The home has a lot of amenities and the river access is amazing. Check process was simple and the property owner gave easy and clear instructions.

words cannot express how magical our stay was at Lauren‘s place! It started with the beautiful sign on the chalkboard welcoming us to their home and And how much a son means to their mother and how much a mother means to their son. It could’ve been more perfect. The home is perfection every detail and amenity are so far above and beyond. The grounds and all of the magical touches make it like Disneyland in Guerneville from the beautiful lighthouse and everything that lit up at night to waking up to the most beautiful picture spot on the river, made us Never want to leave. We were actually a bit teary-eyed packing up because we felt so at home because of Lauren and the beautiful home they have created. This is an annual for our family for the rest of our lives. The only place I will stay in Guerneville ever! it is our forever VRBO as long as Lauren will have us. We will be there every year with our boys and our family. My girlfriend and I are both single mothers and we have never felt more relaxed and at peace in our home away from home! I give this place 1,000,000 stars⭐️ And recommend it to everyone who values all the little things and the priceless touches that are everywhere you look! From the beautifully appointed room, the towels rolled on our beds, the amazing bathroom and the unforgettable sunroom where we all shared, great memories and times together! This place is truly magical thank you Lauren for giving us a joy that we have not felt ever at any other VRBO!🙏❤️

My wife and our friend had a great stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and the kitchen was adequately supplied. Being right on the Russian River was wonderful, and the set up of the outdoor areas was perfect. There were so may spots on the property to hang out and relax - on the covered balcony overlooking the back yard and river, on the grass in the back yard, on an elevated platform overlooking the river, or on the dock on the river. It was great. Thank you.

Overall great place. Lots of things to do in the yard. Went kayaking one afternoon which was easy from the dock. The dishwasher was worthless since all the jets are clogged up, so we had to hand wash everything. But other than that, it was pretty clean and easy to find and get to. Very relaxing to sit on the deck at night and listen to the birds. Would recommend!

We had a great stay at Riverscape! The house is well-equipped and very comfortable. The garden was gorgeous and the outdoor deck was super relaxing. I'm hoping we can come back in the summer and kayak on the river!

Our weekend was rained out, so luckily the house had lots to keep us occupied- hot tub, pool table, video games. The outdoor deck was comfortable and sheltered from the rain, so at least we got fresh air.
The property manager was very nice and responsive. She even quickly brought us over a replacement coffee maker when the old one died out. That was much appreciated

My partner and I stayed here for a weekend, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The place was so inviting, very clean, and had everything we needed. Checking in and out was a breeze.
We loved the outdoor living area with the hot tub, fire pit, grill, and pool table. It rained the first night. After we grilled some short ribs, my partner and I enjoyed the hot tub while listening to the rain fall and enjoying the view of the river and the majestic trees. We will def be coming back!

Everything was execellent: the inside and outside of the property was comfortable, clean, friendly, with all of the modern conveniences one would expect...and more. The location was central for all of our planned excursions. Lauren provided restaurant recommendations which we took adavntage of, and all were more than satisfactory. We would come back in a heart beat! (One recommendation: add a note to the info book on where the thermostat is located. Imagine a "funny face" here!.)

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and had plenty of room for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking tools you could need. We especially loved all the activities available. We had a great time kayaking, playing ping pong, enjoying a fire by the river. Communication with the hosts was great and checking in and out was very easy. Would highly recommend!!

Been coming here for 40 years now. Never gets old. Family loves it! Riverscape has something for everyone. Ping pong, hot tub, games, outdoor hot shower, hammock, tables and lounges down near the water. Four kayaks, paddle boat, and huge raft! That’s the highlights. No dogs is a downer for me because I have two dogs. Love the birds, an egret an blue heron, hawks, and turkey vultures. Great vacation was had by all!

I stayed here while doing a race. When I saw how many fun things there are to do at the property, I added on another day! This place truly has it all! Outdoor shower, horse shoes, pool table, Spotify, table tennis, kayaks, corn hole, outdoor living room with hot tub, sofa, pool table, kitchen, and games! Very comfortable with lots of places to sit and read or have a glass of wine. Owners live downstairs and are very nice. We had so much fun here and will be back!

Our stay was so so nice!! We came here for our honeymoon and the property was spotless, the kitchen had everything that could have wanted and more, and the location is perfect. We stayed in the middle of October, we went and played with the kayaks a few times, walked around town, visited nearby towns.. it was amazing. Thank you guys for letting us stay at your property♥️

Wow! We had a wonderful and memorable trip to the river. The house had everything we needed to keep us entertained for our entire stay. The location is very close to town and wineries, but we never left, since we enjoyed the surroundings so much - why leave? The hosts were very responsive and helpful and have created a comfortable well equipped place to enjoy.

