We very much enjoyed our stay here! Beth was super communicative and answered all of our questions quickly. The house was very clean and in a fabulous location steps from the beach and restaurants.

This property was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, wonderful pool and short walks to all that Rosemary Beach has to offer! Private Beach access was a short walk - less than 2 min!

House was stocked thoughtfully so that a great trip could be had by all. Towels and linens were extra plush and soft. Kitchen fully stocked. Sonia speakers throughout home, great feature.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Villa Paradiso. The house seemed bigger in person than what the photos show online. There was plenty of space for four adults and four children. Two pack-and-plays, a baby booster seat for the dinner table, a fully stocked kitchen with many appliances (even a Keurig, large closet spaces, plenty of space in the rooms. Beach access was super easy and quick. The Sonos system was awesome and easy to connect to. Beth was extremely responsive anytime I reached out. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We had such a wonderful time the first year, we decided to come back for a second trip to Villa Paradiso! The location can’t be beat - easy access to the beach and short walk to Rosemary town square. It’s so nice to have a private pool also! It’s the perfect sized pool for kids like ours - age 5 and 7. The house is so comfortable and spacious. My husband and I both had to do some work while we were there and the internet was strong enough to support both of us doing that at the same time. Last time we visited was in April and this time in June was much hotter and more crowded but we were still able to get into the restaurants we wanted. I have a feeling we will be back again and again.

This was our first time vacationing on 30A and we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Beth was super responsive and helpful - especially with us traveling with three small children. The house is a short walk to the beach and the private pool was great for the kids. The walkability to downtown Rosemary was an unexpected treat. We took strolls around the area multiple times a day.

This is in a great location beside Rosemary and a very short walk to the beach. The private beach area is one of the less crowded in the area. Lots of great restaurants with in walking distance.

We loved our stay! The home is even more perfect in person. We had six 16 year old boys and the space was perfect. All the kitchen gadgets you could need and love the decor. The Sonos system was a fun surprise and the gated community was appreciated. Hope to be back soon!

This home was absolutely perfect. Location simply can’t be beat. The hosts were over the top helpful and took care of our questions super promptly. The layout provided plenty of privacy for all of us. Lovely home with beautiful finishes. Loved the private pool, and the beach service was a huge perk! We loved walking through the beautiful town, shopping, eating and listening to live music every night. We will absolutely be back and will most certainly book this house again.

If anything, the ad for this property holds back on just how perfect it is. Location, communication with management, house layout, the proximity to shopping, restaurants, and the walk to the beach are perfect. If you don’t feel like taking a car every single time you want to go somewhere (such as Destin and Miramar) then this place is made for you. Bike or walk to any store or attraction in the community. 10/10 for this rental!

The property is perfectly described. Literally 50 yards from the beach. Secluded yet right across the street from the shops at Rosemary Beach. We had an issue with the grill and the host actually had it replaced with a new one the next day. And, while this may not be a big deal to some, I cook, and really appreciated the Emeril Lagasse knife set where all the knives were sharp. BIG plus. Will definitely be back to this home.

This property is a great house in a very good location. The house was clean with all of the furniture in good shape. If you like to cook, the kitchen has all of the necessary implements and good space. Master bedrooms are on the 1st & 2nd Floors, as well as a 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor with multiple bunk beds. The kitchen and living room are on the 1st floor. 2 zone AC/Heating works very well. The living room is a good size for smaller groups of 4-6 people (but a bit small for larger groups). The 3rd Floor has a very nice open sitting area with a TV and very good views. Decks are nice with some nice views (but could use more furniture). We didn't use the pool except to put our feet in, but it was heated. The location is great. Everything is very walkable with access to the beach (2 minute walk), access to shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach (5 minute walk), access to restaurants in Alys Beach (10 minutes walk). Dealing with the host, Beth, was a pleasure! She was incredibly responsive and helpful! I would be happy to stay at this house again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beth was great with the instructions and answering any questions we had on the front end. The home was as advertised. The location was fantastic with easy walkability to the beach, Rosemary and Seacrest. The community was gated which was nice as well. The pool was the perfect size and the driveway was just large enough accommodate two midsize SUVs. We hope to be back.

We had a great stay at Villa Paradiso! We’ve been to Rosemary beach before and knew that we wanted to be on the beach side of 30a and also close to the square/shops. It was perfect!!! We loved the pool and that each bedroom has their own bathroom! Finally, we had our 18 month old son with us and couldn’t have been more happy with all that was included for him. We used the booster seat and beach toys the most but there was also a pack n play available, baby Gate and books/games! What! That never comes with a rental. Overall it was perfect and will definitely consider just re renting this house again!

We brought our teenage sons and my parents with us. We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The walk to the beach was perfect. We were able to get in a little early since the family before us left early. Stephanie and Beth were amazing and quick to respond to any questions! We would definitely stay again!

I hate to leave a great review because we want this house again next year. 😉 Perfect set up for 2 families great location-close to town and close to beach! The house well equipped as far as kitchen items. We loved the private beach. Beth was so great and easy to communicate with!

The house was perfect- everything we needed and so convenient to the beach and Rosemary.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Paradiso with my family of four (children ages 4 and 6) and my parents. Beth the host was completely wonderful and responsive. The pool was heated to perfection and the location cannot be beat -- so close to the beach and all the great restaurants in Rosemary Beach. The house was very clean and casual. It felt luxurious but I did not worry the entire time that my children would break something. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The location was key. Beach access was a minute away on foot. Chairs were set up on the beach daily. The pool at the house was heated and enjoyed by all. Communication with the owners was superb. You are across the street from Seacrest shopping/restaurants and a block away from Rosemary shopping. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It’s a beautiful home located in a quaint community. We could easily walk to plenty of restaurants and shops, and we enjoyed having our own (heated!) pool. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Beth!

We had a great time at Villa Paradiso! Water’s Edge is one of our favorite neighborhoods on 30a because it’s quiet, but an easy walk to Seacrest, Alys, and Rosemary, or a short drive to other areas. The house was very clean and the kitchen was probably better stocked than my own home :) we were there for 9 nights and loved it. Our kids (age 6) loved the pool, and we love what a short walk to the beach it is. There were tons of pool noodles and sand toys, which was great. Another kind of random plus is the WiFi.. We had four people spread throughout the house working or doing school on laptops and never had a single issue with the internet connection. We’ve stayed in other houses that had dead zones or weak signals, but every room, even the top floor, had a good WiFi signal. Beth was great to work with and very quick with responses during the booking process. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

We have visited couple properties before in the area.... but this home sets the tone - location is the key if you have children and the gear to take to the beach. Private coded entry to the subdivision and the gate to the beach entry set the tone well - it is exclusive, private and safe. We where impressed with how clean and cozy home was. Very well stocked. Owners are easy to talk to, very friendly souls ready to help any time you have a question. Sonos sound control was a highlight to watch a movie in a movie theater like setting !!!! And POOL - kids enjoyed it while we worked watching them from the front porch.... I think we found a permanent location for our future FL getaway. We can'T wait to be back.

Villa Paradiso was so cute! The house was well set-up and had everything we needed and more. The towels for the pool/beach were appreciated! Beach is close by and the chairs were waiting for us as promised. We especially loved having the pool as well. We walked to a few places for dinner. Great location! We definitely plan to come back.
