We came down for fall break, and had a fantastic time! The property was clean, amenities were great. The kids loved the 2 pools and ping pong table.

We loved the location and the amenities. We biked, we swam, groceries and near by food were great! We did snow canyon, the St. George children’s museum, the dinosaur museum, pioneer and red hills garden parks. We walked to near by playgrounds and played some pickle ball. There was lots to do and lots of fun! One thing I did learn is that deliveries via Amazon or the postal service and ups will not be made to a vacation rental. (Maybe something to list in the welcome packet.)

Here are the issues I had. We arrived for check in at 4pm and the lock on the door displayed low battery. It took about 10 entries of the code for it to finally unlock. Many of the bowls and cups in the cabinets were dirty and had caked on stuff stuck to them. The throw blankets also had hard stains on them that clearly indicated they were not washed in a while. The freezer did not make ice. Which was a huge flaw for all of our warm beverages and the hot weather. The carpets in the rental were really in need of a clean. Lots of hardened spots on them that looked like a spill that was never cleaned up. While the cost of the rental was reasonable, the tacked on $200 cleaning fee was a shocker to me considering the place was not very clean at all. We even needed to wash and dry two full loads of towels and a load of dishes before we left so I’m not sure what that cleaning fee covers aside from sweeping the floor and making the beds.The pool keys were hanging up on a side wall hidden behind the curtain. The notes clearly indicated they would either be on the bulletin board or the kitchen counter. It took us the entire first day to find them and the office was closed so there was no one to contact for help until the next day. Lastly, the notice on what to recycle was in the garage, no where near the garbage bins. We don’t need to recycle where we live so this was a last minute thing that we noticed. Signs like that should maybe be in the kitchen or on the bulletin board where the guest will see it upon arrival and be able to separate their trash accordingly. We saw in on the way out and literally had to take all of our trash with us because it wasn’t separated I also hated that there was no one to contact about anything. An office number was all we had and it closed at 5pm. .

It was so nice that it is a close walk to a park and pickleball courts. There are games, towels, hair dryer, grill, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes you need, even an air fryer! I do wish they had large shampoo and conditioner in their showers. As well as some lotion in the bathrooms. They had pickleball stuff, ping pong supplies, badminton, floaties for kids, frisbees, one bike, balls, etc. Right around the corner from Harmons and the dollar store. A place where you don’t even really have to leave the community to do other things! We would love to come back!

A few minor details: the master bedroom is not dark even at night, would recommend owner purchase black out curtains for a more restful sleep. Also, gym had several broken items of equipment. Lastly, Wi-Fi is not very strong to work from the house. Would recommend improving signal speed and strength. Overall, it was a great place, my family had a nice week stay.

We loved the house and it was perfect for our family! The community was very nice and our kids loved the pools. My only complaint would be that I thought that each house had a max number of people that could stay in it. We had a house a few down from us that literally had over 20 kids. They were never a problem while we stayed at the house, but at the community pool it was a mad house whenever that group showed up. With only 3 adults and 20+ kids, that group was out of control and not enjoyable to use the community pools with.

Perfect vacation spot

The property was clean and organized. The pools were busy but I wouldn't expect them not to be. Really close to Snow Canyon and 12 minutes from downtown. Harmon's is right next to the property so it was super convenient to show up and grab groceries for the weekend. Overall we had a great time and would stay at this same property again for sure.

What a beautiful location and property. Comfortable beds, everything we needed. Very clean. We would love to stay here again. It felt very spacious.

We have stayed at Paradise Village at least a dozen times and this is the third time we stayed at this specific property #1. They do a great job keeping things clean and professional and fun. I’m sure we will be back in the future :-)

Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen well stocked with utensils, mixers, having a water dispenser & ice out of fridge was convenient. Small things but Kleenex & towel hooks in master shower would be a plus.
