The shower drain had hair from previous guests.

The room was dirty. It had cobwebs and flys. The bathroom roll in shower drain was rusted and the tiles were starting to peal off. The drive way was so cracked and in need of repaving that my husband could not push me in my wheelchair, so I couldn't go out of the room. Because of all this, we left a day early. There was no hot breakfast as advertised. only coffee. Found zero quality to your inn.

Entered room and got situated once laying in bed noticed it felt wet. The actual bed had pee on it and the room cleaners just threw a cover over it. Didn’t get our room discounted or anything horrible experience.

I like that the rooms were spacious.

I didn’t like the fact the maids just walked in and don’t give you opportunity to answer. One of those times I was not fully dressed. Also due to location I found huge black spiders in luggage.

A working TV, the bulbs -you can see the lightbulbs through the TV There is no notification prior of having to put $100 deposit The hotel did not return my hundred dollars till like three days later, and some of my bills bounced There was a curly hair in the bathroom floor The tub with cracked, and had like paint over it to cover it up Looks like the walls were dirty The back of the hotel was very dark and people were just looking around walking and it was very uncomfortable

It was a calm environment, clean rooms, accessible vending machines and parking.

Breakfast was ok, eggs were bad, reasonable options. Room was fine, bed was ok, clean.

The TV was pretty bad, it was too dark, the brightness would dim after it was on for awhile

ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, HAD ALL AMENITIES, GOOD HEAT, MICROWAVE, FRIDGE, COFFEE MAKER. HOT BAKED COOKIES IN THE LOBBY ANYTIME AND THE BREAKFAST WAS COMPLETE

ONLY ONE ELEVATOR AND TWO STAIR CASES WERE NOT ADEQUATE FOR A ROOM ON THE 3RD FLOOR. PARKING IS TIGHT.

my key card kept cancelling, so, when i would go to my room and be carrying stuff up , the door would not unlock and i had to leave my stuff at the door, because it was too inconvenient to carry it down stairs, to go get the card charged. this happened many times.

the exterior is absolutely gorgeous! I absolutely love the waffles.

Hot water was a constant challenge. The pillows were very flimsy….

The employee that checked us in did not inform us about location providing breakfast
