Live like a local! At least we got to pretend for a bit that we live in this beautiful town. This charming home is well appointed with a comfortable den and a fully stocked kitchen. We spent our nights in the backyard in the cool of the night gazing at the stars. Parking was a breeze - right in front of the house. Hoping to stay hear next summer.

This cute house is in the perfect location. There were six of us and we had comfortable chairs/sofas for everyone and also beds for everyone. The kitchen was super well stocked and everything was clean. Washer/dryer is provided along with laundry supplies. The outside space is very nice with a table and chairs and a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided). Two bikes are provided for rides into town. We didn't use them since the house is a short block from town. Check in/out was also very easy. This was a very fun and easy vacation and we appreciate the chance to stay in such a nice place.

I have stayed in CB 20 times and this might be my favorite house we have stayed at. Such a beautiful house with all the amenities. Loved the back deck with gas grill and table and chairs for chilling out after a long day at the river, lake, or mountain bike trails. Loved how close we were to restaurants and how quiet the neighborhood was so close to restaurants. House was super comfortable with 2 refrigerators and and great washer/dryer. Our group was a family of 5 and the beds were super comfy. This house would very comfortably accommodate 8 people.

This home was wonderful! Fully stocked kitchen and clean room. Also, the house is right in town so walking to the shops and dinner was easy. Also, the bus to the mountain was just a block outside the door which made for easy skiing. The home couldn't have been more convenient. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very nice home and great location

The stay was wonderful. We wanted a snowy spring break and we sure got it! A winter wonderland. The property was in the perfect location to walk downtown. There was plenty of space with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable living space.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The house was perfect for our group of 5, and everything was as advertised. Only thing we would improve as owners of multiple VRBO properties is communication via the app rather than email (a small thing).

Loved our stay here at thanksgiving! Talk about a fully stocked kitchen. Every cooking item you would need! Bedrooms have plenty of space and the beds are super comfy! The house has a homey vibe and very comfortable. Walking distance to all the shops restaurants etc. Definitely staying here again!

Great house and we loved the outdoor fireplace. Peak was responsive in dealing with any problems we had. Hope to stay there again.

In many years of booking VRBOs; this was the best experience. The house was neat, clean, good floor plan and homey. We will be back in the future.

Great little ski house in the most perfect location. The bus to get to the base of the mountain was only a block away and super convenient. Very clean and the best appointed kitchen that I’ve ever stayed at in a rental property. We’ll definitely be back!

This property was perfect for us. The kids loved the room of twin beds - they felt like they had their own little domain up there. The house is very well equipped, comfortable, and we could not have asked for a better location!

A block away from all Elk Ave has to offer and not much further to a trail head - it was the perfect location. Very clean & comfy, and the kitchen was furnished with everything a cook could possibly want. But the best part was the back yard with both fireplace & firepit options, cover from the rain with relaxing seating options AND an enormous supply of firewood. Would def stay again!

We have stayed here now three times, and it is still a favorite of ours in the Butte. It's a great size for our family of four, but we've also shared it with another family with plenty of space for everyone. The convenience of its location from Elk Ave is amazing. We'll surely come again to 123 Maroon!

We loved this property! We hope to come back to CB land have already said we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.The layout and proximity to Elk street and the free shuttle were paramount. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water! We loved the fireplace and the ample living room seating. Great naturalLight in the upstairs bedrooms.The property management company was polite and very easy to work with. There was some issue with the system that would not allow us to see each other’s emails and phone numbers even after we had secured the reservation. That made further communication a little difficult as we needed to work through extending our stay and inquiring about a pet. But, not a deal breaker.There was only one other issue - a very dangerous popped nail in the middle of a high traffic area of the living room. Someone was obviously aware of the issue because there was meager cellophane tape over it. In order for us to ensure no one needed a trip to the emergency room we taped several layers of brown paper bags over the offensive metal protrudement. It did the trick but we shouldn’t have had to deal with such a safety issues.

This was the perfect house for our winter weekend vacation. Being only a block away from downtown, it made it so easy to partake in restaurants and shops if needed or stay in and cook family meals. Rooms are big and spacious. Plenty of room to set up pack and plays and dog beds. Highly recommended

This property was so much more than we expected! We totally felt at home and enjoyed every minute of our stay!

We rented 123 Maroon for the Christmas week of 2020. My wife and I and our two young adult daughters enjoyed Christmas together and then the kids had friends join us for a total of 7 people and we fit very comfortably. The house is essentially downtown and the ski shuttle is 1.5 blocks (can walk in your boots!) away. The younger folks were upstairs while we used the ground level master. I think the house would also be well suited for two families with smaller children as there are two bedrooms with king/queen sized beds and then the larger "bunk room" where the kids could be combined. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a washer and dryer. Parking spots in front and off the back allyway. Everything works as it should.
