Only good point was that the location was perfect for our needs.
Dirty pathways, dirty elevator and poor conditions of all areas. Smoking outside rooms caused smoke smell in room. Kitchen sink had food in drain when first arrived and discovered later that it leaked on the bottom! It wet paper towels and water bottles that we had placed under the sink. I had made reservations for the whole month of July but was told had to renew reservations weekly and was reissued new keys each week. My mom was harassed for payment on a Friday when we were told by the Office Manager that payment actually was due on Saturday. There was also someone who smoked pot and you could smell it each time passed by room.

Didn’t stay at Location,I was charged for Cancellation on same day because no Pets allowed. No Communication from Both Merchant.

Paid for 13nights lost out on 6 nights cuz of bed bugs did not refund me or give me any other room worst management ever! Owner is not caring or under standing at all!

There was absolutely nothing that I liked. The front desk hours were restrictive and management was rude and totally unprofessional.
The manager was rude. Unwilling to accommodate late arrivals.

staff is great, the only thing I do not like is the road noise damn trucks all night long! this place is clean and well maintained .
parking lot is fenced in and secured. I just have a problem with the road noise ,rated that real bad.

Having a kitchen was nice. Cooking area totally clean. Linens clean.
Property.The bathroom was super small as far as the counter space goes, there wasn't any 😔.The bed was super noisy, scrapes against the wall and floor. I did not "flop" either. Checking in was okay as the manager did help to get in before 3. Very hurried and seemed to be bothered. In total, this establishment is very quiet and peaceful. The property is clean and I feel safe here.

Pretty much everybody here keeps to themselves and that's what I like LOL...
Staff member were very up to date with property bed sheets towels everything so I'll give it a five-star.

Location is very centric if you plan on visiting different places within the SA area. Around 15 mins from everything. The staff was great... just ask for Joe the manager, he was awesome and really helpful!!

Gorgeous and comfortable room, especially for the price. Having a stove top made it much better than most hotels; all within the same price range.
The door had been over painted and stuck badly requiring being shoulder rammed or kicked to open; an issue they warned me about ahead of time indicating that they could have had it fixed before. There was also a crack in the base of the tub that I pointed out to the maintenance attendant after my first night; again this is an issue they were apparently aware of beforehand and did not want to move me to another room. Not an issue for me, but it will be a bigger issue for them in the future.
