They fact that every room had dead and live roaches and almost every room was missing 1 or 2 pieces of furniture. Just overall a bad experience and we left early

Not a damn thing, I didn’t even get to stay and they kept my money.

I showed up to stay and had a friend with me so dude wouldn’t let me stay because it was past 6pm. I didn’t even get a refund. Worst place ever don’t stay here. Hope this place gets shut down

The staff was nice.

The cocroaches, the burn holes in sheets n blankets,from how I saw the sink area and mirror,this room wasn't cleaned or wasnt finished being cleaned. Honestly if it wasn't for the snow, and not having money til the following morning,I would have never stayed there. I was worried about shutting off the lights so my babies.wouldnt be crawled.on by roaches. It had the smell too.

Red Lion should be ashamed to put there name on this horrible place. No smoking signs everywhere but the halls and our room was filled with cigarette smoke. the air conditioning was broke 93 degrees outside, shower had mold in the corners. sheets were wrinkled and very thin. were they clean who knows. we slept on top of the bed. Hallway was filth, walls scraped and chipped. pool closed. staff at check in was very nice and apologetic. stated he had a list of things that needed fixed a mile long but non of it was being addressed. The check out staff was very rude. this was a non refundable reservation or we would not of stayed. I will never trust the Red Lion name again.

good price. property was a recently “converted” to a Red Lion. old worn and formerly smoky. everything was cleaned and tidy as someone was trying.

The door to our room was hard to completely shut. There were bugs and cockroaches all over the sink and bathroom as well as some in the sleeping area.

pool was empty--hot tub was empty.......bed bugs and cockroaches(infested !)........TV was not working--Fridge not working...........Microwave not working--------no elevator---------a pile of garbage lays at the end of the parking lot....Bed was hard as a rock !..

The smell was terrible. Cockroaches everywhere. Dirty. Seriously the worst place I've ever stayed. Homeless people outside, garbage everywhere. Yucky. Take it off your sight, we should be reimbursed.

Nothing that I liked about that place.
