Location is excellent, quiet, easy access. Very clean, everything we needed was there. Plenty of room for everyone and still have privacy. Access to beach couldn't be better. Can't think of a single negative.

This is a perfect place to stay if you want quiet and secluded! Walk right off your porch onto the beach. Away from all of the spring break mess but close and convenient. Very nice accommodation! Clean well equipped! Perfect! We so enjoyed a long weekend with our oldest daughter, and she did too! ❤️

My complaint is that we didn’t stay longer. This trip was THE PERFECT trip. We had plenty of room on the beach with no crowding or partying. The location of the house was ideal with 3 grocery stores nearby, eateries within walking distance. A short drive took us to the “beach”stores and touristy hangouts if that’s what you’re looking for. We loved the off the beaten path feel for our need for QUIET. The house was cozy and clean with the best views of the water. The master bedroom overlooked the beach and water. We left the sliding door open just a smudge so we could hear the waves all night long. We highly recommend this location if ON THE BEACH is what you’re wanting.

Loved the location. But needs simple upgrades. The furniture was broken down…..tv in kids room didn’t work most of the time, beach door didn’t lock, and the kitchen cookware needs to be replaced…… overall….. being on the sand was the selling point.

Right on the beach! No carts needed to move luggage or beach stuff. I am definitely booking here again.

The view from this townhouse is worth the price of admission! It’s beautiful! I saw that some reviewers said that it needed some updates. It could use some, but everything is in working order and nothing looks bad. Just old in some cases. I do have 2 pet peeves when renting a VRBO. I expect there to be hangers. All the time, every time. Even Motel 6 provides hangers. This property had 1 pants hanger. So, no good there. Also, I think every property should have a full length mirror. No go on that too. in addition to those items, the sliding glass door needs some grease or something. It’s super hard to open from the outside. With that being said, I’d, without a doubt, rent this unit again. The bonus of the view, walk to the water and the neighborhood made the few things that could have been better not such a big deal. Also, check out Bayou Bills chargrilled oysters….good grief!! Delicious!! We LOVED this trip!!

We stayed at this property for our 2023 spring break holiday. The condo is located on the beach, exactly as advertised and exactly what we wanted. The description and list of amenities is very accurate. There's no grill, nor Keurig, nor loads of kitchen gadgets, but with it being on the sand just steps from the ocean, they aren't needed. There are a few beach chairs and a small basket of beach toys for building sand castles. Bring your own beach towels and sun shades (and maybe your own beach chairs). There's no grill because grilling (open flame) isn't allowed on the beach; though you could bring your own grill and grill in the parking lot. The beach was never crowded—very private feeling. It's amazing to spend a week living right on the beach. We'd love to return someday. <3

We enjoyed the calm and quieter side of Panama City. The condo is clean and well managed. The weather was perfect.

Everything was perfect. Step off the patio right to the beach! The place needs updated and needs some repairs. However, the beach access outweighs the disrepair. Hope to return next year.

This was a beautiful space. So convenient. There was a cold front this week so being so close to the sand made it nice to sit in the living room an watch the beach from the living room.

We had an amazing time, just walked out the back patio and onto the beach was awesome!

Really enjoyed staying at this property, great location near many restaurants and grocery stores. The access to the beach can’t get any better than this. Very calm peacefully location, not overcrowded. We’d set up our beach gear and come and go. No worries on leaving things unattended at beach. Really enjoyed the water and it’s sand. Perfect little beach getaway.

One of our favorite beach trips to date! Loved it, perfect location, can’t get any easier to enjoy and experience the beach for adults and children. We hope To come back!

Great location, but place felt a little dirty because of the old gross carpet, rugs, sheets.

We enjoyed our weekend. Would book this place simply on location- awesome to just walk out on the beach.

Directly on the beach, it takes the hassle out of your vacation. The beach is clean, quiet, perfect for swimming and relaxing. Would definitely recommend. The unit is exactly as presented online.

Easy as pie

Pirate Cove Villa 117 was perfect for our family. My daughter and I brought the grandchildren (9 year old boy and 3 year old girl) over spring break. It was nice being located on the beach because the kids could run back to the townhouse for drinks, food , and restroom use while we continue to lay out on the beach. Townhouse was clean and fit our needs just fine. There is a Win Dixie right around the corner which came in handy a time or two. I will definitely come back!

We had the most incredible time! I didn’t want to leave. I will be coming back 2-3 times a year!

Loved being right on the beach!

Property definitely needs some maintenance and updates. Only one plug in most sockets worked, air vents need cleaning and filters changed, no screens for either doorwall upstairs and downstairs, shower head in 2nd bedroom needs tightening/replacing, walls had places where white spackling was showing, stains on the ceiling. Outside of that the view was amazing and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves. We had our wedding on the beach with a few family and friends. We would consider coming back.

This is our second time in this rental. It's right on the sand, and the beach ⛱ is nearly empty. Located near grocery stores and a sea food restaurant that has live gators out front :D We fished from the beach, saw dolphins 🐬 , a baby shark, and leaping stingrays! Downside was no blankets? Last year there were quilts, and this year we went second hand shopping to pick some up bc it's November and a little chilly? (There are plenty of sheets and a light fleece on each bed, otherwise.) We highly recommend this place because the location is perfect.

Our unit was one of the cleanest units upon arrival that we have ever stayed in. The location is awesome and the beach was very quiet and relaxing. It was disappointing to see the price doubled for next year at the same time. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The rental was just as pictured and described, very cute and clean! Can’t beat having the beach right outside the back door either!
