Georgetown Villas are walking distance to downtown and a very easy drive to all that there is to offer on West Bay Road along the 7mile beach area. The gardens and pool area are very well kept and the small beach area is great with a walk out to snorkel and a sunken ship very close by. This is not attached to the main 7mile beach. There is some beach erosion that won't connect you to the main long stretch but it's accessible at so many places along West Bay Road. Unit 318 is on the 3rd and top floor. There is no elevator. If you have mobility issues this is not the unit for you. We had teenagers to help with luggage and groceries. The unit is at the very end on the water with views of the ships coming in, the pool and the water. Breakfast on the deck was very nice. Wifi was excellent to do work and the teenagers were satisfied. The unit is solid - never heard neighbours - very quiet. The unit came with a great supply of toilet paper, paper towel, soap etc.. I only had to buy a box of tissues. A nice surprise was that the spare bedroom had a closet full of beach toys, snorkel gear and beach chairs. Used that on our beach days and really appreciated that. The unit itself needs some TLC - it's outdated, holes in the walls and some damage so repairs are needed. Overall clean except the floors - our feet were black by day 2 and under the beds... ick - never done. Still had a great vacation and would stay at Georgetown Villas again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We (4 adults and one 2 year old) had a 3rd floor corner unit with a great view. But there's no beach and even the adults had a difficult time accessing the water due to the coral and rocks. The kitchen was awful. poorly equipped, microwave door could not open all the way because of placement next to wall. Bedrooms comfortable. Old decor.

Rental was very clean and location is perfect. Highly recommend, check in was simple and easy. Condo comes well stocked, and even had snorkel gear provided.

We’re snorkelers and I can’t think of a more convenient location. I went out directly from the property every day- sometimes twice a day and there was always something new to spot. The pool water was a bit cool for my taste, but sparkling clean and refreshing. The unit was exactly as described and very comfortable for two couples unless you had too many cooks in the galley kitchen at once. We hope to return soon.

Had a great stay in 318. Clean, quiet, and fantastic views. We love GTV in general but this unit is now our favorite. Great seating with great breezes. One word of prep before you arrive, there wasn't shampoo or shower soap (there was hand soap and dish soap) , so you'll need to bring / buy your own. Not a big deal just know that if you arrive on a Sunday as most stores are closed. The floating noodles are fantastic for lounging in the ocean. All in all a great stay, we will be back!

We enjoyed the condo; it was exactly as shown in the photos, spacious, clean and had everything one might need. We made great use of the fully equipped kitchen. The views were amazing from sunrise to sunset. The pool area is beautiful, and often we were the only people at the pool. Snorkeling access is easy, and the views of the cruise ships are super! The condo and surrounding area were very neat and well kept, and the area was quiet and safe. There are many places along Seven Mile Beach to eat, and public transportation is easy and inexpensive. By the way, our favorite restaurant was XQ's which is an easy 5 minute walk away.... the chicken schnitzel is to die for! Cayman Villas was responsive prior to and during our entire stay .... they arranged to have Kirk's Market deliver our list of groceries the day we arrived. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Relaxation in Paradise! We had the best time at this quiet condo, great views out of every window. On the top floor, the balcony is great for watching and listening to the waves. The location is great with easy access to everything. Snorkel at the wreck just down the beach for great fish views. Needs some minor maintenance. Don't be afraid to drive, just look right and drive left. Watch a YouTube video on roundabouts, it really helps. Thanks for a fantastic vacation!! The condo and Grand Cayman will not disappoint.

We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the Villas....there were a few details that need to be updated/fixed but we would stay there again. It was awesome to be right on the ocean watching the sun and moon set and listening to the constant sound of the waves.

Condo was very nice. Very clean and comfortable.

My 2 adult children and I stayed in this unit for 8 nights and could not have asked for a better place to enjoy the ocean, pool, view. The condo was well equipped with everything you need, including many beach items. Sitting on the patio watching the cruise ships arrive each morning and the sun setting at night made for a great day. The pool and grounds are well maintained. We enjoyed being able to walk to many restaurants and shops, even in the evenings. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We stayed at George Town Villa Unit #318 for 6 nights. This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and we look forward to future trips! We enjoyed the condo; it was exactly as shown in the photos, it was spacious, clean and had everything one might need. We made great use of the fully equipped kitchen. The views were amazing from sunrise to sunset. Note, for those who may have trouble with stairs, there is no elevator. We were aware prior to booking and this was not an issue for us. Because the location is on the southern end of Seven Mile Beach, it was very quiet and relaxing, which is exactly what we were looking for. The management company was responsive prior to (answering questions) and during our entire stay (we had an issue with our rental car and they assisted us in getting the issue resolved promptly). They even went out of their way to get us a tea kettle! We would stay here again without hesitation.

If you read reviews to judge units this one may be for you! This was a very responsive and well managed rental. The location could not of been more assessable to beach and snorkeling areas. Stores are in walking distant as are the finest of food locations. Complex is beautiful and quite. Grills are onsite. Walk along seven miles of sandy beaches, but have beach shoes for the coral is on most areas. Comfortable home with everything you need and more. Cleaning supplies on hand or daily maid is available. The balcony is in shade and nicely furnished for day after day relaxing. Dive shop will pick you up or snorkel nearby sunken ship just off shore. Lots of taxi and local bus meant no car needed. We would highly recommend this home. Thank you to the owners for this outstanding unit in Georgetown Villas, a safe and friendly location.

Great location on the Island and the room had amazing views everywhere. Great stay, couldn't get the TV's to work although who needs TV.
