I could not recommend this place more! The perfect space and location for a quiet vacation for just my husband and myself. I always loved visiting Rehoboth and this made it all the more relaxing. 10000% will stay again.

The condo was extremely clean, the furniture comfortable, and decorated thoughtfully. We loved the convenience to restaurants, shopping, and bike trails. It was well appointed with attention to detail, which was appreciated.
The hosts instructions were clear and timely, and would definitely stay there again.

Easy walk to all night life. Easy couple blocks walk to the beach. Condo was clean and spacious and updated beautifully. Owners are great and helped with anything we needed! Would book again!

I came to find this listing through a Google search and so glad that I did. The condo is exactly as shown, and a nice spot to settle in for a weekend away, or for a single to two-person stay for a period of time. Stanley was great with communication. My time there was comfortable and well spent.

We had a great stay at Stan and Donald’s condo for a fall beach weekend! Location was great and the place was very clean and comfortable. Stan and Donald were very responsive and gave great recommendations in the area.

It was a last minute decision but I was so happy for this VRBO find. The condo was clean, quaint, and accessible to all whether walking or driving. Stan was readily available via, phone, email or just down the hall.

A beautifully decorated condo about a half mile walk to the boardwalk. The unit was sparkling clean, which I appreciate! Owner was easy to work with and very responsive. Will definitely consider again for my next trip to Rehoboth.

This was a quick weekend beach getaway for us before fall. The condominium is lovely, quiet, and a great location on Rehoboth Ave., a quick walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to staying there again in the future.

We stayed in this charming condo in Rehoboth and had a wonderful time. Stanley responded quickly to questions that we had. Check in was very easy with an informational binder provided. The condo was with in walking distance of all major downtown attractions.

We really enjoyed our at the Ark. The location was perfect for us, being close to the boardwalk. It is a very easy stroll down to the ocean which was very nice. Also close to restaurants and some breweries which was very convenient.
The condo itself was very clean and organized. Check-in/check-out process was very easy and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip!

This was truly a wonderful, well-appointed gem in the
Rehobeth Beach area! It was so convenient and easy to walk to the coffee shops and I found a great local restaurant right across the street. The condo was beautifully decorated, the bed amazingly comfy and I loved all the special touches that made it feel like home! I had the opportunity to meet Stan and Donald and they are so kind, helpful and terrific!! 5 Star hosts!!!!
The parking pass for the city was especially helpful as I did visit the beach for a couple days. Truly they thought of everything!
I will be back! :-)

This place is beautiful! It is immaculate with an updated, beautiful decor that has a tasteful beachy vibe. Stan is a very nice man and was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The 10 minute walk to the boardwalk was very convenient, as were the many restaurants that we walked to. We will definitely be back next year!

My wife and I stayed at Stanley’s apartment for 3 nights. It was a wonderful place to relax. The whole place was very clean! The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, all of the appliances worked as they should, and the shower was great (perfect water pressure and responsive temperature control). The location was perfect for us as we spent a lot of time at the Dogfish Head Brewing and eats. There were several other restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well. Stanley was very responsive to questions, even while away for the weekend at a wedding. My wife and I are looking to stay here again, and I would suggest you stay here too!

Everything about our stay was FAB, the hosts, location, the beautiful condo and the weather! Location is EVERYTHING! Morning coffee and Rise Up to a GREAT meal at Stingray all in walking distance. Hope to make this an annual retreat!!

There is also a royal farms 1 min away for any snacks or drinks you might need. It was a bit of a walk to the beach but easily doable. We enjoyed the Seawitch Festival, which we could see from the balcony. The condo was very clean, very updated and the perfect size for the two of us. Check in was a bit clunky but Stanley helped resolved. We would definitely stay here again!!

The condo was beautiful and in a great location. We wouldn’t have changed anything. Stanley was a wonderful host. He even suggested several activities for the rainy day at the beginning of the week. We would love to stay again.
