The property was quiet, clean, well maintained, and well appointed. Plenty of space in all interior areas. Comfortable beds. The views from the condo are spectacular. The communications with the rental company (Blue Pacific) were excellent throughout the process.

Light, windows, sound of the surf, warmth of the fire, recliner and chaise with soft fleece throws… it just doesn’t get much better than this. Comfortable bed, spacious kitchen, games, books, large jacuzzi tub… what more could you want? Multiple good eateries nearby. Highly recommend.

We spent three days here and never got tired of watching the waves. The couch and beds were all comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this condo complex several years ago. This was our first stay at Beacon and it met or exceeded our expectations. The unit was clean, well equipped with mesmerizing views. Seeing whales just off the rocky shore within a half hour of checking in was a bonus. Hope to return.

My wife and I had the best time relaxing on the deck and watching whales just yards away from the rocky shoreline. Truly amazing!

Place was as advertised and had a great view. Had an issue with a toilet and called blue pacific and they were very rude about issue so while recommend place hopefully you don’t have to talk to them as lady was one of rudest people I have talked with

Worked so well for our family with the need for a wheelchair. This was a second floor unit so the elevator was critical. Amazing property.

Amazingly beautiful condo. Gorgeous view. Spacious deck! Super comfortable furniture. Most well-stocked kitchen for a rental I’ve ever seen. Easy to work with management. We plan on returning.

We came with our daughter and son-in-law. It was a great location with easy walking to the shops and restaurants. The pool was great and the condo layout made for a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely come again.

One of the best units for the view. Needed a couple more blankets and the golf channel.

It was the best coastal view I have ever experienced on vacation. The unit was warm ans welcoming and I loved the lighthouse theme throughout. We saw whales from the balcony each day and loved the way the balcony panes were transparent but wonderful shelter from the wind. I cannot recommend highly enough!

The condo was pristine, comfortable and centrally located. The view was spectacular. Saw gray whales every day from our patio!

Very well appointed with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Comfortable beds, full laundry, comfy chairs, well stocked kitchen and most of all - a fantastic view, right on the ocean with interesting rock formations, sea birds, etc. We saw several whales spouting from the comfort of our balcony, even though it’s not peak whale watching season. Highly recommend Tidal Raves restaurant in Depoe Bay and Local Ocean in Newport. Will definitely book the Beacon next time we visit!

We have stayed at the Village at North Point many times while vacationing in Depoe Bay. The Beacon has the most fantastic views of all. It is such a pleasure to have an ocean front master bedroom. The entire condo is so comfortable. We especially appreciated having two rocker recliners which are sometimes hard to find. The kitchen is well equipped and Blue Pacific Rentals are a great management company. We highly recommend this unit.

Words cannot describe the beauty of this place. The view is spectular and The Beacon has all the comforts of home and then some. Nothing was left to chance in the Beacon. My husband and I have seriously talked about moving to Depoe Bay but I must have this unit. Everyone at The Village at North Pointe was fantastic and we made friends with many of the residents. It felt like home, only better. I love this place!!!!!!!!!!! I hesitated, at first, to give such a glowing review due to selfish reasons (I want availability), but this property must be experienced. We loved the opportunity to view whales right out our windows and did many times. The sunsets were awesome, every night and the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks lulls one to a peaceful rest. God's great majesty is displayed everywhere you look from the shoreline, to the whales, the sunsets, the weather, sights and sounds of nature. I want to live here.
