Very convenient

Just the two of us and our beagle. Enjoyed the stay. Fall colors were fantastic! We primarily went for the Warm Springs Preserve Dog Park and enjoyed that as did the beagle. The place we stayed was minimalistic but met our needs. Highly recommend Despo's Mexican Restaurant!

Minimalist basic place - worked ok for our 1 night stay. Couldn’t get tv to work- didn’t spend much time on it. 18 year old niece slept in fold out sofa - said it was not very comfortable.

We enjoyed staying here. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was really close to a great dog park and close to the town of Ketchum. All in all a wonderful trip!

The location is great for skiing. There are a few things that need addressing. We couldn’t get hot water out of the kitchen or bathroom sink and had to run the tub water for a long time to get hot water. There also needs to be instructions by TV on how to operate all the remotes.

The property was exactly as described in the description and pictures. We picked it because it is dog friendly but decided not to bring our dog. It met all of our needs.

This condo is as described. The kitchen and bathroom are exceptionally nice for a condo of this size. Very comfortable and clean.

Great location with access to beautiful mountain hikes. Gorgeous fall colors in the valley and mountains. Excellent communication with the owner.

We stayed just one night, but nice setup and nice location. Our kids are 7 and 9. I wouldn't recommend this for groups with kids any older than this. The sleeper sofa is a bit on the small side for two kids. Otherwise, great start and great host.

Great place to get some rest and eat after adventuring all day in the Sawtooth Mountains. The place was clean and very close to dog park. Quiet, but close to everything we wanted to do. Could ride to the Adams Gulch Mountain Bike Trails. My 17 year daughter slept on the futon and said it wasn’t super comfortable.

Warm and cozy with great sunlight and location close to town and the warm springs chairlift. Quiet building with a nice area to sit in the sun after skiing. Good parking and if I had my dog with me the dog park was close by within walking distance. The bed and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was good for preparing meals. I would definitely stay here again. The host was responsive to my questions.

We had a great stay at Kent’s condo. Kent is very quick to correspond. We had a small issue of locking ourselves out of the condo and Kent helped us immediately. We have never stayed in a VRBO with such a well stocked kitchen. If you have a dog, it is very close to the dog park (which was a 9 hole golf course at one time). We loved the convenience of being so close to the Warm Springs lift area at Bald Mountain. The only complaint we have is the pillows for the bed. Bed is comfy but the pillows, not so much.

Location to dog park is fantastic. Affordable Pet friendly one bedroom in Sun Valley. Great owner. After a long day on the slopes it’s nice to kick back and watch some TV. Couch is very uncomfortable and limited channels.

Cute place, clean and great location. Easy access, main floor and could park right next to front door! That was awesome for unloading as I was solo! Changing sheets and washing everything was a challenge to be out by 9am like I wanted. I was by myself so not much mess.

VRBO was a great way to go in Idaho!!!!

Kent was awesome and accommodating. We really wanted to come up to SV in the summer with our dogs and he was willing to give us a shot. The location is unbeatable, steps from what used to be a 9 hole golf course and is now a dog park. This was true dog heaven! As a runner, I could roll out of bed in the morning and within 0.1 miles be on the trail system that goes all the way to Hailey and out to the river and north into the mountains...it was amazing. Having a washer dryer was great as was the convenient parking. We were close enough to the town square we could walk to dinner. Love, love, love!

This is a great space! Perfect for 2 people and enough space to store all the gear you would ever bring on a mountain vacation! Only 3 minutes away from downtown Ketchum! Hot springs are just 20 minutes up the road! We had an amazing stay. Great full kitchen. We cooked a couple meals and we're not wanting for anything. Will deffinelty recommend to my friends!

Great location, quiet, super neighbors. Lawn and table and chairs out the front door for relaxing. Everything needed for a restful vacation. Condo has everything necessary for complete living even though we eat out all meals. Great restaurants all within 2-3 min drive. Bike path to entire area is 1 min ride from front door.

Nice, clean, comfortable one-bedroom condo with all the necessities. Good location, about half way between Ketchum and Warm Springs. Right on the bus line, or 3 minute drive to Warm Springs lifts or downtown Ketchum. Nothing fancy, but an exceptional and convenient value. Owner was easy to work with. I’d stay there again.

The condo is located on the ground floor on a quiet street. My husband and I really enjoyed staying at the condo, a perfect size for 2 people. We mountain biked the area, which was fantastic, I might add. There was enough space to store our bikes inside. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. We did not run out of paper products. There is a dining table next to the kitchen island, which is not shown in the photos. Close to downtown Ketchum, there is a farmers market once a week where we picked up fresh food. Many thanks to the owner for responding quickly and attending to the needs of his guests. I highly recommend this VRBO.

My spouse and I have had wonderful luck with VRBO and came across this rental when looking for a quick overnight getaway. The booking and feedback from the owner was fast and we had no problems making a last minute reservation. The unit was a little tricky to locate as there are no street numbers on the building where the parking is located, but the owner will give good directions. The complex is one of the few 4-story buildings on the street which makes it stick out among the many condos. Downtown Ketchum (a very nice town) is just a short drive away, but wouldn't walk there during winter months when snow is on the ground. There is a mini market very close to the complex and a nice, large grocery store downtown. The unit was clean and basic and pretty roomy for a 1BR. Nothing fancy here but most essentials were provided except for toilet paper and paper towels. There was a very small TV (hard to watch if you are not seated directly in front of it) and a not-too-comfy couch/pull out to sit on. As stated in a previous review, the linens were not the best and you may want to bring your own pillows as those provided were extremely flat. The dishwasher was broken during our short stay, but we don't mind washing by hand. The washer/dryer were nice to have in the unit and were easy to operate. Overall, we can't complain too much for the price and ease of reserving but would be willing to pay a bit more for some updates (and a roll of TP LOL!).

Clean, close to fishing, restaurants, intertainment.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 days on our summer vacation. It was the perfect size for the two of us and was clean and comfortable. The only complaint we had was there was only one window that opened to cool the condo down (we were there in August), so it got warm at night. If you rent this in the summer, you might consider bringing a fan. Other than that it was a great place in a quiet nieborhood about a mile from downtown Ketchum.

good location just a few blocks from town, near bike path, bike trails, skatepark, and excellent YMCA (highly recommend). The condo is a downstairs unit so some upstairs activity is to be expected. parking right outside the door, good kitchen, bathroom, nice bed bring your own linen if you want quality there. well maintained, friendly neighbors Aside from a so-so entertainment system this was an enjoyable rental experience at a reasonable price
