This property was perfect for us. Enough bedrooms, the cleanliness, the open space in the house, the supplies in the house (dvds, games, pool floats, kitchens items). The communication with the ower was so easy. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Pool was big and deep. The hot tub being in a covered porch was an added bonus. We would 100% stay here again.

Thought it might be better closer to the beach, but for the few times we actually went to the beach it was an easy walk and easier drive. We made more use of the pool and hot tub. Six bedrooms were perfect for my wife and I, our 3 daughters, their husbands, and 4 grandkids, a large dining table for the adults and small one for the kids was good for dinners, and the kitchen was over supplied with anything we needed with labeled cabinets holding it all. The balconies yielded good views and exercise space for the kids, and the host provided a full week of warm sun and no rain!

Our 3 generation family was VERY pleasantly surprised with the whole place. The littles loved “their” room at the top and everyone enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. The house has something for everyone; games, pool table, lotsa DVDs, etc.
The beach was certainly close enough to walk to, but with the traffic and all the stuff we had to carry, it just proved easier to transport everything and everyone by car. There wasn’t any problem finding parking at the beach either. The weather was perfect - not too hot or humid.
We highly recommend Tracy and Daya’s place for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Tracy and Daya's home. It is a perfect place to enjoy the Outer Banks with family. Convenient location, fully-stocked home with everything you need, and a great layout to accommodate a large crew. We hope to come back some day. Thank you for being such great hosts, Tracy and Daya!

I’m so late posting this but better than never 😁 This home is big, beautiful and well equipped with everything you need! I took my family of 8 adults and 4 children ranging from 3-12. There was plenty of room to spread out and lots to do! Communication with the hosts was excellent. The only downside was having to cross a very busy 4 lane highway with kids and all your stuff - we ended up driving over. Also, May is very unpredictable and it rained all but one day 😞

Family enjoyed the house and pool. Several blocks from the beach. There is a light to cross the highway for the beach. Had 9 adults and two 3 year olds with plenty of space. Tracy came by on Wednesday to check the pool and hot tub. Very nice accommodations lots of pool and beach toys also had an air pump for the pool inflatable along with several beach chair for use.

Beach House Review
We LOVED staying at the Beach Par-Tee Fore Shore! It was the perfect beach house for our stay as a family of 10 people. The house is stocked with everything you could need, from toys, DVDs, and pool floaties to towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. The kids used the pool every single day, and the hot tub every evening. The location is great, and while the walk to the beach isn’t too far, the parking by the beach was superb. This is hands down the place to be if you’re staying in Kitty Hawk! We want to go back!

This house was perfect for our large group! Plenty of space. The pool area and screened in porch with hot tub were great! The house was so clean and well cared for and the owners were awesome! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Loved the house, had everything we needed, conveniently located, a short walk to beach that crosses a major road.... crosswalk and light set up to support easy crossing. Initially concerned that this would be an issue..it was not. Tracey was an amazing host that ensured our check in was flawless and easy to reach if needed. plenty of space and a great open living area. Can't wait to plan a return trip

This house was a great fit for our vacation with our kids and grandkids. The pool, screen porch and hot tub-Inside + pool table-were huge hits on a rain day!!) All game changers for the trip. Ample parking for the 6 cars. It was a great vacation. Friendly owner is a plus also.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this home. Everything was clean and perfect for our family. Access to the beach was so easy. Beach parking was close and just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the large family room and there was plenty of seating for our family to be together. The kitchen was well stocked and accessible. Overall, we loved this house and would stay there again!

This home was clean, spacious and the most well stocked house I've ever stayed in. I have been staying in the Outer Banks annually for 20 years and this house was the 1st that had plenty of spices, Tupperware, toilet paper, games, trash bags and more.
It was pretty far from the beach, but the location is included in the listing, so that was an oversight on myself.
The owners were very responsive with massaging.

The property was clean and spacious. We made great use of the pool, sauna and pool table! It was a nice, brief walk to the beach or really short drive with parking nearby if you want to bring a lot of beach paraphernalia down. We had a large tent and heavy coolers so we would drive that stuff down and the rest of the family could walk down at their leisure. The top upstairs room (and deck) - was perfect for anyone who had to squeeze in a work meeting or online class. Or if you wanted to put a kids movie on up there - that space would work. We did not have any children with us but there were many games and provisions for kids apparent. Great stay and wonderful memories made for all of us!

First, the owners provided top notch instruction and information on everything from check-in, operations (everything is labeled for ease of use) and local events/features/services. The house is awesome in accommodating a large group/family. Well thought out layout and numerous amenities.

Wow!! What a great home.
This was not just a place to stay. It was a real home. We have stayed in many rental houses over the past 30 years on the Outer Banks. This was the first one that felt we were staying in a home. The owners were extremely hospitable and very friendly. They came by mid-week to see if we needed anything. I truly felt that we were staying with family. We will be back next summer!!

PAR TEE FORE SHORE
This was our first experience renting a house for vacation. I wish we had done it sooner. The house was just as described. Had everything you could imagine you would need, plus more. Location was awesome quiet neighborhood and a quick walk to the beach. And a quick drive or bike ride to get restaurants and stores. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I questioned whether we really needed them....yes, you want them. It was nice to cool off after a long day of adventures. And the hot tub was awesome for our tired bodies after zip lining and parasailing. The kitchen has everything. Even spices...except garlic, so bring some garlic. We want to come back and rent this house next year!

Great house very spacious
We booked for one week in August, nine adults for family reunion. House was clean and very spacious, which was welcomed with our large group. We took full advantage of the pool and hot tub. Only lacked a gas grill which would have been a big plus for our group.

Home away from home
My family and I could not have been more pleased and comfortable in this beautiful home. Not one day did we get bored with everything they had to offer. Not to mention, every room was unique in its decor - we all loved how beautiful this home was. A few minute walk to the beach, great neighborhood for a morning run, and let’s not forget the ice cream shop and Brew thru in walking distance also! Definitely, coming back!

Amazing experience from start to finish
This property met every expectation we had of what our family vacation would be. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, bedding, beach toys, beach umbrellas, on and on it went !!! We loved the short walk to the beach , we loved our days at the pool, we loved the location being right in the middle of the outer banks and convenient to everything ! We felt like we could get assistance w anything we needed from the owners and honestly we couldn’t of asked for a better location and home. My whole
