The house was even better in person than online! It was perfectly suited for our needs. It was easy to locate and the directions were great! We had a slight hiccup before we arrived, but we were informed and the host stayed in touch until the issue was resolved. We rented a boat, relaxed, visited and had the best time! Lake Martin is beautiful and has captured our hearts, as has this house!

My brothers and I rented 3 homes within a mile of each other and ours was the absolute best! So comfortable and so peaceful! It was represented perfectly in the listing and we will definitely be back if available. We were celebrating our mom’s 80th birthday with all of my nieces and nephews and their kids as well. I was very happy that my mom stayed with us in this cabin. It was perfect!! The hosts were fantastic!

The house was perfect for my family. We had our own private pier but there’s an inlet wrap around boardwalk for all to enjoy! You can walk to the pool from the boardwalk. Paddle board and kayak all around the area, (two paddle boards and one kayak furnished). House was beautiful, clean, and cozy. Thank you for a great stay.

First lake vacation and it was wonderful. We definitely will come again. Perfect location, neighbors were friendly and all went well. Pool was so clean and grandkids had so much fun swimming and playing for hours. Paddle boards were a big hit!!! Everything was perfect.. Dreaded to leave and return to reality. 😉

This is our 2nd year we have vacationed on Lake Martin and our 2nd time staying at this cozy lakefront property. This house is loaded with everything you would need to enjoy Lake Martin with family or friends especially if you travel with a pet. Owners are quick to reply to any requests and were very accommodating when we need to check in early from a long travel day. I would and have recommended this house for anyone looking to enjoy this area.

Our family had an excellent stay. This was our first rental experience where it felt like someone was sharing their home versus “running a business”. The cabin was very comfortable and well stocked with necessities as well as thoughtful extras. Beds were comfy, location is great, owners are very communicative but unintrusive.

We had a wonderful time staying in this cozy and charming lake side home. The location is great! The owners were wonderful and very easy to communicate with. Although it rained most of our trip we still made the most of it. The lake is absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend bringing your boat or renting one. Chimney Rock was such a fun spot. My daughter loved jumping off the rock and we also enjoyed pulling our tube behind the boat on the lake. Community pool is clean and close to the house. Highly recommend trying Niffer’s and Oskars Cafe. Both had wonderful food and excellent service. We look forward to visiting the area again soon! Our son got married at New Water Farms this weekend and we stayed at this cabin. Everything was perfect!!

Fantastic Auburn Game Day rental! Owner had great communication, property was just as described, plenty of room for two families with kids, beautifully decorated, and kitchen was well appointed for cooking! This one checks all the boxes and was a great experience! We would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend to anyone!

The lake cottage was fantastic! The communication was great, it was clean and had the great room off the kitchen was perfect for relaxing after the game. We spent most of our time on campus to see our AU student so we didn’t get to fully enjoy the lake and paddle boards. We will look at booking it for graduation when we can enjoy it more. It is about a 30 minute drive from Auburn.

Came for parents weekend Easy drive from campus to property Wasn’t there much but would recommend a tutorial by tv to be able to watch regular television…couldn’t figure it out (not tech savvy and too many options with clickers) Easy check in/out Thank you for opening your property

The owners were sooo nice and the home was adorable and very comfortable. Bed was a little firm for me. We enjoyed the little cove on the lake. The only disappointment was the location of the nearest boat ramp. Next year we have reserved a home with a boat ramp. Houses were a little close. Other than that, we thoroughly loved our stay there and even met a neighbor who knew aerospace engineers my husband knows. Donna

This house was perfection! Tucked away on a quiet inlet. The neighbors all had private piers but there’s an inlet wrap around boardwalk that all can enjoy! You can walk to the pool from the boardwalk. Paddle board and kayak all around the area. Be ready to relax and enjoy the laidback lake life! It was pure perfection and we are dreaming of our next stay! House was cleaned and we felt right at home.

We loved everything about our stay, it was relaxing, peaceful and fun!! We enjoyed floating around the dock and using the paddle boards and kayak daily. The house felt like home! We will definitely be back again! Check out niffer’s if you stay it was a fun restaurant, and highlight of the trip was renting a boat for the day and going to goat island and to chimney rock!

Spent a very nice week at Lake Martin, and highly recommend this cabin. Owners were superb - could not ask for better. Communication was excellent. The house was roomy, clean, and well stocked with cooking gear, games, towels, and linens. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. We grilled out, had a shrimp boil (I did bring my own big pot for that), and enjoyed a relaxing week with plenty of fun and boat time. Had zero trouble getting a 22' wakeboat (24' with swim platform) in and out of the cove and docked. This part of Lake Martin is perhaps the best area for boating as its a handful of protected coves and we had good water almost all week. We will definitely be back to this place! What a fabulous week!

We had an excellent time in Dadeville! The cabin had everything we needed, and it was very clean and comfortable. We explored several of the nearby hiking trails and went kayaking. Check in and check out was easy. We would definitely stay here again!
