Perfect location and condo was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again! Everyone was accommodating.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family ski trip! The location was amazing being steps from the lift, places to eat and town. It was well stocked and we had everything we needed.

We have stayed here 3 years in a row. It is absolutely the easiest access to the Mountain.

Great condo and we loved the location; perfect for skiing and walks to Main Street. The condo is very well stocked, especially the kitchen, and worked perfectly for our family. We will definitely try to stay here again for our annual Breck trip. Owner was also very quick to respond to questions!

Beds were very comfortable, they provided fans because there is no central AC in the unit but my husband and I brought our own as well, at night we opened the sliding doors and let the freeze come in and it made it more comfortable. . The TV’s have apps so you can login to your accounts. The condo has spices and cookware, regular coffee maker with plenty of filters in the cabinets too. The distance to Main Street was amazing and there’s a great view off the balconies. Bathrooms are well equipped with toiletries and towels

The property was very clean w/plenty of towels/basics. The soaps/shampoo/conditioner was nicer than most VRBOs leave! Location was perfect for our summer getaway, as we could walk to everything we did (hiking, biking, Leak 8, dining, drinking, etc). We would highly recommend!

Our family of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of space in the 3 BR/2 BA condo with a short walk to/from the Peak 9 Quicksilver Lift. There was plenty of space in the kitchen/dining area for our family lunch/dinners and we enjoyed the free firewood for nightly fires in the fireplace. Quick walk to the health facility with 4 large hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pool, steam room, sauna, exercise equipment and video games. Main St. is also a short walking distance for shops/nightlife. A few notes: the balcony facing the slopes is very narrow and parking garage is very tight for a large SUV (needed to remove roof carrier). We would definitely book here again.

Just as advertised! Great location at base of Peak9–so quick and easy to come in for lunch. The 3 bedrooms were wonderful allowing us to space out. Full kitchen. Easy and quick access to health club with hot tubs, pools, steam, sauna and fitness. Also great location to Msin St. Would absolutely stay here again!

Well appointed condo in the perfect location starting at Quicksilver. The condo has all the extras, seasonings, coffee, filters, some condiments and extra towels, humidifiers, fans and toilet paper. My only feedback would be it’s in the need of a deep spring cleaning. Dusting etc. The owner was amazing about getting back to me with questions and the property management were great to come right over and fix a clogged shower drain. Awesome stay! Thanks Cort!

Overall great experience. A few little ticky-tack problems like electrical sockets not working, ice maker not working, and cleanliness left a little to be desired, for example crumbs under sofas/recliners, and bedspreads not washed, but minor inconveniences.

Perks that were included, but not listed: - Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, extra TP and towels are included in both bathrooms. - Extra trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies are included in kitchen. - Past guests have left coffee filters, condiments and spices, so check before you shop. Temperature control note: - Thermostat dials are located on the baseboard heaters in each bedroom. - The 3 baseboard heaters in the living/dining area are linked. The control dial is located on the heater behind the sleeper sofa. Finding the garage the first time: - Google maps appears to be better. Other GPS may take you the back way, which is NOT a real road. - Enter the Village circle drop off point for the lifts. The garage entrance is on the right as you drive in. This is a spectacular condo with an amazing view that is steps from the village with a convenient exterior stairwell door right next to the condo. We will definitely stay again! Enjoy!

This unit in Shavano bldg is terrific. Couple that with PMI efficiency and a wonderful Cort and it amounts to a memorable experience for us all! Would we return? Absolutely!!! 👍👍👍😀

Place was nice but I wouldn’t stay there again. No AC. I’m sure it said it on it page and I didn’t read it.

This was perfect for our 45th reunion of six girlfriends from college. The unit has adequate space with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, plus a sink in two of the bedrooms. Navigating the parking garage was a challenge but overall no complaints.

Spacious property in a great location!

The property was a great place for us to stay and explore during our summer trip to Breckenridge. The location was great and would be an easy access to peak 9 during ski season. The property is undergoing renovations so the pool was not available during our stay. We had three kids with us snd the pool was the reason we chose this local over a few others. There is a counter micron the kitchen, probably because the built in one doesn’t work properly. This limits counter space if you plan to use the kitchen to prepare meals. All beds were clean except for the top bunk needed sheets changed. Again, an easy work around. The parking for the second vehicle was confusing and inconvenient due to construction on the buildings. Many of the additional parking spots were used by construction employees so spots were difficult to get to and at times hard to find. Overall we had a great stay. We may have chosen a different property if we had known in advance about the construction inconvenience.
