The pool area and hot tub were nice.

Bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean and not too busy.
The rooms could use a little refurbishment and there was a bit of a smell. We left the door open for quite some time.

Convenience, value
I accidentally booked a handicap room which was fine, however, if you didn’t stack 3 towels by the shower the entire bathroom would be flooded. Needs to be redone.

Dry friendly front desk staff. Nicely updated and spacious suite.
The kitchen was nicely updated but not very functional.

Not too far away from the beach, rooms were clean, good parking.
Price of it too high, room smelled a bit moldy, needed to air it by opening the door for a few hours to get that out

The people at this hotel have gone above and beyond we are waiting for a motorhome to be delivered they actually gave us a late check out time then the motorhome company didn't deliver the motorhome on time for us to be checked out so they had no issue letting us continue to keep the room they have gone above and beyond to make this comfortable and easy for us

At 1st i reserved 2 rooms at the arrival only one room was available and still got charged for 2 rooms . Very disappointed
