Géraldine & Georges haben uns 11 wundervolle Tage in ihrem Maison Vert Amande geschenkt. Mit viel Liebe, Fürsorge und einer einmaligen Gastfreundlichkeit wurden wir beherbergt. All unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt! Traumhafte Unterkunft, traumhaftes Essen, traumhaftes Wetter. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen - WIR kommen bestimmt bald wieder!!!

Nous voulions un endroit chaleureux, confortable, mignon, loin du tumulte, de l'asphalte et du béton et à portée de la nature et de la mer: une réussite! Géraldine et Georges sont des hôtes attentionnés, leur maison, un bijou au charme adorable et la baie de Spathi un site parfait pour une retraite consacrée à la randonnée, la plage ou la méditation. Notre avons passé un excellent séjour malgré des températures encore frisquettes à cette date. L'accueil de Géraldine sait corriger les aléas du climat. Une adresse à conseiller absolument

Une longue piste avec des points de vue sublimes sur la mer, avec au bout, la baie de Spathy et sa magnifique plage, et la Maison Vert Amande : nous sommes arrivés ! Géraldine et Georges nous ont fait découvrir leur petit paradis, aboutissement de plusieurs années de travail, mais quelle récompense ! La maison plantée au milieu des oliviers, rien n'est laissé au hasard : des petits coins pour profiter du magnifique jardin fleuri et admirer au loin la mer . Au-dessus du jardin, vient le potager bien ordonnancé et les ruches alignées donnant un miel unique , la fierté de Georges ! Leur chambre d'hôte un peu en retrait de leur maison est très confortable, une grande terrasse où installés sur des transats on peut indéfiniment se prélasser en admirant la mer et les montagnes environnantes , une entrée avec, attention délicate, un plateau de courtoisie , une salle d'eau très élégante avec ses 2 vasques montées sur poteries, sa jolie douche moderne , la grande chambre cocooning très bien agencée avec sa bibliothèque où trônent les beaux livres, un grand lit confortable, tout n'est que beauté ! Mais tout ceci n'est rien à côté de l'accueil et de la gentillesse que nous ont prodigués Géraldine et Georges pendant les 9 jours passés à Kéa .De bons conseils pour nos découvertes de l'île, toujours présents pour que notre séjour soit réussi et il le fut ! Géraldine nous a régalés tous les soirs de spécialités accompagnées par le bon vin que produit Georges . Le petit déjeuner pris sur la véranda était pour nous un moment attendu : tous les matins, nous découvrions ce que nous avez préparé Géraldine, des citronnades merveilleuses , cake, pain avec confitures maison, miel, sans oublier les oeufs du poulailler, yaourts joliment dressés dans des élégantes coupes : tout est raffinement ! Merci Géraldine et Georges pour votre touchante sollicitude , nous avons apprécié votre gentillesse, vos sourires et votre bonne humeur . Merci de nous avoir fait découvrir des lieux inaccessibles pour nous, de nous avoir gâtés, même plus chouchoutés ! Votre amicale présence nous a été douce et nous nous en souviendrons longtemps ! La maison vert Amande, c'est une maison plein de charme mais c'est surtout Géraldine et Georges qui en font toute sa beauté !

Wir verbrachten eine erholsame, ruhige Woche mit sehr gutem Essen bei Geraldine. Individueller Service, super gastfreundlich, 5 Min. zur Badebucht. Zimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. sehr schöner Garten. Wir gehen wieder dorthin.

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle chez Géraldine et Georges qui sont très accueillants et souriants. La maison Vert Amande est un vrai petit paradis, décorée avec goût, avec ses oliviers, ses ruches, son jardin, ses arbres fruitiers... Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel tout comme les salades copieuses préparées avec la récolte du jardin et les produits fabriqués par les amis de Géraldine (le chutney est divin). La plage de Spathy vaut vraiment le détour et les quelques kilomètres de pistes non goudronnés. Cette semaine fût une belle parenthèse enchantée. A recommander sans hésiter. Géraldine, encore merci 1000 fois pour ta bonne humeur, tes histoires grecques et tes bons plans!

