From the moment we walked in, our expectations were met and then superseded. This is an extremely clean, well maintained property that oozes comfort and charm from the wood beams in the family room to the spectacular views of the canal. The king size bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you might need during your stay. There were even some condiments/etc left behind to use. Easy washer dryer access with new machines. Beautiful outdoor grill situated downstairs for easy use to eat outside with picnic table and views of the canal. Additional dining areas inside the kitchen and outside on the upstairs deck with table and chairs. Extremely easy communication with the property manager and all the information we needed for our stay. We rented a boat and enjoyed the easy access to the ocean with this property on the canal-5 minutes to the water and a 25 min boat ride to coffins patch which ended up being a spectacular snorkel spot. We’ve snorkeled and dove many places in the Caribbean-etc and we both said this was the best. We can’t wait to book again for next year!!!!

Our family of 4 had an amazing time. Tropical Therapy was just what we were looking for. A great, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. There were also many amazing restaurants and shops close by. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the neighborhood. It was quiet but close to everything. The house was clean, nicely decorated & had everything we needed. The only suggestion would be a new gas grill as it had seen better days & didn't work well. We would definitely stay there again!

Extremely well equipped kitchen for a rental which was great because our college kids apparently miss home cooked food and preferred that many night to going out. Nice newer grill as well. Rented a boat for the week for fishing and sandbar relaxing. Cabana club was also a plus for beach and pool/hot tub. Walking /biking lane everywhere in Key Colony. Would definitely rent again on return visit to Marathon.

Centrally located on Marathon for ease to other Keys. Canal front, easy access to Cabana Club for pool swimming and small beach. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Great restaurants close by. Would definitely rent again!

The property was very clean and a great location. Nicely decorated. But I was disappointed that the online listing is inaccurate and they is not a sleeper sofa in the living area as advertised. Instead there was a tiny cot in the master bedroom. If I had known this and hadn’t relied on the listing to be accurate, I would have booked a different house. When I asked the management about this, their only reply was “well we will update the listing”. I see it still has not been updated.

Everything was great - it’s just that simple! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had to pay a bit of a premium, for booking late, but it was worth it! Very good location and the house is perfect for people who prefer to spend the majority of their time outside (at the house or otherwise).

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our March 4 week rental. It was immaculate, well equipped, well organized, convenient, and attractive. Very comfortable bed, nice linens, good appliances and furniture, great views from the front rooms, dock, and deck on the canal. Central Key Colony location from which we took advantage of several local activities, Tuesday market, pickle ball/tennis, pool/beach club, beach concert. Overall, we were completely comfortable and satisfied. Highly recommend Tropical Therapy!

If I had to summarize this property I with one word it would be "Wow!!!". The hose is absolutely amazing and has everything you would need to cook, clean and have a great time. It is 100% exactly what the pictures show. Our week was absolutely terrible weather wise, but luckily for us we had a great house to make up for it. My 3 boys had a blast fishing in the canal. Plenty of docking for my 28' GW and parking for our car. Mallory was extremely helpful and responsive. I recommend this property to anyone looking to spend a great time in Key Colony, Hoping to be back soon!!!

House was extremely clean and everything was in excellent condition. It is obvious that the owners take great care of this. Caught lots of fish and cleaned them right at the bait table by the dock which was very convenient. Would absolutely recommend this location.

The place is a duplex but it's actually two standing houses joined by a common outside walkway and stairs. The house and grounds were spotless, new furniture, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The description was exact with no surprises. Our host was Paulette with Remax who met us at the house and was ALWAYS available by phone to answer any questions. Key Colony is as nice as it gets with two excellent restaurants as well as the Cabana Club with a beach which we will check out next time.
