The host owner lives accross the street so he is available to answer any questions or address any issues. Well equiped studio apartment. Good location to see sights on the Bonavista penninsula including Elliston where the Puffins come during the summer.

No concerns about the facilities provided. Some people might find the space just adequate if there are three of them.

It was so easy getting keys. We just let them know estimated arrival time snd Mr. Robbin Sr lives across the road and he came right over when we arrived. The rooms were really clean! Had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, couch, table and chairs, kitchenette, clean bathroom, TV, great little deck with a table and chairs, facing the ocean! Appreciated the little dish of snacks on the table! Nice touch!

There was nothing we didn’t like. One suggestion would be to put a mirror on the wall in living/bedroom area, so one guest can do hair/makeup while other guest is using washroom!

I absolutely LOVED this place. The owners/managers live right across the street from the two units. They are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The view from the deck/balcony is amazing. It overlooks the harbour and the ocean. It's perfect walking distance to any bar or restaurant in town. The place is incredibly spacious with a very comfortable bed, little kitchen and large bathroom. I would 100% recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you to the owners for connecting with my family and making my birthday special. It was so appreciated.

Easy to access and backs onto the sea. Doug was very attentive to all of our needs and concerned about our comfort even with hurricane Larry passing through. All amenities were functioning and available. Laundry came in very helpful.

Traffic corner is very close to the premises and tend to be noisy at times.

Beautiful room/view/town.. very clean and cozy..the owners were great and friendly ..fresh linens and plenty of towels .. the view was spectacular!!

Not one complaint..was perfect!

The location was great as well as the private deck looking over the water. The Host arrived shortly after we pulled in with our key and he was very helpful in giving us restaurant choices.

It would be nice to have more than one wine glass available to use. A list of available TV cable stations would also be helpful.
