Condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. Access to hot tub and great lap pool close by and the beach just beyond. View from the balcony with palm trees and ocean was wonderful. We cooked in three nights and ate out at two good restaurants within a few miles. SO MUCH better than staying at the hotel, but with access to their facilities. Les, the owner, was accommodating and friendly. We will return!

The location and view of this beautiful property was perfect for our family. With just a few steps, you were on the beach. The photos accurately reflect the property. It was extremely clean and well laid out. It's a great place to stay if you would like to enjoy the beach and the rainforest. The host was awesome and available when we had a special request. If we get the chance, we will be back.

This rental far exceeded expectations! The living room/kitchen area was perfect for a group hang and was so inviting and comfortable! the distance to the beach was perfect, you could walk out and be on the beach in 2 minutes flat! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!! you will NOT regret staying here!

Location, location, location! Right on the beach with beautiful ocean views...couldn't ask for more. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs. It made our vacation so relaxing! Short walk to the Wyndham resort restaurants. Can't thank Les enough for such wonderful accommodations. :)

Great condo and location for our family of 6 on our first trip to Puerto Rico! Beach is gorgeous and expansive for long walks. We really appreciated the use of the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, balls, and towels in the condo. Overall, loved the island and resort and people on and off the island were very friendly and welcoming.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and three sons ages 17-21. The photos are accurate -- the property is well located in a nice development with private pools/hot tubs and easy access to a pretty beach. The Wyndham is a short walk away and we ate there a few times but it's very overpriced for mediocre food and so we mostly just went for drinks and played a bit of blackjack. We rented a car and it was nice to be able to get away from the resort property to visit neighboring areas such as Luquillo and Las Croabas for restaurants (particularly liked the Luquillo Kiosks for casual bites at the beach, Boardriders for dinner, and Pizza to go Rio Grande which is only a mile or two from the condo), stores, supermarket, Walgreens, etc. Didn't get a chance to visit El Yunque and the seas were too rough for a snorkeling or dive trip but the condo is well situated for those wanting to do these things. Other pros: easy communication with the owner (e.g. wifi wasn't working and she was very quick to get it reset/fixed), well stocked kitchen, designated parking spot in garage downstairs, washer/dryer in the condo, beach towels and chairs (and some beach toys but we didn't use those). Cons: pretty much as expected, although a pull out couch would have been nice for a family with more than 2 kids...Overall, highly recommend!

Nice unit with beautiful views of the grounds and ocean.

If you enjoy the Wyndham Rio Grande area, I highly recommend you stay here. Close to the pools, well stocked with towels and beach towels. A great fridge with an ice maker. And all the extras to enjoy the beach. The beds are very comfortable and it’s so clean. All the kitchen utensils you need. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. They even provided seasonings to cook, pool toys/towels/chairs and sunblock amongst other things. It was very spacious with a beautiful view. Everything was tidy and smelled nice. Their listing is spot on, there was a washer dryer in the unit which made it very convenient. We will definitely be back!!

Condo was clean, nicely decorated and very close to the hotel!! I loved that we had our own pool but could also enjoy the hotel amenities. I would highly recommend this property!

We loved staying here! The location was great- steps to the beach and to the incredible infinity pool (and hot tub!). It was very safe so the kids could run around pretty freely. The vacation rental had everything we needed, complete with two ocean front view balconies. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great view with easy access to the beach, as well as swimming pools right outside the back door. We also rented a car and explored different areas as well.

This is my family's 4th time staying in the Ocean Villas complex and the apartments never disappoint. This until was very clean, well-appointment, spacious, comfortable, and had a killer view. My family and I would definitely return to this particular unit, if available, when we return next year!

Property was well maintained and location was great, with easy access to the pools and beach. Plenty of space and all the extras and amenities needed for our stay.

The location of this property was second to none! The unit was overlooking the fantastic pool area and beach. It was convenient to be close to the resort restaurants and an easy drive to Luquillo and El Yunque. The property was comfortable and well maintained; however, it could be improved by putting a TV in the main bedroom, adding some shelving and hooks in the bathrooms (nowhere to hang used towels!). Thank you, Les!

We love this location and this villa inside the Wyndham grounds! We had some hot water and water pressure issues this time, but it certainly didn't get in the way of our wonderful vacation!

Beautiful condo & great location! Steps away from the beach and easy access to the Wyndham Hotel next door. Enjoyed riding bikes around the property and sitting on the oceanfront balcony. The condo is very modern and the kitchen was well equipped. Les has also left a welcome guide in the condo with menus, excursion ideas and tips on the area. I recommend visiting the rainforest -its incredibly close! Overall a great stay :)

Beautiful property and beach. Peaceful, quiet, serene. Love it!

We had a great time! The location is perfect - an amazing view - virtually a private pool and seconds to the beach. The unit is clean and had everything we needed. Access to next door hotel restaurants and casino was great! Fun places nearby to eat as well; walk on the beach - east of the hotel - and thru the river to the horse bar that had great drinks and snacks; Revolution Pizza at the Kiosks; Don Pepe, Carabelli for dinner and UTV fun and of course the Rainforest and Old San Juan is a must see. Also really enjoyed eating at La Estacion in nearby town! Definitely want to come back! And property manager Les was great to work with! Thank you!

Spacious and clean condo well situated for easy access and activities at the beach, pool, and the rain forest. In town for our nephews wedding and the entire family was able to be close to each other and hang out while renting multiple units on the property.

We just returned from a week's stay in Puerto Rico! First time visiting and we were not disappointed. The condo was perfect for our group and the property had a lot to offer! The coffee maker died on day 2 of our visit, however we had a new one within 2 hours of alerting the property owners! The condo has everything you need! Beach chairs, bikes, volleyballs, coolers, beach towels and even an umbrella! If you're considering this property, go ahead and book it! I would rent this condo again in a second! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

This property is amazing! It’s beautiful, well kept, had everything we needed. We enjoyed the staff working at the property, especially Anna. The pool is fantastic. The beach right outside your door. I’d definitley cone Back!!!

We loved our stay here- property was outstanding. Location was so close to the pools and beach. The view was the best. I have never stayed at a VRBO that had thought about their guests like this place- as they provided beach chairs, umbrella, floating chairs, boogie boards, coolers, bikes etc- Also starter things like toilet paper, coffee, waters, etc. The property owner is very responsive. Loved our time here!
