We stayed here for the 2022 70.3 WC (1 athlete + 3 adults). Lots of extra space for only the 4 of us. Location was great for us ... super close to Harmons for groceries, and super close & easy to access the "three corners" part of the bike course around mile 45 right before they head up the mountain. Not very well stocked for cooking (salt and pepper was about all), and the stove didn't light without a lighter.

We have stayed at Paradise Village many times over the years. We love the pools and the water park. The house we rented this time was great as well. My kids loved the X-Box and the ping pong table. The house was clean and very comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again. The only issue we had was when we arrived to check in, the front door was unlocked and open. After a thorough search of the house to make sure we didn't have unwanted guests, we settled in and enjoyed ourselves. We did call the after-hour property management number to report the open door to let them know, but no one called us back to apologize or double check on the house. Luckily, all was well. I thought a little effort to follow up with us would've been nice from the property management company, but it didn't ruin our vacation.

Loved having the extra powder rooms so people didn’t have to go into bedrooms. The pools are always a fan favorite. Kitchen was nice and equipped with lots of pans/appliances. However know that there was no tin foil, plastic wrap, or baggies. Also no spices or non-stick sprays for cooking and leftovers. For the most part the place was clean. My one caveat was that the floors had obviously been barely swept. Feet would turn brown by waking on in bare feet. So we stayed in shoes all the time. Seems a shame that they could run a mop over the floors between guests. Otherwise a great place to stay.

It was a great space with all the things needed for a great stay. Pool toys provided with lots of extras. Beds and furniture were comfortable.

Communication before our stay was awesome, the house was spotless and all of the amenities were amazing. We absolutely loved that each room has its own bathroom and shower. The floor plan is perfect for games and activities and the location of the house is beautiful. We can’t wait to stay here again.

There were still leftover snacks from the prior guests on the top deck. Drawers and shelves had visible dirt on them. There is no cable or satellite TV in the main family room, as advertised. We had things planned around televised college games and there was no way to watch. Maintenance came and said lots of owners are canceling the television service, but not letting the guests know. There were no grill utensils. We started hamburgers, then realized we had nothing to turn them with! No hot pads, either. There was one small blanket that was supposed to be for the futon. No other bedding or pillows were found. You will definitely need to bring blankets. There is a lot of grout missing in the bathrooms and the upstairs king mattress smelled of urine! We will stay in Paradise Village again, but definitely not the home. We stayed in 4 other homes here and this one did not meet the expected standards.

Everything was awesome, except the floors are WAY OVERDUE for a cleaning. Everyones feet were black within 20 minutes of walking around. Hard to have respect for a rental and do "shoes off", when the floors are that bad. The babies crawling around had black knees and hands constantly. We almost left the firat day, it was that disgusting. Wont come back unless we know floors are a focus for this ownership group (they should just place "no shoes in the house" signs at the entry, and that may help keep things cleaner, longer. Also, there is a "TDS" remote missing from front room, so not possible to watch TV.

We had an awesome stay at Paradise Village! This property is stocked with everything you need- all the kitchen supplies, plenty of towels/beach towels, pack n play, air hockey and ping pong! Our kids loved walking to the pools and going to the nearest park to play pickle ball- wish there would have been four paddles so we could play, but we made it work! Needs some new ping ping balls too! All but one were broke. Overall this was a perfect stay for our family of 6 and we will definitely be coming back to stay here!

I took my teenagers with some of their friends to st George since they had no school Monday and stayed here. We all loved it! Loved the location and the fun pool and amenities. Loved the house and all the space it had and how clean it was. Everything was provided and easy to use. We will for sure be staying here again!

This property was clean , comfortable and perfect for our family.

Our extended family of 9 spent Christmas here, and there was lots of room for everyone. The furnishings and appliances were exceptional and the kitchen was well stocked with items such as a crockpot and high-end blender. There was a pack and play crib in one of the closets as well. We appreciated the air hockey and ping pong table as it was very cold during our stay. Overall, the unit was clean, but after crawling around on the floor, our granddaughter had pretty dirty knees. On the whole, a very pleasant stay in a great location.

We booked this property last minute as a previous rental canceled on us with less than 40 hours of our arrival. VRBO was great to help us locate this property and Utah's Best Vacation Rentals were very helpful in getting all of the paperwork put together quickly for our stay. The house was great! There are a lot of fun amenities included with this site. The kids loved the pool! The house was clean and well stocked. It worked well for our family of 7 (2 adults and 5 kids). The only issue we had was we were given the wrong code to get into the house , but it was quickly resolved with a phone call. (Again, this shows the great customer service of Utah's Best Vacation Rentals). Things worked out well and we ended up staying in a better rental than the one we originally booked. We would stay here again!

This was an excellent place to stay. Plenty for the kids to do and lots of room for everyone. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the fact that there was missing linen for the futon, no extra blankets, not enough kitchen towels, and the TV's were really tricky to figure out. Otherwise this place was excellent!
