Kym was a wonderful host. The house was beautiful and clean! It was perfect for my family during fall break. Bike rides, long walks and lazy days on the beach!!

Very clean, conveniently located to the lots of 30A attractions, and yet, secluded enough for a quality family time and to relax. The house is well taken care of - in very good condition, clean, furnished with comfort and necessary amenities. We loved the layout - the upstairs balcony is special in the mornings and evenings. The property owner was responsive and friendly. We just loved it!

My husband, our toddler, and both sets of grandparents recently enjoyed our stay at Lighthouse. The house was exactly as pictured and a great location. It was easy to bike to the public beach, Seaside, Camp Watercolor, and Publix and a quick drive to anywhere else. We ended up preferring the public beach over the Watercolor beach club and the beach chairs that Kym provides with the rental were perfect for our use. The house is roomy with plenty of space for a family to spread out and the beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend making an evening cocktail and sitting out on the porch swing and listening to the frogs sing. So relaxing! We had a couple of minor issues when checking in and Kym was very responsive and helpful to ensure we had what we needed. I couldn't recommend this property enough and we hope to return again!

Clean, Nicely decorated, well-equipped, nice porch, rooms are plenty large enough.

This house was exactly as shown in pictures. …it was a perfect place to relax and just a bike ride to anything you would want to do. Beautiful pool directly across from the house and a perfect commons area near by for us to play yard darts with the family. We had a fantastic vacation❤️

This was our third visit with Kym and it was wonderful, as always. Her home is beautiful, always very clean and comfortable, and ideally located near the grocery store, Dragonfly pool, and other amenities. She is immediately responsive if we ever have questions and is an excellent host. Our family this trip ranged from 2 years old to 78 years old and everyone was happy and very comfortable. At this point, we are so spoiled by staying with Kym that we can't imagine staying anywhere else! We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a really nice time. The property was great, very clean and spacious and as described. Lots of towels, beach chairs, kitchen was well stocked. We rented a golf cart and it was a quick ride to all the great amenities of watercolor. Would absolutely stay again!

The Lighthouse is a beautiful home on a quiet street in WaterColor. As soon as we entered the home it smelled clean and looked amazing - much appreciated especially with COVID. The open floor plan kitchen/dining/living was great for cooking and watching March Madness at night. The screened porch was a favorite spot to relax and the water pressure in the showers will be missed. We enjoyed biking everywhere and the WaterColor amenities are the best on 30A - we spent several afternoons relaxing at the Beach Club. Kym was great and made sure we had everything we needed and left a thoughtful note and welcome gift. We can't wait to plan our next visit to The Lighthouse.

This was our second time to stay at Kym’s gorgeous home. The house is always spotless and beautiful, and the location is great - very easy access to Watercolor and Seaside and the Dragonfly Pool is just across the street, which is so convenient. Kym is an amazing host and was immediately responsive to any questions we had and is such a pleasure. We’ll definitely be back!

Like other reviewers, I almost want to keep Lighthouse our family secret, but it’s no secret—Lighthouse was the perfect home for a much needed quarantine getaway. We traveled with our 20-something kids and spouse/finance. We rested, dined, beached, biked, laughed, read, played games. It could not have been a better vacation for us. Kym is attentive to every need and message. Her home is completely lovely and comfortable. She and her family have thought of everything! We didn’t dine out often (Brunch at Great Southern, a must do, and dinner at Cowgirl Kitchen in Rosemary Beach), but enjoyed lunch at the Beach Club 3 days running. (Miami Vices could have become a habit—or maybe they did.) Afternoon at Dragonfly Pool were lazy. Make sure you rent bikes for the whole group. Having 4 to begin with was great. Swaying on the porch’s bed swing to a frog chorus (or 4) was the best way to cap off each perfect day. Thank you, Reddochs, for sharing your safe harbor in the midst of this Coronavirus storm. We miss it already.

The property was beautiful and owner was a dream to work with. We had a wonderful week with our family.

The house was clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. Kim was great, and answered all of our many questions. We had never been to this part of Florida before. The porch swing was a huge hit, especially with out granddaughter. Would definitely go back.

We loved our vacation. The house and location were awesome! And the bikes were nice to have. Everything in the house is brand new, which makes it so nice. And of course, the porch swing is amazing. We will be back!

It is a lovely home, well cared for and in an ideal location in Watercolor. Our family finds all the amenities we could want in this home but after a day on the beautiful beach, one of our favorite things is going back to the house to spend the evening gently swinging on the daybed swing on the front porch, then falling asleep in cozy beds. Seaside is a dreamy destination and so is the Lighthouse.

Kym was so pleasant to work with and her home was wonderful! It was very convenient to everything in seaside and watercolor! You will certainly enjoy your stay!!

The Lighthouse was the perfect stay for our family in Watercolor. It is beautifully decorated, just as the pictures show. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and elegant bathrooms. Our favorite spot was the screened-in front porch and the swing! It is perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or a relaxing afternoon nap. We also loved the neighborhood location. The house is just across from the Dragonfly pool which is nice and private. You are so close to Publix (grocery) and the Perfect Pig for breakfast :) It's a 5-10 minute drive to the Camp Watercolor pools or the Watercolor Beach Club (both of which we loved!), but we enjoyed being away from the more congested areas. Kym, the owner, is easy to contact, responsive and so helpful. Thank you for sharing your home with us and for all the great recommendations for the area. We will be back!

Really charming beach cottage. Roomy, stylish but still comfortable. Plenty of room for a large family gathering and worked well for all ages from grandparents to toddlers. Very well equipped kitchen with top of line appliances. Roomy bedrooms with a private well designed bathroom for each(good strong showers!). Screened porch and bikes were extras not usually included at most places. Having the owner/manager accessible an extra plus. Dragonfly Pool so close and not crowded at all- was an extra plus in COVID-19 times. Beach Club abd Camp Watercolor a hit with all.

We decided to escape Covid-19 lock down in Chicago and head to Florida. We booked last minute knowing all pools and beach club access would be closed. Kym's house was perfect. It is located conveniently next to the grocery store (you can bike there) and within steps to the wonderful Water Color trails. The house has EVERYTHING you need for a fun stay including beach towels and bikes! There is even a nice grassy open area next to the house that our kids played spikeball each evening while we made dinner. Kym was so easy to communicate with and an incredibly gracious hostess. We LOVED our stay and most definitely would rent this property again.

Our family had the most amazing time staying at The Lighthouse! Kym went above and beyond in helping us book her property, and we could not be more grateful. The house is in the perfect location for beach, biking, restaurants, and shopping. We loved biking all over Water Color and Seaside during the day and then enjoying a quiet evening after dinner on the porch swing. The beach and pool access were excellent. The house is beautifully decorated and clean, yet with a comfortable feel that allows you to completely relax. We will definitely be coming back here for a vacation in the near future!

This was our second year at the Lighthouse and it did not disappoint. It’s clean, comfortable and has everything we need for our family of 5. The location is perfect as it’s right across from one of the many Watercolor pools and close to a large green space where our kids love to play. We have had great communication with the owners and they are quick to respond for anything we have needed. This house is so lovely, we plan on returning again in the future.

This was our 13th year in Watercolor. We love the area and all the amenities the community offers. Kym's home is exactly as described. We look forward to visiting the Lighthouse again!

Everything about this house and our stay was excellent. The owner was great to work with and always replied to any message we sent. The house is just like the pictures and fully equipped with anything you would need.
