The omelet was very good. The bed was very comfortable. It’s location was very good.

Good breakfasts, friendly staff
There were tarry oil deposits on the beach that were not washed off. For this reason, we probably will not return to this place.

Super clean staff was amazing!
There was air conditioner in the lobby and in our rooms, but on the second floor and third floor there was not. Although we didn’t really mind it because we were not hanging out in the hallways anyways.

We enjoyed the services. The breakfast was super.
We didn't like that our bathroom walls were dirty with fecal. The restroom didn't have fans to rotate air. The hallways of the Hotel were super uncomfortable (muggy).

The room and housekeeping was great.
The front desk employees were not attentive. We were ignored twice so we just walked away. We had wanted to add a few nights to our stay but decided against it

The location of hotel was great. Walking distance to places to eat and to the beach were so close. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Asked a couple of questions and was answered. Everything was comfortable and cool. Pool area was nice.
Area where the charcoal pits were needs work. Leftover material left out in the open. Some shade would be nice too. Maybe fix on website where it says washer and dryer in the room. It needs to state that its a laundry area on floor 2 and 3 or something.

Great location and good breakfast options. Very clean rooms, purchase options for food and beverages at the front desk 24/7, and accommodating staff.
The halls smelled of mildew and ammonia and the pool was over chlorinated.

the location was good
apparently booking,com does not have correct descriptions of the rooms, I booked a room with a sitting area and washed and dryer and got a regular room. When I asked about the difference in room I was told the room what I booked and booking.com was misleading.
The smoke alarm was above bed and has two tiny yellow slow blinking lights that woke me many times. the tile in rooms entry was slippery and slightly slimy.

Breakfast was awful. Bland prefab food with rubbery eggs. Need to offer some fruit

the treadmill I. the fitness center was broken and the elliptical was barely working. it was rusty and difficult to work.

Location was very convenient.
Refrigerator leaked water all over cabinet it was in and on to carpet. It had to be apparent to cleaning staff. It was not clean except in the middle of the rooms.

The hot tub was great, and they had a full breakfast. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Off the Main Street and out of season, it was very quiet.
Lacking any place to hang towels or swim suits to dry. Also my daughter cut her hand and needed stitches and the front desk said I would need to go to Corpus Christy, but there is a 24 hour ER urgent care on Padre Island.
