Cheryl was great to deal with, as always! The lake view was beautiful and the condo had everything we needed for an anniversary weekend away. Will definitely stay again!

The condo was lovely and had everything we needed! Cheryl always responded to my messages within minutes and was super helpful and accommodating. The beautiful lake view and the private boat access were just the icing on the cake! I would definitely recommend this place.

Definitely a place to visit in season. Stayed in October, even though it was a beautiful area we didn't get to take advantage of all the all they had to offer.

Cheryl was very easy to work with and have us all the information we needed to check in and out! The condo is perfect for a small getaway with great pool access, dock if you have a boat, and easy and quick access to stores, restaurants and bars in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and quiet condo, that is very close to some great restaurants, and activities. Communication with the host was great! Quick responses and was helpful with some recommendations for food places and a a small park with a beach! Would definitely and will stay here again!

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend! Very restful and peaceful. Although smaller than what we normally stay in, we enjoyed the space. The lake view is spectacular and even if you don't have a boat you can fish off the docks. We would definitely return. The host could not have been more responsive and communicative. Directions very clear. Again, thanks to the wonderful host!

The small balcony with the view was very enjoyable. A great place to relax. The community pool was very well maintained and clean. The condo is much smaller than the photos depicted. It was barely big enough for 2 people. The bedroom had only a bed with no nightstands since it was small. The bathroom had no countertop space. The cabinets were dated, dirty with fingerprints and the drawers either wouldn't open or were falling apart. The freezers needed defrosted with lots of built-up ice. The bathroom sink countertop still had toothpaste on it from the last occupants. The condo must allow pets, since there was a pet odor. The couch was not clean and had to be covered with a sheet. Would I return to this condo? No. Would I return to this complex of condos? Yes. I give this a 3-star rating because of the location, view and community pool.

Perfect place for a couple to take a quick few days getaway! Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Cheryl is very responsive to questions and communication!

I booked this so my wife and I could have a relaxing weekend away. It was plenty of space for us and we loved hanging out around the pool and enjoying the view of the lake from the balcony.

Overall the condo was great for a long weekend. The grounds were well maintained and the views from the balcony were beautiful. The pool was refreshing and well maintained as well. My only reason for not giving it a 5 is the comfort/size of the pull out sofa. I would recommend this condo for a couple for a long weekend as the size of the condo and 2nd sleeping option make it pretty tight for more than two. As noted in the listing there are lots of stairs to the condo and well as down to the pool and lakefront so be ready to climb. We also enjoyed exploring the area around Smith Mtn Lake and had some fabulous meals!

Really nice place. We enjoyed the sunset view on the back patio. Complex was quiet, clean and well maintained. Only areas for improvement would be the lack of storage for clothes and suit cases. Wifi availability is dependent upon usage in the building. There were a few times in the morning and evening that I could not get connected. Once connected the quality was good. While Showtime was available on the TV, the remainder of the channels were limited. All things considered, I would recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the view was exactly what was in the advertisement. The apartment came with everything that we needed for our stay. The instructions for our check in and check out were clear and concise. Will telling others of our stay.
