We had a wonderful stay here. Snowflake is just a stone’s throw away! Soooo easy. It’s 100% ski-in as well but just a bit more effort (particularly for snowboarders). The hot tub was so fun for the kids and the unit was very well outfitted (especially with towels). Nathan and Cheryl were awesome too! They definitely care about your comfort. Their suggestion to use Charter Rentals is absolutely on point! They were so kind and helpful in getting the right rental fit. Someone accidentally took my daughter’s ski on her first day of ski school. Nearly a week later and there’s still no sign of them but the folks at Charter didn’t make a stick about it at all!!! Told us not to worry about it and that the most important thing was that my daughter had skis to use. I mean, what?! Amazing. We hope you have just as a wonderful time as we have.

Such a great ski in / ski out location. We love having a private hot tub after a day of skiing/snowboarding. The kitchen has everything you need. Perfect for couples. This was our second stay at this property and looking forward to our third stay next time we get to Breckenridge.

What an amazing place to stay. Very convenient and literally step off your patio and click in and you are on your way. My teenagers found it very easy to come and go throughout the day. The host is very responsive and the place is even better than it looks in the pictures. Clean, well maintained. The beds were comfortable and it was nice that our boys each had their own bed with the trundle. Plenty of sheets and towels provided. The kitchen is well equipped and can't beat the views from the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!

This is our third stay at this property. Cheryl and Nate are wonderful hosts. They are responsive and personable. The condo is always clean and well stocked. The location is ideal! You can keep an eye on the line for the snowflake lift from the comfort of the couch! Then snap on your skis and you're there in less than a minute! Coming back, on snowflake requires some ski-skating in a few spots, but the scenary is so beautiful it's nice to slow down and take it all in! The condo is on the end, so no one is skiing right in front of it, and it feels a bit more private that others nearby. The hot tub is clean and right off the back door- perfect after a long day of skiing! We love this condo and the ease of working with the hosts makes it our favorite, and we'll continue to come back until our family out grows it!

This was a perfect little place for our family (parents and adult kid). The ski out was great. The ski in, once around the lake, was great…literally to the door! The place was well appointed, easy to control heat, plus a cute little fireplace. I do agree with a previous comment that some additional hooks on the walls to hang bibs, pants, coats, helmets, would be a great add! The hosts were great and easy to work with! We will definitely book again (consensus from family!) again! Thank you Nathan and Cheryl for sharing your magical spot!

Everything was perfect! We stayed for a little thanksgiving getaway and couldn’t pick a better location. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. It was super private and quiet even being right by the ski lift. The place had everything we needed plus some! Stocked with Plenty of games and even a humidifier which was a life saver. We will be returning to this gem next year!

Great, quiet place. Perfect for two to four people. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of things for cooking. Even some staple items left behind in the fridge and cabinets. Location is on point! It’s right by the snowflake chairlift and a short walk up to the sawmill reservoir. Hot tub was clean and ready to use. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice clean condo, with easy walking distance to town main street, or even up the mountain side for walking/hiking/exploring.

Really enjoyed this place. Literally skied direct from door to lift and snowflake run direct to door. Maybe took three steps before and after skiing. In unit laundry was really helpful. Overall great place to stay.

Property was very clean and well maintained. True Ski in/out very close to Snowflake. We loved that the kitchen had spices and other items needed to cook dinners.

This is our second stay, and it was just as great as the last one. The condo's location is perfect, with easy access to the snowflake lift. The condo is clean, well stocked and comfortable. The hosts are friendly, welcoming and easy to communicate with. Already looking forward to our return trip next year.

We liked this condo and would stay again. It is below ground (from the street) so be prepared to walk up/down outdoor steps with luggage/supplies. The parking spot is outdoors as well. It is GREAT for ski out, but the ski in does require some poling/walking. Very convenient for good ski/board rental place in Blue Sky building next door and lift tickets at the base of the Snowflake lift. Walking to center of town is about a mile and not bad on the way there - all downhill. For older or weaker guests, the uphill back is more difficult. The hot tub was great and serviced quickly when we called. The kitchen had pretty much everything you could expect and the washer and dryer were terrific. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and would consider it again when returning to Breck!

We’re repeat visitors of this condo and the owners Nathan and Cheryl are always very nice and accommodating. This time we had a mishap with our car and the HOA doing plowing of the parking lot. Nathan handled it very professionally and made sure that we were taken care of and able to enjoy our two days of skiing. Also, the private hot tub is an amazing perk and something you won’t find at most rentals. Highly recommend!

