Staff is good, there’s a spanish guy who works very hard he’s seems to be handicap.
Only 1 elevator works, gardens needs urgent care, insane how some people let their dogs poop and don’t pick it up. Sodas machines doesn’t work, no AC in the lobby and employees are sweating like crazy.

The location was perfect for what I came down for. Quiet for most part. The staff was very friendly.

Wasn’t clean stains on the beds, walls and bathroom and elevator was broken.

Everything. I arrived to the motel and the woman at the front desk was extremely rude. She canceled my reservation because I asked about free parking. I demand my full refund. I am very upset because I made plans to stay in a room for a night and I got the worst service ever. It was 11pm at night and I had to look for another location so u can book a hotel room. This is a big inconvenience because it made me have to change my plans.

Room: Always clean. (Could use a closet so other guests don't consider the valet carts to be their personal wardrobes for their rooms.)
Cleanliness: Always clean...as I said before. (If you ever need anything, i.e. bath tissue, towels, fresh bedding....because of an extended stay and want to keep your privacy, all you do is go to the front desk.)

The only reason I’m writing this is cause they gave us a room with the bathroom room door had holes in it like someone punched the door as well as the tv was messed up the same way and cold not watch tv. So we called downstairs and they said they were sorry and they upgraded us to another room. Which they did and that room was amazing!!
The area is bad. If it wasn’t for the upgrade all the other rooms need some work as well as the property. Also the area is not the greatest.

the view from our floor was very beautiful! I liked that they had vending machines which came in handy for us when we wanted a snack or drink. it was also nearby a lot of food places!
when we arrived they didn’t have our room which i was confused about because we booked this room a few weeks before but they did provide us with a bigger room. It wasn’t how the photos online looked but it was still comforting. the towels weren’t big enough to cover and the fridge had a spoiled like smell it wasn’t pleasant.

We were not allowed to check it due to the fact that my husband did not had an original id on him, he had a photocopy of his passport. I truly believe that your hotel its against immigrants and that's the reason why they wouldn't allows to even check in, although i am a us citizen and was using an American Express credit card, we were not allow to check in.

The room supposed to be non smoking so basically whoever stayed in the room before us was smoking cover the smoke detector with a bag
Everything the room didn’t come with everything it said the room was dirty I was switch to another room that was different and both bathroom doors like someone broke in it and it was painted over it was just a scary experience I booked for three nights I woke up the next morning and checked out

Lift not working, poor equipment in the room, lot of people hanging around the hallway smoking pot or being intoxicated....
