We rented for one week in January. The house had everything we needed for a day at the beach. We had our one year old granddaughter and it worked out great. Lots of space and well stocked kitchen. Maureen was extremely responsive. Thanks!

Great location and wonderful hosts. The atmosphere of Vanderbilt Beach is quiet and relaxing. Our grandkids had fun in the pool and loved the convenience to to the beach. Would recommend providing instructions on how to inflate the extra mattresses. Looked for a pump but could not find one.

We have been staying near Vanderbilt Beach for decades. This was our first time staying in a house across from the beach. You couldn't ask for a better location. The house has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay! We hope to be back again soon.

Location is great, roomy, pool & hot tub great. Would suggest a new set of pots & pans. Would definitely rent again! Our family had a great time!

We’ve just returned from spending 2 weeks at this home and definitely didn’t want to leave! The location is spectacular- a quick walk to the beach, great biking/walking/running paths, and an easy drive to grocery stores, great restaurants, tennis/pickleball courts, golf, you name it. The house was spotless and plenty of room for all of us. The few problems we had with the hot tub were resolved immediately. The owners of the home are very kind, welcoming and ready to make your stay as best as it can be. We would definitely recommend staying at this home.

Maureen was terrific to deal with and her beautiful home was exactly as portrayed. Perfect location, quiet cut-de-sac street, half a block walk to private part of Vanderbilt Beach. Large Lanai with pool and hot tub was a perfect retreat. Fished from the private dock. Well stocked, very clean house, comfortable layout, new efficient appliances,. We would definitely stay at Maureen's lovely house again!

My family had an amazing time. The house was extra clean, fresh and beautiful inside and out. The beds were so comfortable! The pool and spa were heavenly. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook delicious meals with groceries we had delivered from local grocery store (Publix via SHIPT). The owner was responsive, and gave us 5 star treatment at all times! Best of all...it is literally across the street from the most beautiful private beach...the whole family enjoyed the beach every day, and the Sunsets were legendary! We can't wait to come again soon. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful property. Nicely laid out and well maintained. Master opposite end of house from other guest rooms. Right on a canal with nice pool and spa. The location is great- less than a block to the beach for swimming and incredible sunsets. Management very nice to work with on minor issues. Coronavirus restrictions came along mid month and we were thankful for the pool. Can’t wait to go back next year! I would highly recommend this property

This was the most beautiful home and location we've stayed in years of renting from Marco Island up to Clearwater Beach. The water views out the front and back of the home were stunning. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub almost everyday. From beach towels to pool toys, we never wanted our month vacation here to end. The homeowner was absolutely the most responsive and accommodating to all our needs and any minor issues were resolved immediately. My biggest concern wherever I rent is the condition of the mattresses. This home had the most comfortable, clean mattresses in all the rooms. Many cleaning supplies, detergent, paper products were there for our use. The homeowner thought of everything. We will be returning to this home for many years to come.

Beautiful home with an ideal location. Pool, canal and walk across to gorgeous Vanderbilt Beach. No need for anything else! A few minor adjustments with the pool upon checking in but the owner and her team were right on it! Wonderful stay that ended much too soon!

This home is in a perfect location. Less than a block from the beautiful ocean. Easy to walk to, to enjoy a day at the beach or just catch a sunset. We have stayed at this home many times. Always very clean. The pool is wonderful and we enjoy the view of the canal. Even saw dolphins in the canal this trip. The property manager is nice to work with and responds timely to any questions.

Second time at property and did not disappoint!

We can not begin to say how much we enjoyed this vacation. Vanderbilt Beach is the most beautiful beach with white sand & awesome sun sets. The house is very user friendly. Our grandchildren are big "shellers." they look for shells every morning. This beach is great for that. The back is on a channel. so they fished off the back dock. We highly recommend this address.