The condo is absolutely perfect! Highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property during our ski trip at Breckenridge. The condo was so convenient and close to the lift that we didn’t have to rush every morning to catch a bus or load up our car to drive to a crowded parking lot. Made the mornings so incredibly easy and relaxed. We did ski back most afternoons for lunch saving us tons of money on food. The trail back does get pretty flat so there is quite a bit of walking but as soon as you get past the bridge the path is all downhill and a nice easy ski right up to the porch. The private hot tub was amazing to soak our sore muscles and relax. I think my only complaint was the neighbors above us. Sounded like a heard of elephants moving furniture at 2 am and we could hear their tv blaring every night. The sound system would thump the walls. So we just put on some white noise on our phones which helped and we were able to fall asleep. The condo was so perfect and had everything we could possibly need including a crockpot! 🥰 The owners were super easy to get in touch with and there was lots of info provided in a nice binder for us. Will definitely stay again!! Thanks for the wonderful vacation!!

The hardest part was finding the parking spot and the unit's front door. The unit faces the ski trail not the parking lot, which is very nice. Having a private hot tub made relaxing easy after a long day of skiing. The kitchen was well appointed. A suggestion is that we could have used more hooks for hanging towels and helmets and ski stuff. Very pleasant stay for a couple. We especially enjoyed having a bathroom for each of us - no arguments over who got to shower first 😉.

The location was as advertised! Very much so ski in/out! The host was very responsive and accommodating and the condo was very clean and well decorated! Highly recommend for a single family or small group of friends!

Had all we needed for one couple. Very clean. Some new appliances. Very good humidifier and water purifier. Owner was responsive. It’s a bottom level unit, so you need to be ok with stairs. Nice view of mountains from the hot tub. Some issues with leaking water and garbage disposal.

Wonderful property in a great location. So many great things to do near by from hiking to eating out. We will forsure return to this property!

Everything about this place was perfect. Clean, great location within walking distance to town and the condo had everything we needed. We had a great time exploring and hiking in Breckenridge . Even saw a bull moose on the trail just down the hill. Would definitely try and stay here again next time we come to Breckinridge.

Within walking distance to town with amazing views! Property was very clean!

We enjoyed our get away in Breck...Quiet neighborhood and walkable to downtown (might want to take *Free Ride Bus home) It's uphill the entire way and the elevation really kicked our butts (Flatlanders from NE). Townhome had everything we needed. Having two bathrooms a real plus. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking(extra towels provided). There are stairs to go down to get into unit from where you park. Not an issue for us but should be aware if stairs or lugging coolers or large luggage is difficult for you. *Free Ride has their schedule and routes posted on website-very accommodating time frame, and runs into evening hours. Parking downtown can be a bit challenging depending on where you are...try off the main drag. We always found parking up on Ridge St. and all the parking is cheap and easy with online app. Favorites- Kenosha, great food, service and deck. Breckenridge Distillery, absolute best! Little pricey unless you take advantage of Happy Hour but the best craft cocktails, very original and Conner and Fred behind the bar were excellent!!! Soooo worth it. Blue Moose for breakfast-Just good food and very friendly! (Pet friendly as well). Hope we can return again!

After having to cancel on the very day before the COVID shutdown last March, we rebooked for 2021. We couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations. Despite the snowflake lift being closed since it was so late in the season, we were easily able to drive 3 minutes to the gondola and were able to experience some great spring skiing. The unit was very clean and everything worked exactly as expected. The hot tub was especially nice after a day on the hill.. Many thanks,, Cheryl and Nathan, for being very responsive owners, you were a great help. I would strongly recommend this rental!

I cannot say enough good things about this rental. Cheryl was easy to communicate with, she even checked in on us with an impending snow storm! The home was VERY clean, well cared for and stocked with everything you could need! Access to the lift was easy and quick. We loved that throughout the day we could come back, rest, eat and easily head out again. After a long day of skiing the hot tub under the pine trees was absolutely perfect! I am looking forward to staying here again on our next trip out.

We wanted a great (and safe!) place to stay for skiing during covid. This lovely condo with its private hot tub and slope side access provided us with a great escape. With two full baths for a one bedroom condo, no one had to wait for a turn. How luxurious! It was a bit of a bother to park across the street from the condo and then lug our full coolers down a flight of stairs to the lower, back unit, but then there was the ample compensation of not having to go down those same stairs to access the Snowflake lift since our location put us as close to the ski run as possible. When it snowed, it was even possible to ski right to the door! I had thought that we would not use an electric fireplace, but it gave a beautiful ambience to the room as we cozied up on the daybed for cocktail hour as dusk fell across the mountains. We enjoyed the views downhill as we watched lights come on across the valley. If we stay here again, I will bring a covered casserole dish for using in the oven, but otherwise, the kitchen had everything that we needed. I hope that we get another chance to stay here when we visit Breck again.

Our family spent a quick weekend in Breckenridge and this place was perfect. You can literally ski out from the porch, and ski right back in for lunch or at the end of the day. This place has all the amenities you need, and we especially loved the hot tub. We'll be back!
