My multi-generational family has been looking forward to this week in Sunriver for an entire year. The day before we were supposed to leave, my father-in-law passed away. I was unable to connect with the property manager for 2 days due to Father's Day and Juneteenth as their office was closed. When I called on Tuesday to cancel my week, I was informed that there would be no refund or exception granted for a death in the family except with a possible re-booking by another party at a discounted price. I was quite surprised that there was no sympathy or consideration given as our family grieved and stayed home to make funeral plans and were unable to use our week. Meanwhile the two other families who were traveling with us (through a different management company) were given a full refund for one house and a partial refund for the other house under these same circumstances. When I inquired whether we could reschedule in place of a refund I was told that that was not an option and that we should have considered taking out insurance so our week would have been protected. I felt that this was insensitive to our situation and was very disappointed that we were left with no options other than to lose 100% of the property rent. I was not impressed with Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals and do not feel that they put any effort forth on my behalf. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

One of the best houses we have stayed in in Sunriver! No issues at all. Clean, well stocked kitchen, spacious, super comfortable beds. It did not disappoint! We will be back for sure!

This was my wife and my second visit to Sunriver and this time brought the whole family. Had a great relaxing time. The house was as advertised. One suggestion, fans in the upstairs rooms as they did not cool down as well.

We will definitely try to stay here again.

We were spending Christmas week with 11 members of our family. The home couldn’t have been any better. There was plenty of space , but cozy at the same time. Spa was great too. It couldn’t have been better!!

We couldn't have found a better home for our group. Each couple had a matter suite, a dining room table that sat all of us comfortably. Everything that we needed was found supplied in the house. I've never found anything better. We will be back!

Fully stocked, beautiful home!! I stayed here with my brothers and their families for a week last summer and everything was terrific. We loved how close it was to everything. The house was so well maintained and decorated. Ping pong, pool, hot tub, video games, etc. Kitchen, dining and living room was perfect for family gatherings...