... so no one but us would ever rent it!! Unfortunately - it's perfect. The layout is ideal; master on one side, guest rooms on the other. The common rooms were open to beautiful views - canal out back, bay out front. The den was perfect for studying when our son came to visit. The kitchen is equipped well enough and there is everything needed for a day at the beach: towels, chairs, umbrella, floaty things... The pool is fine for splashing around and exercising - and b/c of its size it was always a fantastic temp. Never used the hot tub. The dock is fun for fishing. Didn't care that we just got catfish, it was really just about the wine. Dolphin, jumping fish, so many birds. So fun to wave at all the boaters as they passed - "Hey, we live here!!!" Location is great; two minute walk to the beach, just a few more to restaurants and bars, and a short car ride to grocery, gym, movie theater - anything you could possibly need. Maureen is terrific. Had two small issues (couldn't operate the TV and the freezer iced over), she responded immediately. And yes, the sunsets.

We just returned from a wonderful week at this house. This was our second time staying here and would definitely stay here again. The house is well kept and you can easily walk to the beach. Lot's of things to do close by as well. Finally, the owner was just a text away if we had any questions.

The location cannot be beat! The beach is 100 yds away, the view out the back of the canal was beautiful and the view out the front door equally as beautiful. We so enjoyed our stay!

Owner is easy to work with and returned security deposit quickly. Great North Naples location with Vanderbilt beach 1 block away. We kayaked from the dock with was nice. Wiggins nature area is very close. Enjoyed the pool and spa, although wish we had more direct sunlight. Nice that you can control the pool/spa temperature. Pool is a decent size and house is comfortable, including beds. Kitchen is stocked better than most. Many good restaurants near by, including Turtle Club. You will enjoy this house/location.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. The location is excellent - 4 houses away from Vanderbilt beach (which is incredible!), on a canal, on a dead-end street. Walking to the beach or the La Playa hotel was no more than 2 minutes. The screened-in pool and hot tub were great, although the pool was smaller than I expected. The open floor plan was wonderful - with the master bed/bath on one side and the other two bedrooms and baths on the other side of the great room. This helped to give a little more solitude and space when needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix a few meals. We didn't use the boat dock and lift, but wish we could have. This is a very nice house, we really enjoyed staying here. We would definitely stay here again, and hope we get the chance some day. Maureen (owner) was great to work with, and made sure we had what we needed. This is a wonderful place to stay!

We found the home to be beyond our expectations! So comfortable! Absolutely beautiful! So relaxing to sit out by your private pool- we spent hours doing just that! Dolphins in the canal and the beach at the end of the road - what more do you need? But Naples has lots to offer. We enjoyed seeing the sights and having this lovely home to return to after a busy day. We hope to return often!

Our party of seven had a great time in Naples! Beach was a short walk away and the beach itself was fabulous. The house was beautiful and the pool was a bonus. Shelling was really good at the beach. Visit the Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park if you get a chance; it's right up the street.

We had a phenomenal vacation at this home with our family! The dock is perfect for kids to fish, and the beach is only a hop skip and a jump across the Gulf Shores. The open floor plan is amazing and the outdoor grill and pool area top it all off. We cannot wait to go back again!

I usually don't take the time to write a review but our 10 day stay was one of the best most relaxing vacations ever. The owner Maureen was a pleasure to work with and is top notch. The home is lovely and the pictures on the website don't do it justice. My husband and I and our next door neighbors spent 10 wonderful relazing days in this home. The beach is a 3 minute walk where we went everyday and returned every night with a glass of wine to watch the spectacular sunsets. There were several close restaurants within walking distance and take out delivery was just a phone call away. We enjoyed the screened in lanai daily and had many dinners out there. And just like one of the past reviews, we saw dolphins swimming in the channel our last day. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Grocery stores were close by and very accessible. What a memorable vacation and what made it even more spectacular was the personal touch you left for me Maureen our first day of arrival. Thank you Maureen for allowing us to stay and enjoy your beautiful home. We will be back again next year. Don't miss the Turtle Club for a wonderful dinner while dinning outside as well as Bahleen. What a wonderful dining experience.
