The condo was great and had everything we needed. The one issue I had was with the wifi. The wifi network that was posted on the refrigerator did not appear as an "available network" on my phone so we did not have wifi access during our stay. Other than that it was great and I would return to this unit.

The condo was perfect for our ski trip to Loon. It had everything we needed and was super convenient to the mountain and restaurants. Thank you!

The property was very peaceful and quiet​. We enjoyed some quiet time out on the porch listening to the river run by.

My husband and I have been together for 17 years and this was our 1st time ever being alone for more than a couple of hours. This is also our 1st time in New Hampshire, always wanted to visit. The home is very clean pleasant, comfortable, spacious, peaceful and has the rustic feel that I love. The pictures in the gallery are slightly different due to some updates/changes and I love it and I love the large moose drawing in the dining room. Instructions are very detailed, any question you may have is written down in a book, I did not have to contact the owner for anything. Outside is peaceful also, and we're about 2-3 minutes away from shops, restaurants, liquor store etc. I cant wait to come back with our daughter, she will love it. I seen a chipmunk and was excited because I never seen one b4. On the balcony you can hear the waves from the river and its peaceful, the rock scenery is a plus. Once again it's so clean in here that I had to mention it again. I will return next year with our daughter and hopefully for a little bit longer. The unit was very clean. The unit is on the lowest floor of a multilevel condo complex. Unit looks bright and cheerful on the photos but in reality the interior is somewhat dark although that’s probably at least in part related to the cloudy days we had. The kitchen is well stocked. Unit is in good condition though a bit dated.

Our family enjoyed our stay, the condo had a convenient location and the perfect amount of space for us! Definitely would stay again sometime.

We came to hike and were gone all day but it sure was nice to come back and have a place to relax and get cleaned up. We love the RiverFront location and were happy to get a place there. The sound of the river in the background is soothing and we had a nice light show from the balcony one evening when there was a thunderstorm. Shannon was right there on the phone when we were stymied by the key lock box when we arrived. No issues at all and would rent this place again!

From booking to getting settled, this was a very easy transition from my families busy week and into this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Upon arriving we couldn't help but notice how clean it was and the view of the Pemi river. So close to Loon and everything else that Lincoln has to offer including multiple restaurants and activities. The owner has this place set up like its there home. Highly recommend this spot.
