This place is perfect for a week of mountain biking in Pisgah and DuPont. There's a basement where we were able to lock our bikes overnight, a hose outside that we used to clean them up, and a spacious driveway where we worked on our bikes. The location is attractive, quiet and close to downtown Brevard.

The house was as especially nice-updated, nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, and beautiful view of the woods! The location -close to town and Silvermont Park on Main Street allowed for scenic walking! We loved seeing the white squirrels in the neighborhood! Brevard is a quaint town with wonderful views of the mountains and close to Pisgah National Forest and the Cradle of Forestry-the birthplace of forestry!

We stayed here for a family thanksgiving week at my brother’s in Brevard. The place was even nicer than the picture. It’s quite spacious and the rooms were big. The living room and dining room area was spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped and easy cooking space. Loved having the big backyard with our granddaughter. It was so easy to walk downtown from here as well. The hosts were fast with responses and asked if we needed anything else. I visit my brother in Brevard often and I will always see if this place is available before I do anything. Thank you yo the Davis’s

The house was clean and very comfortable. It was perfect for our needs... 3 adult women. We were visiting a family member. When we go back, we will definitely try to rent this house again.

We came to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains and had a great stay. So close to all you would want to do. We were so excited on the morning of leaving we saw three white squirrels at the end of the road. Home was very comfortable and clean.

We enjoyed our stay in Brevard. The house was just as described. Everything we needed was at the house. We loved the big backyard and saw a deer with her baby, all different kinds of birds, a fox and several squirrels. We did finally see a few white squirrels in the neighborhood. The neighborhood was very quiet and even though there was a house next door we felt secluded. We did several hikes to waterfalls in DuPont Forest and went to some of the shops. We also ate at our favorite restaurant Blue Smoke! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your cabin!

This great house is located right in town, close to the main highways, but in a peaceful neighborhood, with a back yard that is bordered by woods. So, you get a country feel, but no long drive is needed to get to all the great places in Brevard to eat out and shop. It is convenient to Pisgah National Forest, DuPont State Forest, Gorges SP, and interesting nearby towns like Hendersonville and Saluda as well. The owners have it equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen and laundry room are great, with all the essentials and then some provided. The beds are very comfy. It's quiet and private, so, easy to get a good night's sleep. The yard is great, and the garage, which is kind of a rustic rec room, with ping pong table and TV is a good safe place to store bikes. I would definitely consider renting this home again. It made our stay in this beautiful area even more relaxing and enjoyable.

We had a great trip to hike and enjoy the Mt. Song Festival! This was a nice house for us because of the location and the layout. Plenty of room to gather to cook, eat, or visit on one side of the house with bedrooms on the other side. The beds were very comfortable. There was also a basement where kids could hang out and play ping pong, a nice deck for eating outside, and a large back yard with some yard toys provided. It was just as advertised.

This property is so convenient and well put together. Plenty of space for us to use as a home base to tour the area. Communication on check in and check out was super simple and pleasant.

We loved the house……. So clean, charming, and so comfortable. We loved it so much, we would like to rent it next summer. Brevard and the surrounding area have so many things you can do…… beautiful country.

We have visited Brevard each summer for 25 years and this is one of my very favorite spots. The location is in a cute, quiet neighborhood that's an 9 minute walk from downtown. The house is bright (with the exception of just one bedroom) with huge windows and a beautiful view of a forrest and creek from the living room. The beds and couches were so comfortable (that's not a small detail).The kitchen has all the stuff you need. Laundry is conveniently located. The house was spotless--no signs of mice, bugs, or any other critters. We're definitely coming back next year.

It was a lovely home and great location for our long weekend stay. Sarah was a great host and was very accommodating. We love this area and we will be back!

A group of friends came for 4 days of mountain biking. It was the perfect house for us. Plenty of beds and in a great location. The host was very thoughtful in the accommodations and notes. The house was well stocked with supplies all the things to keep us comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

We only had 5 days to stay, but in that time we found a clean and well maintained home with all that we needed, and a lovely neighborhood. We found plenty to do in the surrounding area: waterfalls, hiking, dining, shopping. We enjoyed spotting the white squirrels which were easily found in the neighborhood. The only problem we had at the home was easily taken care of with a phone call to the host. Pleasant, quiet and clean!

Your home is even better than the pictures. Everything was as expected. Thank you for the beverages and snacks. We loved sitting on the deck while thoroughly enjoying the beautiful backyard settings.. We will be back!

The house was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive when we had to call with an issue. Turns out we were emailed the wrong code for the lockbox, but figured it out.

My friend and I went to Brevard for a hiking trip and fishing. We couldn’t have picked a better place.

The den area was very roomy and the kitchen was filled with the essentials. Everything felt clean. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Our stay here was perfect and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this house and we will be staying here again for sure. We visited our daughter at college and we hosted a few of her friends at the house for dinner. The house is spacious with plenty of room for us all to hang out. Overall a great experience.

Everything was lovely about the rental. The location was perfect with an easy walk into town. The only thing I would change is to add curtains to the two front bedrooms because the street light shines in.

We loved the location of this property: walk to tennis courts, local park, downtown Brevard. Short drive to hiking trails and water falls in Pisgah National Forest and Blueridge Parkway. The house is very clean, well maintained, fully stocked kitchen. The big windows facing the backyard are awesome! We had the comfort of modern amenities and a sense of living in the wilderness... Definitely will recommend to families and friends.

An attractive anmd comfortable house for our week-long stay

Communication was excellent. Smart locks are the bee's knees. The labeling of the light switches was genius. Our group of 4 had a great week! The house was perfect for us, and the basement garage was handy to store our mountain bikes. The steep driveway took a little getting used to. The on street parking was a nice alternative to the driveway.

It was very easy to rent.the communication was easy ,the direction was good. Would rent it again.
