Great house super clean, construction was going on with the road the confused a lot of Uber drives but overall great.

We had a wonderful stay. Katie was a great host and very accommodating. Just one thing, there was no propane in BBQ grill, so we couldn’t use it even though we had be ready for BBQ. Based on this property, it’s not host responsibility, everyone should keep the property rules.

first of all, let me just preface this review by noting that we had traveled from our home in michigan during the week after xmas/ winter--so its completely possible that our internal bar is already set a bit low, as its currently 25 degrees at home and we just got 5 inches of more snow yesterday. that being said, i can not express enough what a wonderful time we had during our time staying at this home and in this area! the area itself stands on its own. i cant remember having such an amazing sampling of some of the best and most diverse kinds of foods during a one week period of time! the whole area is very friendly and laid back/ much to see and do. with regard to this home, the beds were very very comfortable and we all slept so well during the entire week. the bathrooms and kitchen easy and functionable and clean. the heated pool was a bit cool however it worked well and was very refreshing with our 80 degree week. it is not covered with a screened lanai which means that there are leaves etc that fall into the pool and the surrounding area, but this was of no significant concern and there was a net/ broom available for any needed quick clean up. we used the pool daily and it was wonderful. the back yard around the pool is quite private and full of trees/ bushes which we liked. we did spend new years eve here and while the home owner does caution the renter about the need for quiet in the evening and fussy neighbors who will complain about noise--this did not seem to be the case on this evening, as there were fireworks going off all evening and im sure that if you were not from the flint/ detroit area where such noises are easily mistaken for gunshots they may have been perceived as festive! we would definitely stay here again, and have appreciated this place and home more than we can say.

Pretty clean interior with comfortable sleeping and entertainment area. The exterior was in need of cleaning. Pool and pool area were in need of major cleaning. Lots of construction, large pipes on the street for city drainage causing issues…no fault to owner. I think this is what was causing water pressure problems. This property is very convenient to everything!!

There were 7 adults who stayed at the house (4 men and 3 ladies). The men stayed the bunk bed room and the ladies had the other 3 rooms. Everyone mentioned how comfortable the beds were. We slept like babies! There were some drainage problems in one of the bathrooms and we were told someone would come to fix it but they never did. We were able to manage tho so no biggie. There is a Haitian sports bar a short walk (like 2 minutes) from the house that is good for a late night snack. Even with the bar being so close, the neighborhood was quiet. The backyard provided a nice spot to hang out. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house. It served it's purpose and provided comfort.

This property is fantastic! Close to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood. Very well maintained, we had no issues. We would love to come back here.

Very great location during spring break following a pandemic! When south beach closed down we were able to safely keep the party going! Although that was our plan to social distance but this location z as a Loved the house and pool . Everything was clean and everything worked! Decor very cute. Me and my fam would come back!

My friends and had a great time shrugging off 2021 in the house...yes in the house. We only left to hit the beach and Biscayne for food. Otherwise, the large family area and outdoor area were perfect. It was private and comfortable. We would have loved to use the pool- but it was too chilly. Past renters left nice goodies so we added to it. Location is in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach, shops and food.

The house is large and functional. The pool is great and clean. Entertainment (TV connected) is a big plus, big screens. Kitchen is functional too. Bathrooms are remodeled and nice. However, the house would benefit from a deep cleaning, especially in the kitchen. Wasn’t spotless at all. As for the location, not the nicest neighborhood but grocery stores very close and convenient. House manager is very responsive and we had no problem during our stay. We requested for a late check out and they agreed which was very appreciated. Barbecue needs deep cleaning as well. Overall, we were happy with our stay and the whole family enjoyed it. The state of the house might be disappointing compared to the pictures at first.

We had a few issues but were taken care fairly quickly. The door lock didn’t work when we left for an outing and couldn’t reach the property manager. My husband fixed it himself. The dishwasher didn’t work but the fixed it the following day. The grill only had one working burner and it was fixed the next day too. Overall accommodations were good for a family. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels and Kleenex. No water dispenser or ice maker in the frig which was inconvenient. It’s in a tight space neighborhood but the backyard is well kept, can’t say the same for the neighborhood.

My family stayed at the house only for 3 days but I can't wait for the chance to return! The house was spotless and very inviting, with no hidden surprises. There was plenty of room for everyone and it felt like home. Communication with the manager Katie was easy and she was quick to respond. Perfect!

The house is modern with very comfy beds. Since we were there during Christmas week, it had touches of Christmas decorations that we appreciated to keep the holidays alive. The backyard has a nice pool and chaise lounges. Kitchen has all the appliances you’d ever need. There are shopping malls close by as well as wonderful restaurants. The only negative is that the parking and access to the ocean beaches near this property is difficult. We spent most of our time at the backyard pool which to us was a pleasure. I would return to this property again as it was a relaxing, very enjoyable stay.

