The property was exactly as presented. The host provided lots of kitchen supplies that were appreciated. The house layout was great for our families. Loved that all bedrooms had a TV. We would definitely stay here again. .

The house is very beautiful. It is not to far from the pool. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

The house is clean and a lot of open space. Communication with owner was good. No garage door opener, which was a major hassle. Bed wasn’t the best, had a small dip in it. A few other small issues, but nothing major. I think with a few updates, it could be fine.

My son and I loved the house. We usually ate breakfast there and then out sight seeing. Great location on the golf course and loved the huge patio. Would love to stay there next time and will let my friends know what a great place to stay.

7 of my girlfriends and I were in town for a concert that was at Fantasy Springs Casino. The house was about 15 minutes away from the venue and the photos don’t do the house justice. The floor plan is very open, everyone had more than enough space and the rooms are not on top of each other. I would definitely stay here again. The house is well stocked, we cooked with ease. The back yard is very well set up. Morning coffee was great overlooking the golf course. The house doesn’t have shot glasses- you might want to bring your own. ;)

Nice open space with comfy beds. Just missing a few items that would have been nice like coffee, extra paper towels.

Pros: There were 7 of us who stayed here for 4 days. This is a great room concept floor plan with a good sized kitchen that is connected and open to the large family room. Two large comfortable couches and plenty of space in the kitchen area meant we could all be in the space and have plenty of room and seating. The bedrooms are all spaced apart with no common walls and the master and the fourth bedroom are completely seperate and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom, which is really great, they are not big but comfortable. Beds were comfortable too. For the most part the house was clean although someone left the window above the shower open and the tub and toilet were covered in desert dust. Cons: Not enough bath towels for a larger party. We ended up using some older pool towels that were there. Unfortunately there was no washing machine detergent at the unit to do any towels. The bedroom on the street side had only one working window, the other two would not remain open. I didn't check the other rooms. The furniture outside which is comfortable enough was really dusty and appear to have not been hosed off for awhile. We had to clean them to use them. Parking is tight. The biggest frustration for us was that while there are gates to go in and out that surround the neighborhood, all but one require transponders which we didn't have and so were were forced to drive through the community to the main gate everytime we left which was really inefficient. It was particularly troubling for the Uber drivers to figure out how to get in. This property is on a fairway, so there is entertainment value watching golfers and they mostly played until about 2pm so it was open thereafter. We got 1 golf ball that hit the patio cover while we were there and we spent a ton of time sitting in the back yard. All in all a very positive stay and as I said in the title, the great room concept was perfect for our family.
