Took friends up for weekend to getaway and relax

This was our first time spending more than a few hours in Benezette. We stayed from Sunday to Tuesday and the weather was unseasonably warm for November. The cabin was so clean inside. We loved all of it! We couldn't light the pilot on the gas fireplace, but we didn't try for too long as the living area was so cozy we didn't need it for ambience. The couches were comfy and the bed in the Bear's Den was dreamy. We didn't see any elk at the cabin but our visit was after their peak season. We did see a herd of 27 at the elk viewing center though. The cabin is on Rte 555 but there was hardly any traffic and we never heard anything outside. The kitchen had everything we needed even though we didn't cook a whole lot. Plenty of space though if you would want to prepare a feast! I highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for some relaxing, time away. Cell coverage is sketchy, but that was one of the main reasons we came up here, to unplug from everything! We would stay here again.

Very clean and cozy- nice back yard, grill and firepit. Very nice for 2 couples! We recommend installing a fan in the bathroom and a blind in the bear bedroom. We loved our stay! Thanks!

This cabin was conveniently located and provided the necessity needed in a cabin. We had a great trip and saw a Big Bull Elk across the street from the cabin.

The actual property looks nothing like the listing. The fireplace in the living room did not work. The oven did not work. Several of the window blinds are severely damaged & just barely hanging on the windows. We found a live roach hiding in the paper towel roll in the kitchen. Would be nice if there were directions on how to operate the television. There are 2 different remotes & very confusing. I think the rate to rent this property is too high.

The cabin was clean, very comfortable and very relaxing.. We enjoyed our 2 days in Benezette. We had one problem in that the cabin was still being cleaned when we arrived at 3:56 which was early but it was after 4:10 before we got in the cabin

#1: The unit is conveniently located, however, it is less than 50 ft from the highway, which is pretty noisy. #2: The unit appears run-down. Needs new paint, of the windows that have venetian blinds, NONE are functional. The front door has no covering over its large window, and the window in one bedroom has a sheer curtain, but no shade. #3: The general information fails to mention that bed linens and towels are not included in the rental. The renter is notified of this only after securing the reservation. In addition, the renter is also informed upon arrival that they are expected to clean up after themselves at check-out. Given the cost, over $400 for two nights, this is ludicrous. #4: No instructions on how to use the TV #5: No instructions on how to use the propane fireplace or AC. #6: The tap water smells of sulfur. Renters should be warned to bring their own drinking water.

Blinds on the windows were broken. Window treatments should be replaced.

Second year here and didn’t disappoint! Looking forward to this as an annual trip! Thanks for being a great host!

Conveniently located always clean and well maintained perfect place to stay.

Not exactly like the pictures. Outside of camp looks nothing like the picture. Smaller than pictures show. Front door needs a hip to it to get it open. We blew a breaker 3 times. You can't use the air cond. while using the microwave and toaster. Floor in the bedroom ran down hill. Too close to the main road.

Very clean and nice and close to everything in Benezette. Best suited for 4 people but we made it work with 6 adults. Thanks for a great few days.

We came for the 100 mile yard sales this year. The location of the cabin was the perfect spot for us. The owners are very nice and respond quickly to our messages. Thank you

It was a very clean/nice place! Wish we could have stay for a few more days not just the weekend! Got to see some elk just not in the yard. But everything was amazing!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The cabin was clean and welcoming with a hello sign, the space was perfect for four adults and the location is stunningly beautiful! We love Pennsylvania!

What a surprise when we opened the doors! We felt like we were moving into a new home!! Cleanliness was spot on!! Decor is so appealing! Appliances, & amenities were in great condition! We have no complaints other than not seeing many elk but then again it is May!

Spent our anniversary weekend at the Elk Antler Inn in Benezette,PA & had a great time! The cabin is quaint, comfortable and centrally located to all that Elk County has to offer to hikers and nature watchers like ourselves.

We saw so many elk. We saw them through the trees from the fire pit, and they spent the day in the neighbor's yard and bedded down for the night across the street. Great location!

The house/cabin was immaculate. Very comfortable. For those that plan to explore, the property sits just a couple miles from the major elk viewing areas and good places to eat. Everything was great, right down to the hot shower.

We really enjoyed this cozy cabin. It was central to all of the areas we wanted to be & the elk were even in the backyard behind the cabin. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy Benezette .

The place was very nice

We were in town for a family function. We used the cabin as a home base. It allowed us to spend great family time when we were “home”. The cabin was great and the location was fantastic. Close to the little country store for the things you need. Highly recommend!!
