My family and I (husband and 4 boys) have stayed all along the the coast line from this area into Florida. We did enjoy our stay here. Had no problems mentioned by other reviewers with the rental company.Pros: The condo was beautiful, well kept, clean and kitchen was better stocked than some of the houses weve rented in the past for much more money. Needless to say I came over- prepared not expecting all that was already there. one TV did refuse to work for us, but to be honest we werent watching a lot of TV either so it didnt bother us. The view was beautiful and the beach was always clean and gorgeous. This seems to be a majority FAMILY FRIENDLY place to be. My kids made so many new friends I lost count. The staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful. Its not far from Adventure Island or the Wharf if you are looking to get out one night. And you MUST try Docs Seafood Shack for supper and the Hot Rod Diner for breakfast at some point during your stay. Both amazing places nearby.Cons:The indoor pool was practically inaccessible b/c of ONE rowdy group lining the pool and hot tub area with beer cans and constant loud swearing. (Again it was just ONE specific group of people; not the majority) The Phoenix 10 is right next door to Flora Bama (a bar) so expect some loud live music and from our experience police SUVs there every night. On our 3rd day there someone actually stole our beach chairs from the bins and we had to buy more so DO NOT trust them. Overall I would definitely stay here again if it was available. The pros overweighed the cons in my opinion.