River vacation
Had an amazing time. Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Easy river access! Kayaks, life jackets, and river toys were perfect! We loved playing pool and ping pong, by the fire at night!

Absolutely Perfect
The week spent in this property could not have been any more perfect. The hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need/want. The backyard is delightful. The access to the river is beautiful with kayaks, docks, Adirondack chairs. There are multiple levels of outside seating. The hot tub on the deck was wonderful for early mornings and later evenings. The location cannot be beat... everything you could want to experience is within a 45 min drive at the most! - beaches, wineries, redwoods. I have stayed in many VRBOs but Loren and her husband are the most gracious and thoughtful hosts I have even rented from. We were all incredibly sad when our time in the river was up. We hope to visit again!!

Perfectly Paradise :)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riverscape...it was a true escape. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The outdoor deck and lounge area were our number one hangout. The yard is like a beautiful cottage fairy garden. The kayaks are the most wonderful bonus our family really enjoyed kayaking down the river amongst the redwoods.

An overall great experience :)
It was an absolutely lovely time at the Riverscape property. Communication with this host and check-in was very easy. The place has a nice open layout inside and it never felt crowded with six people. The patio has a beautiful view of the river and surrounding landscape, and we spent a lot of time out there hanging out. The garden was in full bloom, there were plenty of yard games, and we made sure to get out on the kayaks provided every day!

Very fun environment
It's a really nice place with a pretty forested view out back. There's lots of nice touches including fun Christmas style lights in the yard and electric fire pit on the back deck. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen well supplied. The only suggestion would be to have better lighting around the smaller couch and perhaps something to put glasses on because the coffee table is a long reach and there aren't enough coasters. Overall very nice!

Russian River Gem
I had been checking out this lovely VRBO for probably a year
( because of the pandemic) before we finally were able to pull together a trip. It was everything that we imagined and more! A really great spot for relaxing and enjoying the sounds and rhythyms of the Russian River.
This sweet spot has all you need, comfy, cozy, inviting, great patio and living area, kitchen has all that you need and bathroom is very recently renovated. Close to some fantastic wineries and some great markets! And, the hosts are wonderful - responsive and very kind and welcoming! Thank you, Lauren! We had such a wonderful time!

Best Getaway EVER
We so enjoyed our stay at Riverscape! This beautiful home in the heart of wine country was the highlight of our trip. The memories we made together playing pool and talking on the deck by the firepit, overlooking the gorgeous pine trees and the Russian River were priceless. The house itself was so clean and welcoming. It truly was the best rental property we've ever stayed at. Lauren was so accommodating and had excellent communication. Would highly recommend and hope to be back ourselves!

Outdoor room is awesome!
We really enjoyed our stay at Riverscape. The home is very clean and comfortable and we were welcomed with music playing and a bottle of bubbly. The deck (really an all-season outdoor room) is such a beautiful space to relax as it overlooks the beautiful garden with the river beyond. The traffic noise from the highway never completely disappears, but the deck—with all it’s amenities—is awesome!

Morning glory and glowing nights
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riverscape. We awoke to misty mornings with coffee on the balcony overlooking the river and warm cozy nights in the hot tub next to the fire table watching our favorite movies on the big screen! We also took some wonderful day trips up the coast and had a very memorable birthday sunset at goat rock Beach! Lauren has great attention to detail and everything we needed and hoped for was present from a bottle of bubbly upon our arrival, extra blankets for cuddling up on the couch and soft silky sheets for a good nights sleep.

Amazing home...stunning view off the covered back deck...the house is one of the best appointed VRBO I have ever stayed at. The hosts are awesome and even treated us to two additional bottles of Korbel champagne. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing Time
The first thing we noticed was how lovely the house was decorated for Halloween. Every room and everything was so clean. We enjoyed staying out on the deck in the evening watching tv and relaxing in the hot tub. The curtains when closed really keep in the heat. Thanks for making this part of our vacation tremendous.

Owner live downstairs.
We picked this gorgeous place up but when we arrived we noticed the owner live downstairs and we didn’t feel in our privacy spot. We tried to use the fire pit and unfortunately it was out of gas. We tried to use the grill and we noticed the same.
However it was a nice place.
