it was a very very nice hotel

the price was a little higher then we usually spend but was wealth it

Very friendly staff and a nice cosy atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, very nicely decorated and clean.

Welcome drink & free snacks. Incredibly comfortable bed. Good sized room & bathroom. Great position very close to Bourbon Street, but in quiet road.

Parking expensive, but seems to be all over New Orleans.

We loved our stay! The staff were fantastic, thank you to Renee, Kate, Laura and the wonderful valets who helped us. Sorry we couldn’t remember all the names. Hotel is immaculate and we will stay there again if ever back in Houston.

management handled a room issue splendidly. room was gorgeous (penthouse suite). (Thank you, Laura!). staff in general was good.

only downside is “fitness room”, if you can call it that. it’s basically a closet with a few exercise bikes. useless to me. they really need to make a major upgrade. until that happens I won’t be back.

Great central location, interior is very nice and classy, facilities are great, loved the mini bar and all the snacks/drinks replenished daily. the restaurant was great as well

the only let down was breakfast. the selection was very small, there was not a single vegetable in sight and the rest of the food was not of great quality. complete mismatch with the rest of the hotel

Great location and quaint ambiance. The staff was great and even upgraded my room since it was my first time staying there.
