Excellent property. We will definitely book again!

This home is truly one of the most beautiful homes I have seen. Everything in the home - from the decor, appliances, even the Dyson vacuum cleaner - is what you would want for your own home! The location of the house is in close proximity to Camp Watercolor and the field with the soccer and volleyball nets. We had so much fun playing sports with other families in that area. Watercolor provides a tram service if needed. The house was in a private area but was a close bike ride to the shops at Seaside and Watercolor. It was also very close to the Publix. So many extra things were provided for use, like bicycles, beach chairs, tent and beach toys. The homeowner was so personable and provided her cell number for us to contact her at any time with questions. It was the perfect vacation for our family of 11, including 4 teenagers, 1 child and 6 adults! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Wonderful home for extended family. Lots of bedrooms. Fabulous kitchen. High ceilings. Lots of places to hang out and eat. Great location. Close to beach and pools. We didn't want to leave!

Loved every minute of our stay here - will definitely be back!

This home was perfect for our beach trip with adults and children. We cooked in most nights, and the kitchen was fabulous with upscale appliances. We used all of the main level porches regularly when needing to spread out, and that was an unexpected plus for our group. The older kids loved being able to walk to fish at a pond only two houses away! The convenience to walk to the Camp Watercolor field and pool was a major benefit as well. The owner was an excellent communicator although we rarely had to reach out because we had everything we needed! Highly recommend!

Spent a week at this property with my family and no one wanted to leave. The home is gorgeous and had everything we wanted! Mary was a gracious and accommodating host. We loved our time there and can't wait to book it again for our next trip to Watercolor!

The property was beautiful and perfectly laid out for a large family. Easy walking distant to Camp Watercolor and beach. Very clean and beautifully maintained. We loved everything.

The layout of the house was perfect for our family. The grandkids loved their bunk room. We all loved the open plan and the big windows and the kitchen was well stocked. Great location to Camp Watercolor. It was nice that each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom. One inconvenience I will mention is that at other homes we’ve rented in Watercolor our wristbands were waiting for us at the home. At this home they have to be picked up at the office (which is not open on Saturdays when most people arrive) or at Camp Watercolor before they close. So if you’re not there by 7 pm on a Sat. you can’t get them until 10 am on a Sunday.

The pictures did a great job of representing the house. Very clean. Roomy. Enough spaces you could all be together but betwee font porch , screened porch and back porch you could have privacy if you want it. Well equipped. The 7 of us loved it; the two grandkids girls 3 and 6 didnt want leave and wanted to know when we were going back. Beside the house Watercolor ( we’ve stayed there now 6 times) is a special place. House was beautiful!! And great location. Very close to Camp Watercolor, and just a short golf cart ride from the Watercolor beach and Seaside. We had a wonderful visit, and the house is top-notch! We asked a bit of questions before our trip, and Mary Lee was very responsive! Definitely recommend renting a golf cart. And there is no door to the bunk room so keep that in mind if traveling with kids. We only had one child with us, so it wasn’t really an issue, but just something to note. We will definitely visit again!!

We had a wonderful stay last week! The house is in a great location (walking distance to the pool) and had everything we needed (and more!) in terms of amenities. Mary Wyatt was a wonderful host and responded to all of my questions very quickly during our stay. This is a perfect place for everyone - families, friends and couples - and has everything to suit your needs. We loved our time at the house and will definitely consider staying here again!

We had such a wonderful time in this house. It is beautiful, clean, and has everything you need to feel right at home. Mary Lee made everything seamless and was very easy to communicate with. We had an amazing time! Great for families but would also go back with a group of girlfriends too.

We had an excellent week at Mary Lee’s house in Watercolor: the house is immaculate and excellent for families. We had an amazing stay and this was a dream house for our large family.

My family (4 kids, 4 adults) had the absolute best time here! Mary Lee was easily accessible from the day we booked and throughout our stay! The house is stunning and def gives off Restoration Hardware vibes, but it still was extremely cozy and ameniable to my little kids. Their favorite part was the bunk room. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I especially appreciated having the on-site bikes and beach toys. Again, the host made all the difference in ensuring we had the easiest and best stay! Next time we come back to Watercolor, we will for sure stay here again!!

This is our 2nd stay at Coppertone Cottage and it was absolutely wonderful! It’s like heaven on earth and is my favorite home in Watercolor, hands-down. Everything about it is a dream and it’s stunningly gorgeous! It feels like home away from home and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you Mary for your wonderful hospitality - we had the best time!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this home with 4 King beds and parking for several cars and a rented golf cart! The home was fantastic in the layout and furniture comfort! The kitchen was ideal and had everything we needed for cooking gourmet meals! Our family of 11 (ages infant to grandparents) had many areas to spread out. The location was ideal too. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a family vacation. Beautiful beach, fun biking in the evening, shopping close by, and the kids loved the water park. We are all looking forward to going back.
