I booked this because it has 8.9 stars, how it got that, I have no idea. It was a fine place, expensive but fine. But only really fine! Be warned, it is not worth the cost and should realistically have closer to like a 7.8 - 8.2ish star count. It's a fine place, just far from outstanding.

No elevator to carry all our stuff to the third floor. Still a great place to stay though.

Loved the location, room and beds were clean and comfortable. Good shower. Nice pool.

The staff at the front desk go above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating. It was worth it to be within walking distance to the shops, the beach, and the boardwalk. Parked my car when I got there and never had to move it until I left.

The location was great. Even though parking was somewhat of a hassle, it was ok.I

I didn't like having to carry my things up three flights of stairs. I also didn't like walking down the stairs because the edges of the steps were not clearly marked. As a senior citizen with vision limitations, I had to look carefully to make sure I wasn't over-stepping the edge of the steps

The front desk attendant was exceptionally nice and welcoming. They had free coffee and was located close to many shops and hidden gems.

The beds were very small and not exactly comfortable
