La maison est vraiment très agréable avec son feu de cheminée et sa vue mer de toutes les pièces. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour en famille malgré la période hivernale. Petit bémol sur la propreté de la vaisselle qui n’était pas au rendez vous et sur la température des pièces du Rez de chaussée que nous avons eu du mal à faire passer au dessus de 17 degrés. Malgré ces petits désagréments nous ne manquerons pas de revenir rapidement !

Nous avons été ravi de passer ce WE entre amis dans cette superbe maison. L’intérieur et l’extérieur sont très bien entretenus, l’emplacement est... magique ! Merci à Anaëlle et Simone pour leur gentillesse et leur arrangement quant à notre arrivée tardive le vendredi soir. A recommander les yeux fermés !

Wir haben diese Woche ausserordentlich genossen. Das Haus ist mehr als schmuck, die Einrichtung persönlich und ansprechend. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause! Die Umgebung ist schlicht traumhaft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in die Ferien und empfehlen das tolle Haus all unseren Schweizer Freund*innen.

Wir haben den Aufenthaltsort sehr genossen und wären gerne noch länger geblieben

Tolle Lage, typisches französisches Haus in der Normandie

un regal pour les yeux , du matin au soir une vue sublissime sur la mer, la plage et les chevaux montés ou attelés , une deco authentique de charme un confort parfait et un équipement de cuisine satisfaisant chacun son espace ; attention toutefois aux personnes handicapés ou à mobilité réduite (3 escaliers ! ) de plus le temps était au beau fixe !nous espérons revenir vite merci également au receptif qui fait tout pour satisfaire vos demandes

Très jolie maison, accès directe à la plage, vue de mer superbe. Pâtisserie et super-marché proches. Jardin clos. Malgré un temps pluvieux nous nous sommes très bien reposés! H.

Totalement à la hauteur de nos attentes tant sur la situation de la maison quasiment sur la plage, avec les petits enfants parfait, que sur la configuration de la maison : chacun avait sa zone de repos et d'intimité avec une zone centrale pour se retrouver tous ensemble Maison de belle superficie et grand jardin Un plus très intéressant et agréable : la grande terrasse donnant sur la mer où nous avons pu passer le soir de très bon moment, le beau temps ayant été partiellement de la partie

Situation exceptionnelle, terrasse en bord de plage, maison rustique sympathique. Bémols : -linge de maison inclus disait l'annonce. Finalement facturé 25€ / personne pour 3 nuits. -mobilier de jardin en ruine. -volets totalement délabrés.

We had a fantastic stay at 2 Foch Avenue. I'd definitely consider returning and would certainly recommend to friends. I can't believe how great the location is - within striking distance of Deauville but right on the beach and away from it all. Sunset Beach is also a great place to have on the doorstep as well as the beach bar a little further along (towards Deauville). Boulangerie just at the top of the road and Carrefour market 2 minutes away in the car - what more do you need! Lodgings were exactly what we were looking for. Very laid back and typically French 'a la plage'. Felt like a home as opposed to an apartment, which was great. Kitchen very well equipped - cant remember needing anything that wasn't present. Great lounge area for socializing on the evenings (love the fact there is no TV in that room) and a breathtaking view.

We spent a week in Normandy, and this classic beach house was the perfect launching pad for our activities. Comfortable and spacious, there was plenty of room for our group of six adults and young adults. The sand was literally 30 feet away and the charming town of Deauville was a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the boardwalk. Mont Saint Michel and the D-day beaches were a comfortable distance for day trips, so we were perfectly placed for some adventure! The house was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Unfortunately, we don't speak French, so we had a little difficulty communicating our arrival time to the concierge service that was to greet us, but the owner, Yves, was available by email on short notice and helped us connect. Upon arrival, the concierge service was very friendly and accommodating; Didier gave us restaurant suggestions and offered to go to the store and pick up some wine for us - a nice touch that allowed us to relax on our first evening instead of scrambling for supplies. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of five - including three teenage boys - spent a wonderful week in Benerville, in Yves' lovely home. Both the house and the location offer everything one could want in a holiday. We especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace and observing the sea at all times of the day and night. Deauville is an easy and enjoyable walk from the house. Our only regret is that our time there was so short! I would recommend this house without hesitation.

We enjoy our stay very much, 2 Adults, one big dog. The house is beautiful decorated in sea colors. The owner was very helpful with recommendations and absolute correct in all business things. I will recommend the location to our friends.

Fantastic location. Well appointed. Great collection of Blues and Jazz CDs. Great base for a tour of historic D-Day locations and Mont St. Michele. Would come again.

We really enjoyed the beautiful home and its wonderful location. We had no idea how beautiful it is in that part of France. Waking up in the morning to see the sulkies racing along the water's edge is magical. At night seeing the moon's reflection on the water is a soothing way to ends one day. The restaurants, of course, were amazing....especially the fresh seafood (mussels!!!). In addition the owner was fantastic to work with and made our stay so very enjoyable! Do visit this part of France and stay in this great location! You'll be glad you did! The memories live on! The Ozarks, Colorado, USA
