Super clean and comfortable!

A bit run down. Breakfast was sub-par

Location of hotel was fine. Breakfast was 7-11-ish, packaged muffins, juice and coffee. The egg mix was nothing you would want to start your day with.

When checking in for 3 nights, we were given a room on the top floor. We were greeted by a wall of heat when we emerged from the elevator. The room was also burning hot. When I went to the front desk, the lady was puzzled and apologized and said she would have the maintenance man check it the next morning (it was still early afternoon when I checked in). She said to turn on the AC in the room (they keep them off until someone checks in) and wait a couple of hours and it should cool down. When we returned later that evening, the floor was still burning hot, no A/C, but the room itself cooled somewhat. It never got down to 70. The next morning, I asked the clerk at the front if maintenance had been called for the AC on that floor. She didn’t know and I asked her to call. “I can call him, but he ain’t gonna fix it.” Excuse me?? She said the AC upstairs had been broken for a while and the part was not in. I called around noon that same day and told the young man that I would stay one more night, but not for the 3rd night since there was no ac, and asked to be credited. I gave over 24 hour notice due ONLY to their known issues of non-functioning AC. He said of course but had to confirm with his manager. I was later told that they would not do it. I called Booking.com, whom I paid and they gave me a $50 Booking credit but did NOT refund the 3rd night room fee. Two long phone calls with booking and they said they can only try to get the hotel to refund, but cannot guarantee. What a shame. I’ve spent thousands on travel using Booking.com. Never again.

The room wasn't clean. I was switched to another room that was a bit better but not much. My mother is handicap and it was an inconvenience that they hotel couldn't accommodate her.

Clean room and handicap accessible.

Room size and layout. Spacious and well layed out room and bath. Lots storage space.

Our a/c unit was unusually noisy, the left bed mattress was a bit aged coul use replacing. Breakfast could have been better.

Location was great I have some great bacon eggs was not cooked long enough very comfortable sleeping. Love how big the room was.

Never had our room clean we had to take the towels out and go get extra towels. We end up cleaning the room ourselves
