Awesome experience! Very clean and accommodating.

Even though we had issues with the water that were way beyond the control of the owners, Casey went out of her way to help make our stay successful. The location of this condo is great...1/2 way between Winter Park and Grand Lake. We were pleasantly surprised by the onsite arcade room. That was a n unexpected bonus!

The condo is nice. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The locks on deck doors are broken (3rd floor though). No A/C in the entire building, but temps in Granby don't get above 80 normally, so we stayed comfortable. The one of the windows would not open and was stuck shut. Great stay for us over all!!

Nicely located right off 40 at the entrance to Granby Ranch. Main unit has kitchen/living with the loft and bunkroom upstairs. Master is an adjoining unit. Nice view off the deck!

Casey (the homeowner) was extremely helpful and answered my many questions prior to arrival; once we finally arrived onsite everything was just as described. The place was in a great location and moments away from all amenities on the property. My family was very pleased with the accommodations and we look forward to coming back again. Thank you again!

Great family cabin. Beautiful view and great location. Had issues with the toilet that the on-site management never did fix while we were there. Other than that, we would return. Pool was great for the kids.

My family and I had a great time. Our two young children loved the bunk bed room. Everything was as described and Casey communicated easily about our stay. We really loved the location; just a short trip to Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain and Grand Lake. We throughly enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, arcade, outdoor corn hole and grills. It was wonderful to have a balcony with plenty of space for our family to eat outside and watch the sunset. We hope to return!

We had a great time staying here!! Condo was nicely decorated with fully equipped kitchen and stocked with everything that we needed! Only downside is that it doesn’t have air conditioning. We just opened all windows and had fans going high speed. The upstairs bedrooms were kinda hot at night. The beds were very comfortable and the new carpet was nice and soft. Outdoor deck patio is nice and overlooking the pool and grill area. I’m pleased with renting this unit. Located close by a grocery store and McDonald’s and gas station. We were only 26 minutes away from the grand lake entrance to Rocky Mountain National park. We enjoyed going to the town of grand lake too. The owners of this condo were very nice as well!! Would definitely stay here again.

Unit very clean and new carpet. Owners very responsive. Enjoyed our stay. Nice place to come back to and unwind. Complex itself could use some maintenance, specifically the elevator at building D. Otherwise, pleasant stay. Would come back.

The price is great for this condo and the amenities were an awesome surprise! The condo is in an Inn that has an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. We took advantage of the pool daily. The Inn itself is dated, but this individual unit is updated and nicely decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and soaking up the view and sunshine. We drove 5 minutes to skiing and just 25 minutes to Grand Lake for the cute town and snowshoeing. I recommend this property for families looking for a great price and fun for the whole family in the area.

The condo was a great place for our get away. Clean, close to many activities, restaurants, and owner communicated well throughout our visit. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for a wonderful 3-night getaway. The place was way bigger than we thought and half the price as other comparable places. We will go back again.

The condo was large enough for the 4 of us although couch seating was limited. Both bathrooms are on the lower level so guests in the 2 rooms upstairs should be aware of that. The check-in gal was not the friendliest both my husband and I encountered at different times. The property was a little older than I anticipated with the mention that it had been renovated. Don't get me wrong still very nice, spacious and a wonderful location. Beautiful country surrounding. The windows could be a little cleaner however, I would recommend and stay again. Thank you for the opportunity to rent! And thank you to the property owners for accommodating an early check in for my daughters surprise engagement! Such great memories will be shared from this vacation and again I would rent again!

Great condo in Granby and Casey was so easy to work with and accommodating. Loved the place!

Overall it was great, needed a little more cleaning, which I ended up doing. I was told they had a new company for the cleaning, needs some more detail cleaning, which I don’t fault the owners they are very nice people and very helpful. I wouldn’t say anything but with the pandemic Covid-19 it’s very important. Cute and quite place, location is close to lots of things close by or not to far to drive to. Casey, is very good to work with and responds right away.

We completely enjoyed our stay, it was wonderful to have the pool for the kids to cool off and burn off any extra energy from the day. You can get up to Grand Lake in 20 minutes and it is much much more up to date than anything we saw in Grand Lake with a McD, Subway, and Grocery just across the street. You can also get to Winter Park or SulSprings in twenty mintues. Just awsome!!!! Clean and just tons of space, you could not pick a better place.

Easy access to the lakes, hiking, and fishing. Great view on the deck for sunsets. Staff were nice. We cooked most meals and it was really nice to have all working appliances. Beds were comfy. Well kept place.
