The condo was amazing! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and we loved sitting on the back porch. Great location to everything in Marathon.

family liked the location-close to restaurants, shops and Key West. the A/C was great; internet strong and mostly clean. For six of us towels were lacking (6 bath, two hand, two wash clothes) and no detergent so we had to provide. Loved the crock pot- great idea; my suggestion is to do a box filled with detergent, baggies, trash bags, paper plates/cups, AL foil, dishwasher tablets etc- charge me twenty dollars, but then i don't have to run out for it when i arrive- it would be a nice convenience. Code to door is better than keys. Plastic cups/glasses for pool area would also be nice. thank you for making your condo available to others. Best Regards

This rental met all our needs and expectations. The area was clean and quiet.

Our group heads to the keys annually for the fishing. One great feature of this property was the chest freezer on the patio allowing us extra space for our catch.

Close to everything, clean, cute, had pretty much everything we needed. Might be good to provide dish soap, more toilet paper, and garbage bags or be specific that you need to bring your own

The place was nice and clean. The grill that came with the place was used and not cleaned by the previous guests. The only draw backs were the pool closes at dusk, there is no onsite fishing anywhere allowed and there is no onsite beach type access only sea walls. It was nice having the boat docked right outside our unit though and the on site marina has fuel and ice but no bait or tackle. Good location with restaurants and grocery stores close and easy access to the gulf or Atlantic Ocean by boat via the Vaca cut.

House was clean, comfortable, and great location. Liked having our boat right outside the unit. The people at the marina/boat yard are also very efficient and friendly. nice community pool.

We stayed for 5 nights at Coral Lagoon and had a wonderful time. If you have a boat, this place is very convenient, with easy access to gas and ice at the marina on site, and both the Atlantic and Gulf just a 5 minute ride from the slip (just make sure your depth meter and transducer is in good working order and follow the markers closely!). The ramp was a little tight and a bit steep but got the job done. The property itself was very well kept, clean, and had all the comforts of home and then some, including a deep freezer out back for bait. The decor was island theme and very nicely done. We got in some much needed R and R and left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. There were plenty of restaurants close by, accessible by both car and boat as well. We didn’t want to leave! Hopefully we will be back soon!

This was our first trip down to the Keys with our boat. This place was perfect! The guys next door at the marina were so polite and helpful. It was so nice to have the boat right there in the backyard to get on and off whenever we wanted. We would for sure stay here again.

We had a great week family vacation in Marathon. The house was great- clean, cold and very comfortable. We did not have a boat but there was plenty for us to do nearby. Recommend snorkeling at sombrero reef. We used captain pips -spirit snorkeling and felt safe and had an amazing experience. Also went to sombrero beach and Bahia Honda SP. Would recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you have a boat great location!!

The unit was beautiful and clean with everything we needed! We loved the 2 porches. It’s was so convenient to have the boat right behind the unit! We loved it and would absolutely come back.

I thought the place was very cute and a good location. We only had one garbage bag which was very strange. It would be helpful to visitors to have garbage bags and dish soap!

A super nice place to stay. Close to everything we wanted to do . Went charter fishing , kayaking. Drove down to Key West to celebrate our 25 anniversary . Nice restaurants locally . Beautiful sunsets! Hate to have to go back home to winter 😞�😞�

We had a great stay at this location. The accommodations were just as stated on the website. Location was good and close to stores and restaurants. The central location was great for touring the other keys islands. Would stay there again.

Biked from Key Largo to Key West and stayed in Marathon as our base. Very nice accommodations! Just wished I had brought my boat also!

My family had a fabulous spring break in Marathon. The townhome was beautiful and perfect for my family of six. We loved having our boat docked out back of our home. The pool was well maintained and we felt like we were in paradise!
