We were a group of eight seniors, celebrating wedding anniversaries. We had hoped for comfortable furniture and a lovely, well equipped kitchen, and this beautiful home was very comfortable and spacious. I love a well-equipped kitchen, and this had almost everything we had hoped to find. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home!

We get together as a family every year to remember our son who passed away 15 years ago. This is one of the nicest home we have rented. Love how close it is to the beach and SLO. Open floor plan. Well stocked kitchen. Loved cooking steaks on the wood grill. Only negative was we wished there was more shade in the back patio as it got hot in the afternoon.

Our large 3 generation group had plenty of room for everyone in this spacious house. The location was convenient however there is considerable noise from the freeway that somewhat diminished our enjoyment of the yard. Also the patio needs some shade umbrellas on the furniture, it was rather difficult to sit out there in the sunny afternoons. We were pleased with the layout of the kitchen, high end appliances, etc., however there were no dishes for kids, only glasses, etc. I would also suggest the management provide some yard games and beach gear which is standard for rentals like this. The house was clean however the windows were filthy, suggest a service be engaged for regular cleaning? The wifi was not working at first, however a phone call to the management helped us fix it. Overall the house has great features but there is room for improvement.

This is our second time staying at the Monte house. Great location, great property, very spacious and clean.

We had such a wonderful stay with our family. A large property with high ceilings and comfortable living areas, well stocked kitchen and expansive yard with views. We would definitely love to stay here again!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful property. I cannot recommend it enough for families wanting to spend time together! Close to the beach, shopping, trails, and includes all the important amenities. We will be back!

My Family stayed at this Home while in town for a Wedding in Avila Beach. The location is perfect. The Home is close to the 101, making it a Close drive to the Airport, SLO, Avila Beach, and Pismo Beach. The Home is as beautiful as the pictures show. The backyard was a popular spot, with great views and plenty of seating. The fire pit and hot tub were nice features. The house has everything you would need. A pleasant surprise was 2 sets of washers and dryers and an extra fridge in garage. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for cooking. We are all looking forward to come back to this home and spending more time exploring the area.

Perfect property to use as a home base for our daughters wedding weekend! Home was spacious and accommodated our entire family. Loved the location with beautiful sunsets!

We had a wonderful weekend with 10 women who get together for an annual trip each year. This home was large with plenty of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms for all of us. Home is comfortable, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, playing and relaxing. The outdoor kitchen and yard are fabulous! We will definitely stay again.

This was an amazing property for a large family weekend trip! We had plenty of space to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and it is convenient to the 101 to quickly get around.

We hosted a retreat for team members from across the nation and had a wonderful experience at this location. The house is immaculate, the kitchen is the centerpiece of the home and the outdoor patio was enjoyed by all. Five out of five stars across the board.

Wow! What a beautiful home and property. The house is well appointed, very comfortable and extremely well kept. Private and quiet location. Enough room for multiple families to have their space. We enjoyed mornings and evenings in the backyard in the hot tub or sitting around the gas fire pit. The kitchen and dining areas make it easy to enjoy meals at home with enough seating for everyone. Honestly, one of the best houses we have stayed in.

Great location and property for a family vacation

We have stayed at this property again and again due to its incredible location, ability to make us feel right at home as well as the wonderful property itself. As always, we cannot wait to have the opportunity to vacation here again soon!

Lovely home with very well-appointed kitchen and outdoor grilling/kitchen/seating area, and plenty of space and privacy for guests staying there. Our family of 10 (9 adults and one 11 month old) found the house to be very comfortable. Note: if you have an infant/toddler, you'll need to bring a pack and play/something for them to sleep in. The weather was pretty awful - it was quite chilly and rained most days - so we weren't outdoors at the firepit and grill as much as we typically would have been, but the times we did go out, we enjoyed it very much. The hot tub was lovely. We really enjoyed the gas-assisted wood-burning fireplace in the family room. The outdoor spit (also gas-assisted) and grill were wonderful. Cindy is a great property manager~ very fast and informative responses. Wonderful location - easy to get to nearby Avila Beach or SLO, or to head up the coast to San Simeon. The bottle of wine and welcome note were a nice touch. Highly recommend this lovely property!

This home is perfect inside and out. Lots of space to spread out and have privacy but big spacious Areas to be together! Spectacular views, comfortable sleeping and seating areas! This far exceeded our expectations!! Would definitely visit again!

A lovely house in a lovely location. We were too busy to use all the amenities (like the hot tub) but it looked perfect for relaxing under the stars. The adult men loved the basketball hoop and the barbecue grill. All in all, we would stay there another time.

We rented this property to house extended family visiting town for my daughter’s wedding and the house was perfect for hosting a large family! Clean, well equipped with cookware, linens, and so much more! The house was great for gathering on the gorgeous outdoor space. All furniture was clean, comfortable and allowing for ample seating for all guests! The pictures don’t do this house justice. We would definitely rent here again!

The home, amenities and location were perfect for our group of 7. We had an excellent stay and would recommend.

House great for family, including small children. One story with no pool and large grass area so prefect for little kids. Great location, short drive to beaches. Bedroom/bathroom locations great, everyone had plenty of privacy while within the same home.

We stayed here for a guys golf trip and was perfect.

Beautiful home perfect for our family. We did come home to find friends of the owners on-site picking fruit, but overall a very nice long weekend away.

The kids had a huge lawn area to play. We played croquet and still had lawn space for our granddaughter to run and play bubbles, ball. Our 22 month old granddaughter loves Trash Truck. So thank you very muh for having Netflix. My 10 year old grandson was looking for bugs and lizzards during the time we were home. In the evening we enjoyed the hot tub , roasting marshmellows in the bbq pit.Also sitting by the fire pit with a glass of wine with plenty of seating for our family of 9.We enjoyed our time there and will be back again next year.Thank you

This is a beautiful home in a great location, just across the highway from Avila Beach and close to many wineries and trails. Our family of three stayed here with another family of four over Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful experience. The property manager was quick to respond to any inquiries. The house was immaculate and very well appointed with nice linens and everything we needed in the kitchen. Great vacation home.