Our experience took place between July and August 2013 was wonderful and definitely will repeat it... The apartment is gorgeous, very clean, great attention to detail and only 5 minutes walk from a breathtaking sea inserted into a wild environment. We have been "cuddled" by Geraldine, excellent hostess who prepares delicious local dishes whose ingredients come from her farm as well as from the neighboring ones (breakfast is abundant and superlative). You also have the opportunity to experience traditional Greek reality thanks to Geraldine .... Great solution for those who want to relax and enjoy the unspoiled places ... Paola e Max La nostra esperienza avvenuta tra luglio e agosto 2013 è stata meravigliosa e sicuramente la ripeteremo...L'alloggio è stupendo, pulitissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli ed a soli 5 minuti a piedi da un mare incantevole inserito in un contesto selvaggio. Siamo stati "coccolati" da Geraldine, ottima padrona di casa che cucina gustosi piatti locali i cui ingredienti provengono dalla sua fattoria nonchè da quelle vicine (la colazione è abbondante e superlativa). Si ha anche la possibilità di vivere tipiche realtà greche grazie a Geraldine....Ottima soluzione per chi vuole rilassarsi e godere di posti incontaminati...Paola e Max

Fantastique lieu et chaleureux proprietaires !! Ici tout est fait pour que nos vacances restent inoubliables. La chambre, dans la partie 1880 de la maison familiale, est tres belle et joliment decoree. Le service est irreprochable et d'une grande propretee. Nos petits dejeuners ont ete un vrai regal et les repas prepares par les proprietaires avec les produits du jardin, etaient excellents. Georges et Geraldine ont toujours ete present pour nous donner des informations sur l'ile, et nous ont aussi accompagnes lors de visites dans des endroits inaccessibles avec notre voiture. Nous avons adores la maison vert amande et ses proprietaires... C 'est un lieu unique et rare!!

This great place made our vacation one of the best vacation ever. It is a beautifull house , it has a magnificent garden and Geraldine is the best hosestyou can get. The location is in the most beautifull beach of Kea. We recomend it for the best romantic vacation. We are going to come back!!!!!!!!!!!! Anat

My husband and I just had the most amazing week at the Green Almond House. If you are looking for sheer relaxation in a beautiful environment, then this is for you. Geraldine and Georges are the most wonderful hosts - they made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. This is a beautiful property (the pictures are spot on!), ideal for a wee retreat, with a beautiful beach to boot. And the bar service at the beach helped with the relaxation! Be prepared for a dirt road to bring you to this secluded spot, with fantastic views all around, but once you're in Spathi you won't want to leave. All topped off by Geraldine's delicious breakfasts & home-grown salads. We left totally rested, & hope to return again soon.

My fiancée and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday at the Green Almond House on kea. The island itself has beautiful beaches, friendly inhabitants and some great restaurants and bars. The ferry to Kea from the main land is easy to organise and the house itself is only 20 - 25 minutes from the main port in Korrissia. You definitely need to rent a car to visit the island as the house is quite remote. Geraldine and George were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome and relaxed during our stay. Not only did they make us a delicious breakfast every morning, using fresh produce from their farm but they also helped us plan trips, advised us on places to go and also invited us into their home for a traditional Greek dinner - which was excellent. The house itself is beautiful and different to anything we have stayed in before. Geraldine has created a space that is private, relaxing and a pleasure to stay in. The house is only 100 metres from the beautiful beach at Spathi, which has crystal blue sea, lovely sand and was very quiet. It also has a great beach bar that serves food and drinks. A holiday to the Green Almond House is perfect for a couple who are looking to relax and spend time walking, discovering beaches and experiencing the traditional Greek way of life. It is not a party holiday and if you are looking for that then maybe another of the Greek islands would be more suited. A tip for anyone thinking of staying would be to rent a 4x4 during your stay as the road to Spathi is very rough and is hard in a normal car. We couldn't recommend Kea and the Green Almond House enough! 5 out of 5.
