Some minor issues but resolved ok

This property sleeps many but rooms are small and noise can be a factor. Many stairs all over house and beach walk also. Lots of attributes however- 3 balconies, 4 full bathrooms, several convenient kitchen appliances for cooking for large groups, plenty of silverware, dishes and pots and pans, LOTS of extra bath towels, extra linens, AC worked great, LOTS of hot water for showers, close to community pool and beach access. Clean with lots of windows. Comfortable and ample balcony furniture.

We enjoyed our family stay for the week here! Immaculately clean, so much space in 3 stories of house to retreat to our own rooms. Balconies with that view of the ocean were so pleasant in the evenings and early mornings! So easy to just walk down to the beach! Thank you for such a wonderful week away! We will be back!

Great place. Plenty of everything you and the family will need. Loved how the kitchen was filled with enough dishes, pots/pans, etc for a big family. There was 13 in of us and we didn’t run out of towels or anything the rental provided.

This house was a perfect size for our family vacation. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a huge plus. Initially, I had concerns when we arrived and the icemaker was making an extremely loud noise and short of unplugging the fridge, we couldn't figure out how to stop it. I called and they arranged for someone to come the next day to repair. I made a 2nd call when the 1st floor air conditioner was not cooling. They sent someone out next day, and the issue was taken care of. We had no other issues the remainder of our stay. It's a great house, and only a 2-3 minute walk to the public beach access ramp. Just be prepared for the 50+ steps to get down to the beach. Not bad going down, but exhausting coming back up after a long day out in the sun. We just packed our lunch each morning, so we didn't have to make a 2nd trip each day. :)

Overall we had a good experience. Location was great. Property had plenty of space.

This is a great spot, with a view of the ocean and short walk to the beach. The house accommodated our group of 16 well, including three families with small children. We had a wonderful time!

This property went above our expectations. There were a few minor issues, coffee grounds were left in the pot and moldy, and there was no Keurig as advertised, but our stay was immaculate other than that mishap. We will definitely be coming back again!

Our whole family enjoyed staying at this property. We made memories that will last a lifetime for sure. We had an issue with the air conditioner upon arrival but the maintenance man was there within an hour to fix it and we were cool after that! :)

This property was everything and more! Great location!! The house itself was absolutely beautiful and super clean! We will be back!

We loved this home. It was 10 of us and more than enough space. It’s location is great! Directly across from the beach. The view of the ocean from the upper two decks is beautiful! Only one con: The upstairs carpets should be shampooed.

This is definitely a great place to stay! The views are amazing and there is plenty of space for large groups. Also, great communication with the booking team. They were very responsive to all of my questions before and during my stay.

The remote would not work. This place is infested with roaches. We have video of roaches on the floor and in our rooms. I would not come back or recommend anyone to stay here.

My family enjoyed staying here it's close to the town and across the street from a beach access. We did have a couple of issues at the house one was a few cleaning issues such as coffee under the coffee maker, we were offered to have housekeeping come back but declined as it was small things we easily took care of ourselves there also were no beaters for the hand mixers. The beach access was also under construction and we were not told in advanced, we were given a code for the private beach access however we found an ADA friendly access a short 4 minute drive from the house which worked better as we have small children and an elderly person in our party. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay with beach properties again.

All 16 of us enjoyed this vacation! Great property, great value!

We had 4 coffee makers with no coffee pot. A/c register needed batteries to keep a/c going. The carpet and furniture was filthy . Ocean views nice, but street was loud.

This stay was for my family's annual vacation. A total of 13 family members stayed with ages ranging from a late 60 year old down to an infant. There was plenty of space for everyone to have some privacy and just as much space when we all wanted to come together and enjoy time with family. Everything looks exactly as pictured and was in a nice quiet neighborhood . The house was clean and very well stocked (even had beach and pool toys in the downstairs closet). The kitchen had all the utensils you can imagine.Tons and tons of extra linens provided and plenty of towels to go around! This location was right across the street from a beautiful beach with easy access. We all had a lovely time. Thanks so much to the owner for opening up their home to us, they helped us create some beautiful and amazing family memories!

The house was nice. If we had gotten to go to the beach it was a lot of steps to go up and down!

I'm rather picky about staying away from home and was very pleased with this property. Was clean and furnished well. More then what we would have ever used in the kitchen. 1 burner on the stove top did not work but only cooked 1 day so wasn't too concerned. Beachwalk customer service was excellent and on top of anything we needed. The air was froze up before we got their and they already had a service tech in route and let us know before our arrival. It froze up again half way through our stay and they sent someone out immediately to fix it. Only thing we didn't care for was there wasn't a whole lot to do right there close. Had to drive into Panama most days for dinner and activities outside of the beach.

We were overall pleased with the house. The access to the beach was a short walk and the beach was not crowded. The community pool for the houses however is quite small and was the temperature of a hot tub. Our kids were disappointed about not being to swim more than ten minutes without overheating.

We had 15 in all, ranging in age from the 70s to age 3. All had a great time!

The outside appearance needs a little updating, new shower liners, and electronic updating (xbox 360 and all DVD players didn’t work). This house was the perfect size for our group but parking was limited for a 4 bedroom house (only 2 spaces provided) overflow parking is in grass. There were tons of extra linens, a good number of towels provided, and several beach supplies in the house. The pool was small but never crowded. Overall, i would stay here again.

Online description said you enter on the 2nd level where the main living area was(kitchen, living room & queen bedroom). My husband uses oxygen so this was perfect. You actually enter on the 1st level and have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the main level . Felt very bad for my husband because he was stuck on the 2nd level and never left the house all week because he couldn’t do the stairs after the 1st day. Was told the description was wrong and it would be changed. Refrigerator made a loud noise. Was told a part had been ordered and maintenance man turned off the ice maker so we had to keep buying ice. One of the large burners on the stove didn’t work and was told it hadn’t worked in a while. Found a review from 8/28/2017 that said the burner didn’t work way back then. No potholders and only one dish towel & one dish rag. Had to go buy them also. 4 bathrooms & only 2 extra rolls of toilet paper. Had to go buy more. 2 coffeemakers but neither one worked. First morning had to go buy coffee for 8 people. A new coffee maker was delivered that night. Some of the pans had crusted food on them but there was nothing to scrub them with, only a sponge. Ran out of trash bags and had to buy more. Dry takes forever to dry a load. The beds were comfortable. Lots of eating area. Nice decks. Very short walk to the beach.

The view was amazing, the house was very nice, great places toeat around town.
