We loved the condo. It was clean, beautiful and had everything that you needed. Owner was easily accessible for questions. I need disability accommodations so I wish that there were grab bars in the shower as well as a shower seat.

Overall we had a great time here. The condo is very nice and everything included was great. Being right near the back door makes it very convenient for coming off the beach and pool. Check in and out instructions were all very clear. Just adding some things here that may help other families: The pool does not allow babies who are not trained. There's a baby pool. I didn't see this in any other review so just wanted to note it. The pictures of the condo are slightly out of date. The dining table is bar high, so our high chair didn't work since we don't use a tray. I had to amazon a booster seat to a guest who came mid week. The master bedroom was an absolute great size for a family with a pack and play. But there's no dresser. The picture on the site shows one but it's a desk now. So there's literally no where to put clothes so that was annoying. But again, the bedroom and bathroom were great, and the curtains were blackout. You can wheel a stroller basically halfway to the beach. The second day we did this and left the stroller up at the end of the dunes for when we came back. It's a long walk.

Loved our stay. The condo is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Fantastic location. The pool and beach are excellent. Great place to enjoy some quality time with family and friends. The host was communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the first time renting at the jersey shore with a pool and it was such a wonderful experience. Having older parents and small children on vacation and being steps away from the pool, made this experience so easy. We also enjoyed the beach, which was about a 5 minute walk, but all completely flat. The beach chairs and toys were a huge plus! The inside of the apartment was recently renovated with tile floors throughout. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Some days we didn’t leave the complex because there was so much to do. We also enjoyed some nights out in Atlantic City. It was an amazing time!

This property is very well maintained. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and easy. I liked the board with everything you needed on one place. It made it easy to remember to return the badges keys etc. the only problem for us was finding the correct building didn’t see where they were numbered. That is not the owners fault. Would definitely stay again

Our family has a wonderful family vacation- condo was very clean and equipped with anything we would need. Location was great - very pleased - would rent again next year !!

The condo was spacious, well appointed, and clean. The owner was easily reached by text, and responded promptly when we had a question. The parking lot that the comples was in contained a lot of litter, and the rear outside door to the building was broken, necessitating a long hot walk to the condo each time we returned from the beach or pool. The condo itself was lovely, but we were not as pleased by the management of the complex.

The condo was completely as described with all the amenities. The beach access is great!

My friends and I are enjoyed ourselves! There were a ton of rules that we had to follow for check in/out that was a little excessive (take out trash, run dishwasher, remove linens, etc). I also think I shouldn’t have had to pay for the linens.

Stayed in January. Unit is first floor close to pool and beach walkway. Nicely redone in grays/whites. Host was very easy to communicate with. Close to AC.

Great time had by all. We were here to celebrate my moms 80th birthday. Spent the afternoons at the Resorts and enjoyed the condo the remainder of the time.

We enjoyed the area and beach in Brigantine and would consider visiting again. Laurie was an excellent host and made everything very easy and convenient.

We stayed at Laurie's condo to celebrate a 40th birthday. We loved the large open space of the living room. The beds were all very comfy, and the bedrooms were all spacious. The condo was extremely clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. The pools and beach path are right outside the side door of the building, which is very convenient to the condo's location. We are already deciding when we would like to come back again. Our stay in Laure’s condo was perfect for our family and friends getaway. Teens could safety explore the island on bikes, we could walk to the beach, there’s was quick access to the pool, and the grocery story (and liquor store 😜), we’re less than a 5 minute drive. Our host was very gracious in coordinating our arrival and departure, and the beach wasn’t overly crowded. All around a perfect week away!

The Condo unit was extremely beautiful. Very well taken care of, very clean, and a very spacious unit. We had enough room for all of us. Would definitely recommend this condo unit for a larger family vaction!

This was such a wonderful property! It is SO CLEAN! The walk to the beach is about 1/4 mile long. This unit is the closest condo to the path. We really enjoyed our stay! The adult pool at the condo is only open on weekends. The general heated pool is open 10a-7p—however, the lifeguards just kinda roll in a little late, so don’t waste your time being there right at 10a. 😆 We traveled with 16m old triplets. This is not the norm, but some advice for those traveling with little ones. There are only stairs up to this condo on the one end of the building, so you will need to lift your wagon/stroller if you have one or walk it to the opposite end of the building to use the ramp. The path to the beach is mostly okay for a stroller/wagon, but be prepared to have one person push and one person pull of you want to take it ON the beach. We tried a few local restaurants. Cellar 32 and McHugh’s Pizza. Can’t say enough good things about either of those places. I would highly recommend this area to someone wanting to visit a clean and empty beach. 😊

This was a great property for our sister weekend getaway! Clean condo with plenty of space for everyone. Short walk to the beautiful beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property, great location. Condo itself is spectacular. The beach is great at this location too because it isn’t extremely busy and very family friendly. Safe place. Pool was great too. We have a 6, 4, and 2 year old that had a great time. We booked for the following year half way through the trip.

The condo is in a great location closest to pool and beach. The layout is great and it was clean and comfy and very modern with everything you could ever want. We enjoyed our stay so very much. We did not experience any bugs or flys or problems getting to the beach. It wasn't far for us but is far for the elderly. The beach is so wide and beautiful and not crowded. The pool is fantastic. The water is the perfect temperature. Refreshing but not shocking. We loved it. Plenty of chaises and chairs and tables available. Brigantine is a lovely family oriented community with so much near by. Laurie is a wonderful and helpful hostess. Thank you for letting us stay.

The condo was remodeled, and decorated very nicely. No need for beach chairs (4 useable were available, but only 2 were advertised in listing). Wish the pool was available during the week at this time. You need to bring your own linens. Make sure you bring bags along to the grocery store, there are bags provided in the closet to take along. Beach was a 7 minute walk on level ground. A beach wagon was very helpful to carry all your items. The beach is not very crowded, especially during the week. Overall very nice place to stay!

Family of 8 ages ranging 9+ with plenty space for everyone. Location was perfect with direct beach access and short drive to Atlantic City. Will stay again!

Excellent stay. The minute I walked in, I felt very warm and comfortable. Everything was easy to use, very accessible, and most importantly very clean. The whole process was seamless, and Laurie communicated with me without delay.

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was extremely clean and the layout worked well for our teen sons. Great location on the beach and proximity to Atlantic City. I highly recommend this spot!

Wonderful family vacation in this large 3 bedroom condo. Great amenities including upgraded kitchen, large bedrooms with wonderful beds. All appliances needed for cooking. Condo is exactly as pictured if not better. Good cable and wifi. Walk to huge beach a bit lengthy through dunes but manageable. Three pools including a baby pool. Terrific for cooling off after the beach. Hours were 10-6 but due to Covid there was a lifeguard shortage and some days the pool opened late. The adult pool was only open on weekends and not heated. Overall, our family enjoyed everything and plan on booking again.
