) and food storage containers.

A Few Things to Remember
Overall, we all had a great time & the house is wonderful. We stayed here 3 years ago & it was brand new and everything was absolutely perfect. So we thought we'd stay here again. It was still wonderful; but sadly there has been a bit of wear & tear. The master bedroom king mattress has definitely seen better days. The pool was also having some issues. It was very green the day we arrived & slightly green a few days later. They sent someone out the first day & a few days later; but we were unsure if it was safe to get in. Also, they don't put the sheets on the top bunks, so just be prepared. Really not a big deal if you know your gonna do it; but a bit frustrating if your ready to crawl in bed & realize you've got to put sheets on the beds yourself. One last thing, -you'll need to bring toilet paper (you get one roll to get started), shampoo, conditioner, lotion , bath soap , hand soap, paper towels, dishwasher soap and liquid soap, kitchen trash bags and some extra dish towels (they provide 2). The kitchen is well stocked and the house is great.

Fabulous property
We enjoyed our stay very much. The location of the house is wonderful. The shopping of Seaside is convenient, public beach access is close, and there was very little traffic on the street. Since our visit was in March, we had a few days of cooler temperatures and the heated pool was perfect. The layout of the home is perfect for multiple families and for groups. We cooked all of our dinners in the kitchen and found everything we needed and there was plenty of seating with the large table and counter seating. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family.

Beautiful Vacation Home!
The home was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities plus more! We enjoyed the pool for those days we did not want to venture to the beach. The home is centrally located to many restaurant options, boutique shops and Publix grocery. The beach was a quick walk or bike ride away. Having the bicycles available was a great extra touch for the family.
The only negative is the surrounding area is not updated with newer homes 'just yet'. I am confident that in time, it will be surrounded by equally nice homes.

This is a very nice home with the perfect size pool to relax by after a long day at the beach or whatever you did for the day. It’s a short bike ride to the public access for the beach.

We wanted to find a place that was perfect for our family, was close to the beach and had a pool...check, check and check!
The check-in was super easy and once we walked in, we were wowed with the decor, cleanliness and overall comfort that made us feel right at home. Plus, you can’t beat the location, just a short walk to the most amazing beach you’ve ever seen.
The construction nearby wasn’t an issue either, the house is basically finished.
Hopefully this property is available next year, we’d love for it to be our new family retreat every year.

House was beautiful, construction going on next door made it a nightmare weekend
Booked this house for mothers day weekend for my family of 5. It's a huge house that sleeps 14 but i wanted to do something nice for my wife for mother's day. Primarily chose this house for the beautiful backyard and large family living space. Aside from a little beach time, we planned on spending the weekend in the pool, grilling out, and playing board games with the kids inside. That plan quickly came to an end our first morning when we were woken up at 7am by the sound of pounding hammers and loud skill saws from the house being built next door. The house shares a driveway with the new house and the hammering was so loud, it sounded as if there was construction going on upstairs in our rental. Not only was the noise impossible to ignore, but you have construction workers on the roof and it looks right in to the backyard. My wife and teenage daughter did not feel comfortable in their swimsuits with these guys looking right down into the yard. It was beyond awkward. That was our Saturday. We thought and hoped that on sunday, mothers day, they would be taking the day off. Nope. 8am the hammering started. We basically had to be out of the house from 8am - 5pm the entire weekend. So much for a relaxing weekend with the family. I reached out by email after check out, to 30A Vacay, the property management company, to let them know about our bad experience and received a reply apologizing, but also told there was no way for them to anticipate the work crews schedule. That irritated me because anyone "managing" the property could clearly see that there was a construction site next door, but there was no mention of this on the ad. They did say they would check with the owner to see if they would offer some kind of compensation. Never heard back from 30A Vacay. Emailed them 3 times, called 4 times, left message, and nothing. I spoke to one person who said the lady who handles problems with the rentals was off the last two days and that i should hear from her the next day. That was a week ago and still no contact. I give up! I should've known things were not going to go well when they double charged me over $3k. I had to email them my receipt and cc statement to get the charges reversed. I don't blame the owners at all, they probably don't even live nearby, but shame on the property management company. The house was gorgeous, but i would avoid it until the construction ends if you want a relaxing time.
