Great house for multiple families and very nice host.

House was exactly as described. It was very nice, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this house again.

The property was beautiful and perfectly laid out for a large family. Easy walking distant to Camp Watercolor and beach. Very clean and beautifully maintained. We loved everything.

The layout of the house was perfect for our family. The grandkids loved their bunk room. We all loved the open plan and the big windows and the kitchen was well stocked. Great location to Camp Watercolor. It was nice that each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom. One inconvenience I will mention is that at other homes we’ve rented in Watercolor our wristbands were waiting for us at the home. At this home they have to be picked up at the office (which is not open on Saturdays when most people arrive) or at Camp Watercolor before they close. So if you’re not there by 7 pm on a Sat. you can’t get them until 10 am on a Sunday.

The pictures did a great job of representing the house. Very clean. Roomy. Enough spaces you could all be together but betwee font porch , screened porch and back porch you could have privacy if you want it. Well equipped. The 7 of us loved it; the two grandkids girls 3 and 6 didnt want leave and wanted to know when we were going back. Beside the house Watercolor ( we’ve stayed there now 6 times) is a special place. House was beautiful!! And great location. Very close to Camp Watercolor, and just a short golf cart ride from the Watercolor beach and Seaside. We had a wonderful visit, and the house is top-notch! We asked a bit of questions before our trip, and Mary Lee was very responsive! Definitely recommend renting a golf cart. And there is no door to the bunk room so keep that in mind if traveling with kids. We only had one child with us, so it wasn’t really an issue, but just something to note. We will definitely visit again!!

We had a wonderful stay last week! The house is in a great location (walking distance to the pool) and had everything we needed (and more!) in terms of amenities. Mary Wyatt was a wonderful host and responded to all of my questions very quickly during our stay. This is a perfect place for everyone - families, friends and couples - and has everything to suit your needs. We loved our time at the house and will definitely consider staying here again!

We had such a wonderful time in this house. It is beautiful, clean, and has everything you need to feel right at home. Mary Lee made everything seamless and was very easy to communicate with. We had an amazing time! Great for families but would also go back with a group of girlfriends too.

I was too late to order a golf cart (two months prior to our stay)- apparently they all get reserved really early but we rented bikes for everyone including bikes with hitchhikers for the littles to ride with someone and it is a great way to get around at Seaside and Watercolor. We felt extremely safe biking everywhere. I texted Mary several times throughout our stay with questions and she was extremely prompt with answering me. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!!!!

We had an excellent week at Mary Lee’s house in Watercolor: the house is immaculate and excellent for families. Our kids loved the bunk room and the vicinity to Camp Watercolor and the fishing pond was a big plus. Mary Lee was very helpful with any questions and we plan to revisit in the future. We had an amazing stay and this was a dream house for our large family.

My family (4 kids, 4 adults) had the absolute best time here! Mary Lee was easily accessible from the day we booked and throughout our stay! The house is stunning and def gives off Restoration Hardware vibes, but it still was extremely cozy and ameniable to my little kids. Their favorite part was the bunk room. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I especially appreciated having the on-site bikes and beach toys. Again, the host made all the difference in ensuring we had the easiest and best stay! Next time we come back to Watercolor, we will for sure stay here again!!

This is our 2nd stay at Coppertone Cottage and it was absolutely wonderful! It’s like heaven on earth and is my favorite home in Watercolor, hands-down. We thoroughly enjoyed this home with 4 King beds and parking for several cars and a rented golf cart! The home was fantastic in the layout and furniture comfort! The kitchen was ideal and had everything we needed for cooking gourmet meals! Our family of 11 (ages infant to grandparents) had many areas to spread out. The location was ideal too. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a family vacation. Beautiful beach, fun biking in the evening, shopping close by, and the kids loved the water park. We are all looking forward to going back.

First time staying in Watercolor and didn’t quite know what to expect. The four king bedrooms with bathrooms, along with the bunk room, drew us to this property. After emailing questions and receiving quick responses from the owner, Mary Lee, I knew this would be a perfect place for our family of 15. Our youngest family members are three 3- year-olds and a 4-year- old. The upstairs master bedroom closet is huge and my youngest grandchild slept in a pacnplay in her parent’s closet. The four bunks were spacious and the children loved the TVs! The home is close enough to walk to Camp Watercolor and a short bike ride to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The kitchen is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. As other reviewers have said, the home is large enough for everyone to have space, but the openness of the downstairs living area is perfect for family meals, games, etc. Everything was perfect and we hope to return! This home is warm and comfortable. The 12 of us were able to stretch out while staying close for family meals and gathering. The bedrooms and linens are top notch. WE have stayed at Seaside and Rosemary Beach and this vaca was the best yet. Watercolor is an amazing destination. WE loved every minute. The property was well equipped and felt like it was our home! This home is truly phenomenal! We loved our visit and will certainly be back. The owner was awesome to work with and was available for any needs although we didn't have anything significant since the home is beautiful and incredibly well maintained. Additionally, the use of bikes, beach chairs, shade canopy, and more were an added benefit. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a great vacation!

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was amazing in every way. Plenty of space for our family. Having multiple master bedrooms was really amazing. We will be back! Mary Lee was a great host!

Terrific property. Great neighborhood. Great owners. Great experience. Grand parents with two adult daughters and their husbands and two children.
