Absolutely wonderful condo! Beautifully decorated and prime location. Directly on the beach. Close enough to the 30A action without being right in the middle of everything. Lots of extras that most rentals don't have as far as cleaning supplies, paper goods, etc. We loved the beach lounge and umbrella setup each day - perfect! Beach is very quiet and while we were visiting in April no crowds. We definitely recommend this condo would would stay here again in a minute. Amber/Owner was great work with.

We absolutely LOVED our time at 38 Ramsgate. The new renovations were stunning and the attention to detail was incredible. The hosts thought of everything we might possibly need - from beach towels and sunscreen to an incredibly stocked kitchen. We loved the beach lounge chairs that were reserved for us daily so that we could enjoy the beach in comfort. The location was quiet and calm which gave us the chance to unwind through walks on the beach and days of reading books and doing puzzles. Both bedrooms were gorgeously decorated and had incredibly comfortable beds. We are so grateful that we had a chance to stay here and hope to come back again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful space!

We enjoyed our stay at Ramsgate 38! Located on the west end of PCB, which makes it quiet and very convenient to many of the local restaurants and shopping!

38 Ramsgate is well taken care of, renovated and very easy to access. There are two balconies which is nice, because the bedroom balcony gets more sun and is very private and the downstairs balcony is better suited for meals etc. the view is beautiful, and there is everything you need to be home away from home. Beds are comfy, everything is clean and parking is chill. There are stairs but she is very clear about it and if you live in a townhome or can go up 2 flights you’ll have no problems. Amber is a great host and very responsive. Her guide to restaurants did not disappoint, there are grocery stores very close, and the beach is steps away with chairs waiting for you in the summer. There were hardly anyone around us the days we were there. the best thing i appreciated was the check out process wasn’t too intense, you know some listings have you basically clean the place before you leave? Amber’s instructions were just take the trash out and if you used beach towels wash them, which is fair and made our morning checking out easy. If there is anything to know it would be the building casts a shadow, so there isn’t much sun on balcony until noon or after. It really is perfect for those who want a quiet easy and peaceful stay at the beach. Plan to return!

If you are looking for an amazing experience, look no farther. This is a wonderful place to stay with amazing amenities and breathtaking views. The owners are highly responsive and a pleasure to work with. Anything we asked for or needed was addressed almost immediately. It’s very well stocked so I recommend checking out all they have before going to the grocery store. All the spices you can think of are available. The only and I mean only downside are the stairs leading to the condo. We plan to return because this is the best and most accommodating condo we have ever rented. I highly recommend.

We had a great Spring Break at Ramsgate. Location is convenient, with grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the beach and chair service just about every day. Views from both balconies were amazing. The condo is well equipped. Check in/out was super easy.

From the moment you walk in and are greeted with the fabulous view, you’ll be glad you are spending your vacation here! The Young’s have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The beach is beautiful, the chair service is a very nice touch and super convenient to stores and great restaurants. Amber provides some great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome email. This was our second stay and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The condo was well stocked with basics and in an excellent location. We loved how uncrowded the beach was and the convenience of nearby amenities. Can’t wait to visit again!

There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this property. Everything was just as described and the owner was amazing to deal with. View was amazing and distance to the beach was perfect! I highly recommend this property!

Property. And location were great. Only negative was that the cable/ internet were out for our entire trip. Work was being done from day 1. Communication with owners was good but nothing was resolved and no refunds or even a sorry was exchanged

Nice place to stay

The location of the property is exceptional, so close to the ocean and endless beachfront with stunning sunsets which you can view from two balconies. Close to shopping and restaurants but removed from the hustle and bustle of large condo hotels and malls. Quiet but convenient. The unit is nicely decorated and entertainment options are plentiful. The beachfront chairs and umbrella are the cherry on the cake if you rent in season. We enjoyed out stay.

