This was a convenient location for our stay in Williams Bay. We were able to enjoy the area by walking to restaurants, the lake, parks etc. The owner was available and responsive to our needs.

Just came in for the weekend and home was close to our wedding venue. Marc was very hospitable and house worked great

Excellent location, clean property with a great front yard. Loved that it was only a couple of blocks to downtown/beach area.

House was clean and as described/pictured. Everything worked as it should. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. We had a great time with some family staying with us, and others from the Madison area coming over for the day to visit. The location was perfect, with an ice cream shop a block away and the beach, boat launch and park within a few blocks of the house, without being so close to have heavy traffic over the holiday weekend. Would love to stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful time at this home. This was our 2nd time staying here and it works so well for us. Nice place, great rate, and very easy process start to finish.

Great location as it is walking distance to the Lake and to a few good restaurants. Plus, you are 1 block away from 2 great ice cream parlors.

Overall great experience, there are a lot of stairs however, so it’s not the most infant/toddler friendly space. Otherwise, it had everything we needed and Marc was very easy to communicate with.

Comfortable, clean, friendly neighborhood. Great places to see within walking distance. Had lots of fun here. The only bad thing was the steps in the house. Way to many steps.

Large, beautiful corner lot with outdoor seating area plus enclosed sun-room that overlooks that view! Owners thought of everything inside with many helpful supplies. Daughter appreciated the "live" plants throughout house to give a homey feel. Can walk a few steps to Ice Cream place - a Summer-stay necessity! Less than 15-min drive up to Lake Geneva. Would rent this house again.

Great location in Williams Bay!

Nice, clean house with a beautiful lot convenient to the lake and several restaurants. Ample supplies such as paper goods and linens, and a well stocked kitchen were all much appreciated. We also loved the fact that the rental is dog friendly. The owner, Marc, was great and texted to check on us early in our stay. The only reason we are not giving a 5 star rating is that the house amenities on the listing included air conditioning. We assumed this meant central air, but there is only an AC unit for the basement bedroom. It happened to be hot and humid during our stay, and there was no breeze. We left the windows open, but our dog would hear every little noise outside, and become agitated. He was certainly barking through the screens when we were gone for activities or dinner. Yes, we are spoiled by our central air conditioning at home! Still, it was a great stay and we enjoyed the town and the house. We would definitely stay here again, if Marc would have us, but in the spring or fall.

We needed a last-minute booking, and appreciated the owner accommodating us. Great place; comfortable, met our needs, near cute coffeehouse and great restaurant (Privato).

We enjoyed our stay. The house is located off the main roads, but within easy walking distance to the lake, Edgewater Park and local restaurants. The house was clean, stocked with the essentials, and the owners allowed us to bring our dog. There are some changes in floor levels going from room to room that may be challenging for someone with a walker. When it rained, we spent most of our time in the sun room. Overall a nice home and a very good location.

I first rented the house because I travel with my dog Sandy. I ended up staying with two of my sisters and their husbands. It was great staying in the heart of Williams Bay with easy walking distance to everything.

located away from congested areas in a neighborhood of an interesting mix of homes there several restaurants within walking distance and an easy 20 minute drive to Lake Geneva the house itself is a little dated and we weren't prepared for all the steps from room to room but all in all it was a good stay

My family and I had a great time at this large, wonderfully located vacation home in Williams Bay. Walking distance to everything you need in Williams Bay (beach, public park, two ice cream shops, restaurants), and an easy drive to Lake Geneva, Fontana, Delavan. Would definitely return!

The owners were very accommodating. The home was in a great location. Could walk to,the beach, restaurants and felt very safe. The home was outdated but clean. Nice yard with fire pit.

We had a lovely stay. The yard was perfect for a family gathering. So much to do in walking distance as well. I would definitely book this house again.