This was my first time staying in an Airbnb. Very nice quiet neighborhood. House was clean and homelike. Had only one concern and Katie had someone out within hours. If I’m ever in Miami again, I would definitely stay at this property again. Really had a great experience.

The home was amazing and just what we wanted. It wasn’t hard to get to anything and it slept everyone comfortably.

This home was perfect for our family vacation and we just loved it and the memories we made there! We loved the extra amenities for our small children and lounging outside by the pool was the best... It was super clean and came very well equipped! The kitchen was awesome for cooking dinner at night and had everything we needed and more. We also loved how convenient the location is to the beach and other cool places around Miami. We went and visited the nearby Spanish Monastery which was really neat and I would recommend. The hosts were very helpful and available to answer our questions.

This property is a great idea for vacationing. The location is in a safe, quiet area with beautiful trees and weather! I enjoyed the time spent here. The actual house matches the pictures on the website. It’s neat, modern, and we felt like we were in our own home! Most definitely will visit again.

The house was very clean. All the kitchen items were newer. The management responded quickly to our calls and inquiries. The only reason it was not a perfect stay was the swimming pool's temperature which was on the cool side during the winter weather.

It was a pleasure dealing with Katie. Very attentive. The home was great and I would definitely recommend and stay there again. One issue I had was the keyless entry had a few glitches. Overall it was a great experience.

The area surrounding the property was quiet for the most part. Now let me tell of the issues with the property and management. On the 1st and 2nd day of our stay, I spoke with 3 different people Katie, Lance and not sure of the 3rd persons name but he claimed to be a manager regarding, 1) the back sliding doors didn’t lock - security issue. Was told to lift the door to lock it, didn’t think I should have to lift a door but did give it a try, that didn’t work. Was told someone would come and repair the doors - never did. 2) there were only 3 face towels for 8 people - was told the towel were locked in the storage shed outside and someone would come and bring some - never received them. The same unknown manager was told the towels were in the kitchen, they weren’t - (why would bath towels be in the kitchen), but again I looked for them, found none. So I gave up on calling management with the other issues, like 3) there was a dead roach in the master bedroom covered with ants, and there were ants in the 3rd bathroom just outside the door. By the way that same bathroom door had NO locking mechanism. 4) The rugs in all the bathrooms were dirty and had not been cleaned in a while. 5) One of the people sleeping in the bunk beds appeared to have bugs bites on parts of their body. Like I stated earlier, It did no good to tell anyone of the other issues, because we had received any assistance regarding the initial problems. This was a very disappointing stay, being an Vacation Rental Owner and Travel agent myself. The house has great potential to be a very nice place to stay, just need better management. I would not recommend this property to anyone until they properly repair the problems and provide better services.

We love the house!! Plenty of room for a family of 8 (4A+4C). Well maintained property, very clean and spacious. Great backyard, kids spent hours in the pool. Great access to the beaches close by. We will return

This house was absolutely perfect for our needs for 4 couples weekend en route to a Caribbean cruise. The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths were a great size and spaced nicely and the sitting areas was perfect. Wifi was a bonus! There was great shopping a taxi cab away and we were 20-30 minutes away from both the Miami airport and the Cruise Port. The backyard and pool was great and an evening barbecue was wonderful. The landlords were extremely helpful before, during and after the stay and we would love to visit and stay here again. Excellent for a family or group!

The house was wonderful. Very spacious and in a great neighborhood!

We enjoyed the house. It was welcoming and clean. Just two small issues, the unoccupied vehicle under car porch and there wasn't enough wash clothes for all the guests. We were glad that WalMart was right down the street. Very spacious inside and backyard. We even had a raccoon to come welcome us in the backyard. If we are in the area again, we will be back!! The rental exceeded the expectations of these softball parents and we enjoyed our stay! We were impressed with the reasonable price, and how clean and spacious the house was. The decor was nice and we enjoyed the large TV in the living room too! We would definitely recommend this house to others.

Between our 2 families, we had 4 kids under the age of six. This house was perfect for us! Amanda was awesome to work with and made sure everything was ready for our arrival. There were 2 pack-n-plays available, a high chair and even a baby gate around the pool for that added safety. The kids swam all day and it was easy for nap time as well. The area is beautiful with lots of neat places to visit and dine. We visited the Miami Seaquarium one day, which I highly recommend. Overall, I would not hesitate to book at this location again!!!

Everything worked, well equipped, confortable beddings, closed to everything we needed.
