The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable!! Easy access in and out. We loved the decor and really enjoyed the serine feel of the porches and bedrooms. The place is exactly like the pictures!! We had no disappointments or negative circumstances.

We loved the unit. It was cleaned and well-stocked for our short stay. Close enough to walk to grab coffee or breakfast or dinner. Close to the beach club. Everything was easy and convenient. We had a few issues with the internet glitching and not being about to watch tv, but that was the only thing that wasn't perfect. Also, the welcome packet directed us to the HOA office to get our amenity wristbands. That was, however, an unnecessary stop because they had already been delivered to the rental. Had that been communicated, we could have saved some time waiting around the HOA office.

Inside and outside was dirty and not well maintained. Porch and entrances to unit completely mildewed,
Kitchen pans rusty, Dishwasher had to be reset everyday at the breaker box, the foyer closet was full of sand, live beetles, and a wreck of beach chairs, toys, etc… For the amount of money spent we would expect

Superior location and great set up, big tv, comfortable master and second room beds. Loved the large fountain right outside the condo. Rental process was very good. Property manager was very responsive with concerns for wrist bands and other questions. Condo was well decorated and stocked. The bunk room was tiny, minimal
Circulation and no accessible outlet. So it was small for your family of 5. Also, the weather was very cold this week so we were not able to utilize the beach or ocean much but the water was so pretty to look at and the location was clean and beautiful. I ordered some pants from Amazon that said they were delivered but we never found them.

Wonderful time at this condo. So very convenient. Walked to wine world for delish dinner every nite. The fountain in park was a nice sound to hear from front porch.. highly recommend!

David, our host, was responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. The condo was absolutely lovely, with amazing TVs, feather-soft beds, a porch swing, and plenty of space for our toddlers to play on our only rainy day. We have already decided to book the same condo again next year. Thank you for a perfect experience where we made so many family memories.

Best spot in Watercolor
My family of 5 has stayed here the last 2 years and we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. The location is ideal for us, so close to Watercolor pools and beach access, as well as other shops and restaurants nearby. The house is great and clean and might have the two largest televisions I’ve ever seen. But our favorite spot is the swing on the back porch. It’s the perfect spot for the afternoon rains.
What keeps us coming back though is how great the owner is. He was very accessible, which comes in very handy for those questions that come up or things you need. Our friends had issues with their places next door and they were frustrated dealing with unresponsive management companies. Made us glad for our situation. Perfect place for a perfect vacation!

There were several hiccups to our arrival but the owner was very generous and sorted it all out. The condo is perfect, beds very comfortable and the location is amazing. It was a wonderful experience despite the bumpy start.

The location is perfect, and Watercolor has so many great amenities! The property wasn’t as clean as we had hoped: master shower is in need of a deep clean, there was a bath towel left from the previous guest, and a rusty toilet paper holder. Otherwise, we had a great time.

The pictures of the property don’t even do it justice! It was beautiful with every amenity you would need for a family getaway. The location could not have been better. A walk to the beach or boat house and a bike ride to seaside. We loved it and wish we were still at the beach soaking up the sunshine!

This was An exceptional location and home! I had my daughter and 2 friends and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! (Ages 17/18) The unit was extremely clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

10 out of 10!! The unit is sooo lovely and comfortable and convenient to everything! David was a fantastic host and provided lots of communication and information prior to our arrival, and he was very responsive to any questions or needs. Thanks so much!!