Unit was well stocked and on the nicely tucked away on the quiet end of the beach. Owner is quick to respond to messages. Great Rental.

the condo and owner were very nice. it had a lot of items that most places do not. there were trash bags, laundry supplies, dish soap, lots of tp, and even beach towels. it was those little things that made the stay less stressful.

We loved the condo, and the beach was quiet and uncrowded! We cooked off in the pool a couple of times, and it was always uncrowded as well. The condo was well equipped and comfy. The only thing that would have made it more perfect would be an elevator! Our family had a great stay here and made some great memories with our 1 year old granddaughter!

Location between PCB and 30a restaurants and shopping was great. The condo is just some stairs and a few steps to the beach, so convenient. We really appreciated the beach chair service that was provided. Condo was so quiet and peaceful. Check in and check out was a breeze. Amber was very accommodating, responsive, and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again!

This was our first trip to the "Emerald Coast" in the Panhandle of Florida. My family and I greatly enjoyed our time at Ramsgate 38 in Panama City Beach. The area is perfect for families, not too busy/crowded and quiet at night. You are practically on the beach/water (1-2 minutes walking) and the facilities at the condos are really convenient. The owner provided a Chair/Umbrella Service for two with extra chairs if needed. In addition, you can shower off the sand and take a dip in the nice clean pool before heading in which was perfect for us. What nice too is that it’s relatively close driving to a lot of other beaches and national parks and of course Panama City itself. The water’s beautiful and relatively low waves and clean…this also applies to the beach. The Condo was very clean and had everything you’d want for a stay…cleanliness is super important to us and the condo is well kept and really nicely decorated (my wife is super picky and she was impressed). The owner is very accessible for any questions and provides clear directions on usage as well as recommendations where to shop, eat etc.; parking was easy too and convenient. The only issue we had is the Condo is on the top floor (nice views btw from the balcony) so you have to go up 3-4 flights of stairs with luggage. Just pace yourself if you are out of shape like I am  I highly recommend and would rent this again when we decide to go back to the Emerald Coast.

My wife, sister/brother in law and myself stayed here for a week. We had a great time. Great location the beach isn’t very crowded but still close to plenty of stores and places to eat. Condo is very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Pool is very nice and clean. Certainly plan on staying here again! Thank you for a great place to stay!

We have grown tired of the crowds of 30-A and have gradually moved further East over the years. I was worried about the proximity of this property to Panama City but we were pleasantly surprised! The beach was not crowded and essentials are just a few blocks away so you do not have to sit in traffic. The unit is very nice and updated and was perfect for 4 of us. We would definitely come back.

The condo was perfect. VERY clean!!! It is obvious that the person attending to the condo goes above and beyond. No dust or random crumbs anywhere. The condo was well equipped with kitchen utensils, extra fans and plenty of towels and washcloths. Parking was a dream. Location is perfect, plenty of eateries nearby but not overwhelmed with traffic. Beach is easily assessible, the complementary beach chair service was so convenient. This was one of our most treasured beach trips.

We had an amazing time at the condo! It was incredibly clean and had everything we could have wanted/needed during our stay. The process was super easy and everyone was super friendly. The location is great and not too busy. We'll definitely be back!!

We loved our stay here! The condo was beautiful and had everything we could ever need to cook dinner. The beach is so much less crowded than other places we have stayed with the high rise condos. We loved that the bedrooms are upstairs which helped so much for the littles to nap and not have to tip toe around the condo while they were sleeping. We will definitely be back!

One of the best beach condos we’ve ever stayed in! Great location - we had the beach to ourselves and were able to take advantage of all the PCB and Rosemary Beach amenities.

We had a wonderful vacation. We have been to PCB many times but this was our first time staying on the west end. The beach was absolutely perfect, never crowded, and the traffic was minimal. Still not far from things like Pier Park and the many popular restaurants. I made several meals in the kitchen. The appliances look to be very new. We loved our week away and will definitely return!

We enjoyed our time at this townhouse. Very clean and spacious for our family. Beautiful views and great location for a quieter stay in PCB.
